By now most CTH readers are familiar with the more notoriously biased polling manipulators.

One of those is Patrick Murray from Monmouth University [@PollsterPatrick on Twitter].

If you want to know where his political affiliations lie, you only need to read his twitter feed. Murray has also been on Fox News with Bill O’Reilly several times selling his polling results to the unwitting audience.

Today, Monmouth via Patrick Murray presents a presidential poll of Ohio voters. The actual raw data (pdf available here – see pg, 6 and 7) showed Donald Trump with a lead in the result; however, Murray changed the data through weighting to show Hillary Clinton with a lead.

“GOUSAAMER114” pointed out the manipulation:

Monmouth just announced that Clinton leads Trump 43-39 in Ohio. But Pollster Patrick actually laid out what he did on pages 6 and 7 of the PDF.

He sampled 402 voters. In the unweighted sample, the split was 33.3R/29.3D/35.6I. With that split, Trump leads Clinton 41-39 in Ohio. But Pollster Patrick re-weighted it to a 29R/33D/37I split. Nothing else was re-weighted.

It’s obvious Murray didn’t expect to be called out on it – because when confronted with what he did, pollster Patrick Murray flat out lied. (more…)

Huma Abedin, wife of Anthony “Carlos Danger” Weiner, is the closest confidante and adviser to Hillary Clinton.  Previously described as “Clinton’s second daughter”.

(Via New York Post) Top Hillary Clinton confidante Huma Abedin played no formal role in a radical Muslim journal — even though she was listed as an editor on the hate-filled periodical’s masthead for a dozen years, a campaign rep claimed Sunday.

“My understanding is that her name was simply listed on the masthead in that period,” Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said hours after The Post broke the bombshell story. “She did not play a role in editing at the publication.”

Merrill said Abedin was just a figurehead and not actually on staff at the Saudi-based and -funded Journal of Minority Muslim Affairs, which featured radically anti-feminist views and backed strict Islamic laws roundly criticized for oppressing women. (more…)

Several recent articles are spotlighting a ridiculous transparency in the way the U.S. media is covering the 2016 Presidential Election.

The New York Post has one such outline titled “American Journalism Collapsing Before Our Eyes“:

[…]  The shameful display of naked partisanship by the elite media is unlike anything seen in modern America. 

The largest broadcast networks — CBS, NBC and ABC — and major newspapers like The New York Times and Washington Post have jettisoned all pretense of fair play. Their fierce determination to keep Trump out of the Oval Office has no precedent.

According to several media reports Hillary Clinton has promised to stop taking foreign donations to her Clinton Foundation, ie. bribes, if she wins the presidency.

How very magnanimous of her…

NEW YORK, Aug. 19 (UPI) — The Clinton Foundation will stop accepting all foreign donations and former President Bill Clinton will step down from running the charitable organization if Hillary Clinton wins the presidency, the group said. (link)

Leading some to wonder why she never took the same approach while she was acting as Secretary of State for the U.S.?  Then again, even this announcement is fraught with Clintonian parseltongue.   – SEE HERE for EXAMPLES –

The Iranian government specifically said –and broadcast on their television network (Feb)– a $400 million cash payment to them from the U.S. was a successfully extorted ransom payment to secure the release of American hostages.

However, on August 4th, the White House immediately claimed the $400 million cash payment made as part of the “Iran Deal” was not a ransom payment to secure the release of the U.S. hostages.  President Obama went on television to state: “no ransom was paid”:

CNN manipulation of “news” is not anything new, there’s entire memes generated by the false and misleading reporting that stems from the propaganda machine. However, even for CNN this one is a step too far.

Reporting on the Milwaukee violence, riots and protests CNN producer Ana Cabrera files a report claiming the sister of Sylville Smith, the armed man shot by police during a chase, was “calling for peace”.

However, CNN conveniently cut out the rest of Sherelle Smith’s message, where she was actually calling for rioting protesters to go and “burn down the suburbs”. (more…)

A Pennsylvania Jury found Democrat Attorney General Kathleen Kane guilty on nine criminal counts last night including conspiracy and perjury.  Elected to office in 2014, found guilty of criminal conspiracy in 2016:

(Via New York Times) […]  Ms. Kane stared straight ahead as the word “guilty,” uttered decisively by a juror in a flowered dress, echoed nine times around the courtroom. The lawyers immediately went into a private conference with the judge, leaving Ms. Kane, who campaigned on a promise to uncover political interference in Pennsylvania, alone at the defense table.

And when Judge Wendy Demchick-Alloy returned to the courtroom, she turned directly to Ms. Kane with a stern warning, her words slicing through the silence.

“There is to be absolutely no retaliation of any kind against any witness in this case, either by your own devices, from your own mouth or your hand, or directing anybody to do anything,” the judge said. She threatened Ms. Kane, who is currently free on bail, with immediate incarceration if she failed to comply. (more…)

I’m going through the transcript and video now and will be expanding on the overall speech in a subsequent and substantive post.  However, a quick few notations are in order.

Candidate Donald Trump’s specific speech today was a rebuke to the 2009 speech of President Obama made in Cairo Egypt.  Don’t let the media ignoring that aspect fall silently past you, it’s critical.

The 2009 Cairo Speech by President Obama, his “Mid-east Obama Doctrine”, was the detonation tool, the exact epicenter, for the explosion that created the “Arab Spring”.  Go back and refresh your memory if needed.  It was a specific moment in time. It was a specifically worded ideological speech, and it held specific goals and intentions.

The media will now go into overdrive to protect President Obama from the bigger truth which can come out as a result of this enlarged conversation.   It was President Obama who gave rise to the “Arab Spring”.  You can guarantee the media will go nuts trying to avoid that reality. Watch…

Unfortunately when the wider U.S. electorate voted the Fresh Prince of Bill Ayers to be the president of the United States they were, perhaps unwittingly, ushering in a new era of fundamental change, governmental weaponization.

Events and outcomes ceased to be determined by laws, and the politics of any given event became the overriding filter through which all action, or lack thereof, would be determined. The last seven years have provided numerous examples for points of reference.

The IRS investigation of conservative groups was driven by politics, not legality. The investigation of officer Darren Wilson was driven by politics, not evidence or legality. The arrests of the Baltimore Six were driven by politics, not factual, substantial evidence. The FBI decision not to recommend an indictment of Hillary Clinton was driven by politics not evidence.

These are just a few examples of manipulated common law principles that have been overridden by considerations of political benefits.  The law is what they say it is, and everything is open to interpretation.  The rules are what they say they are, and subject to change at any opportune moment.

2016 is an election year.
