*UPDATE* – Representative Aaron Schock Resigns After New Questions About Mileage Expenses…

update-1(Via Politico) Illinois Rep. Aaron Schock resigned Tuesday, less than 12 hours after POLITICO raised questions about tens of thousands of dollars in mileage reimbursements he received for his personal vehicle.

Schock billed the federal government and his campaign for logging roughly 170,000 miles on his personal car between January 2010 and July 2014. But when he sold that Chevrolet Tahoe in July 2014, it had only roughly 80,000 miles on the odometer, according to public records obtained by POLITICO under Illinois open records laws.

The documents, in other words, indicate he was reimbursed for 90,000 miles more than his car was ever driven.  (read more)

Previously we opined – Aaron Schock should resign from congress, but not specifically because of any controversy regarding his ridiculous outlandish spending that the MSM has recently sought to bring to the attention of the public. No, Schock should resign because he has compromised himself at the altar of the GOP establishment, the “Decepticons”.

We have repeatedly outlined the agenda of the professional establishment class of BIG GOP Republicans, the false constituency within the conservative movement that advances government at the same or similar rate to Democrats, hence the term “Decepticons”. (more…)

Report: State Dept “Apparently No Record” Of Hillary Signing Separation Agreement For Official Document Compliance…

The form is called an OF-109 and it has become the latest center of a controversy over the Hillary Clinton email scandal. Essentially the legally binding form requires the signature of all exiting State Dept Personnel affirming they have turned over all official documents to the custody of the State Dept. update-1  Update for video:

Hillary left her office at the end of 2012.  However, because she only used a personal email system (including server), for official State Dept business, she did not produce the documents until late-summer 2014.

Megyn Kelly and Fox News submitted FOIA requests for information of the form Hillary was required to sign. (more…)

Most Transparent WH Administration Ever Exempts Office From FOIA Inquiry….

Because, because, well, George W Bush did it, or something….

8b84f-obamatransparencyWASHINGTON DC – The White House on Tuesday will announce new rules exempting an administrative office from subjection to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which allows citizens to obtain government documents from federal agencies.

In a Federal Register notice scheduled to publish Tuesday morning, the action to exempt the Office of Administration is listed as a final rule, which means there will be no opportunity for public comment.

The move stems from a lawsuit that began before President Obama took office, but it comes at an odd time – during Sunshine Week, in which government watchdogs promote and push for more transparency. (more…)

Ex-FBI Official: Eric Holder Intentionally “Eclipsed” Darren Wilson’s Exoneration…

Nothing we didn’t already know, yet confirmed by FBI insider.

potus and Holder president obama and eric holder(CNSNews.com) – Attorney General Eric Holder deliberately “eclipsed” a report exonerating former Ferguson, Missouri Police Officer Darren Wilson in the Aug. 9, 2014 shooting death of Michael Brown by releasing another report the same day accusing the Ferguson Police Department of racism, a former FBI official told CNSNews.com.

“Eric Holder knew in the fall that there was zero evidence to continue pursuing a case against Darren Wilson. He had seven months to make an announcement,” former FBI assistant director Ronald Hosko pointed out.

“But we had nothing but a resounding silence from the attorney general. He was mute all fall and winter while two police officers were gunned down in New York.”

The former FBI official called the attorney general’s delay in clearing Wilson “an appalling lapse not reflective of the intent to pursue justice,” adding that it was no coincidence that Holder released another report on the federal civil rights investigation of the Ferguson Police Department on the same day. Washington Post’s Jonathan Capehart: ‘Hands up, don’t shoot’ was built on a lie – While Missing The Media Chose To Sell It

Jonathan Capehart was one of the early media pundits who took to the broadcast airwaves and penned numerous columns about how police officer Darren Wilson was guilty of murder.

Today, he tries – and fails- to walk it back. Sort of…

capehart_145x100Dorian Johnson hands up

Capehart pens a column stating the obvious: “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” was built on a lie. He then goes into details found in the DOJ report on the shooting to pin the origin of the hoax on Dorian Johnson.

[…] What DOJ found made me ill. Wilson knew about the theft of the cigarillos from the convenience store and had a description of the suspects. Brown fought with the officer and tried to take his gun. And the popular hands-up storyline, which isn’t corroborated by ballistic and DNA evidence and multiple witness statements, was perpetuated by Witness 101. In fact, just about everything said to the media by Witness 101, whom we all know as Dorian Johnson, the friend with Brown that day, was not supported by the evidence and other witness statements.

Why did the truth make Mr. Capehart ill? Because the sunlight strikes at the very core of the deception? Because the media narrative he participated in selling was false? Because guilt can make you feel ill?

Not hardly. (more…)

“27 Seconds”! – The Jeffrey L Williams Criminal Complaint Destroys Self Defense Claim – “knowingly shot a firearm from a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am”…

From the Complaint (Full Complaint Below):

…”in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant, knowingly shot a firearm from a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am, a motor vehicle, and caused serious physical injury as a result”….

This phrase alone essentially deconstructs the “self defense” claim of Ferguson Shooter Jeffrey L Williams because the vehicle described in the complaint is in a video of the shooting.

Ferguson Protest Leader Says Police “Set Up” Ferguson Shooter Jeffrey Williams – *UPDATE* – Video Added

Bishop Derrick Robinson is a protest organizer and in a prior November 5th picture was noted at the Ferguson protest with police shooting suspect Jeffrey Williams.  Robinson is now making the TV circuit claiming Williams was “set up” by the police.

(Via TPM) An area protest organizor and pastor stunned MSNBC host Tamron Hall on Monday when he said that the suspect charged with shooting two Ferguson, Mo. police officers was “set up” by law enforcement.

On Sunday, St. Louis County prosecutors charged Jeffrey Williams, 20, with shooting two police officers last week during a demonstration outside the Ferguson Police Department. According to the Associated Press, Williams told investigators that he wasn’t targeting the officers.

In an interview on Monday, the Rev. Derrick Robinson, one of the organizers of the protest, told Hall that he had met with Williams on Sunday. Hall asked Robinson about a rumor that the suspect was trying to shoot at someone who robbed him that day. (more…)

National Archives and Records Administration: “We live in constant fear of upsetting the WH (White House).”

Obama Angry Rally(Via Washington Free Beacon) The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) tried to hide an email about its fear of upsetting the White House from Freedom of Information Act requests by the Associated Press, the AP reported Friday.

Associated Press president Gary Pruitt reported in an op-ed on government transparency that, during the course of an AP investigation into Michelle Obama’s dresses, NARA used a privacy exemption to redact a line in an email that was actually about the agency’s fear of the White House:

As the president said, the United States should not withhold or censor government files merely because they might be embarrassing.

But it happens anyway.
