FBI Director James Comey Full Press Conference Outlining Clinton Email Investigation (video)…

FBI Director James Comey said at a press conference that Hillary Clinton and her aides were “extremely careless” in their email handling of classified information. He said 110 emails sent or received on Clinton’s server contained classified information.

FBI Director James Comey announced Tuesday that he will not recommend criminal charges against Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in relation to her use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State.

“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is information that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

He added, “none of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system.” The FBI chief added that “there was no intentional misconduct.” “We found no evidence that any of the additional work-related e-mails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them in some way”.

Comey further explained. “Secretary Clinton used several different servers and several mobile devices.” For this reason, Comey called the investigation “painstaking.” He added that 110 emails in 52 email chains have been determined to be classified information at the time they were sent. Eight of those chains contained information that was top secret at the time they were sent.

    • judge jeanine pirro had it right last week on fox & friends.
hillary announced “why, everyone in DC knew i had a private e-mail” – a hillary shot across obama’s bow, said the good judge.
obama received e-mails from hillary’s server. if she had gone to trial, barak would have been her first defense witness – he knew but did nothing.
end of this little bed-time story.

    Hillary Clinton Email Controversy Scandal

Donald Trump on FBI director’s statement on Hillary Clinton email probe:

‘Bill Clinton didn’t accidentally run into the Attorney General on the airport tarmac last week in Phoenix.

Hillary Clinton didn’t accidentally sneak into the FBI during one of the country’s biggest holiday weekends to testify on her illegal activities, something that wouldn’t be afforded to others under investigation (and on a Saturday of all days).

It was no accident that charges were not recommended against Hillary the exact same day as President Obama campaigns with her for the first time.

Folks – the system is rigged.’

I don’t know if it’s been said on this thread already but I’ve said it elsewhere before: If we want to see Hillary behind bars, then this result from Comey is precisely what we need. I doubt Comey thought he was giving it to us — he intended to spare Hillary — but we need to understand that as long as Obama is in the White House Hillary was not going to be indicted, much less convicted of anything. The biggest problem was that if Hillary was indicted, then Obama was going to pardon her anyway, thus freeing her from whatever charges were brought against her by the FBI/DOJ.

By detailing a precise case of criminal misconduct by Hillary and not acting on it, Comey has preserved the criminal charges for another administration to assert against her. And Obama cannot pardon Hillary for charges never brought. So when Trump takes office, his DOJ can indict Hillary for at least the crime Comey described; perhaps even the Clinton Foundation corruption charges Comey ignored. That is the only scenario we were going to have to prosecute Hillary. Never under the Obama administration. And certainly not in a HRC administration, lol.

What we do have is an FBI articulation of gross negligence by Hillary as Sec. of State. We have the anger of those appalled by our government letting the same people “get away with it”, time after time. We have a strong campaign issue against Hillary as any kind of government employee, especially the top employee. Trump should be able to use the clear case articulated against Hillary and her lack of punishment or contrition to push the case of her incompetence and counter her own like charges (cooked up) against him. She was always a weak candidate, now she’s weaker, and there’s more at stake for her in this election than mere winning or losing.

I agree with your take on this, But, still what is scary is the”in your face” nature of all this. It proves just how powerful the Clinton Machine is. that the Democrat Party has not replaced her. I fear that they will steal the election with electronic manipulation of the voting machines, if not something worse.

I hope I am right that Donald Trump would not have embarked on his bid to save the Republic without a large group of high-powered patriots behind him. Men and women who will reveal themselves when the time is right. I fear we are going to need them

Hopefully this miscarriage of justice will inspire people previously not engaged to stand up for what they believe is right in this country. Unfortunately as we know many Dems do not care what Hillary Clinton has done and there’s nothing she can do to change their support of her. Those people are lost to the darkness and are irredeemable.

this in no way hurts trump – he’s been proven right again…. “the system’s rigged”. that’ll ring true with bernine supporters and the 82% of DC area poll respondents who feel that hillary is guilty of felonies in this e-mail mess.
she’ll catterwaul to high heavens about the “republican witch-hunt” and how she’s been “vindicated”, but that won’t impress me much. i don’t like the GOPe much anyway.

And perhaps there would be a possibility of this going to a grand jury, under the judicial branch (not the executive branch), being investigated by a jury of ordinary citizens, on RICO charges, as well as these. She would be indicted for sure. Of course, she would kill the jurors one by one.

This proves beyond any doubt that she cannot be trusted with Classified information at the Presidential level.

  12. Please, can someone post the e-mail address of Director Comey. I would like to report a very outrageous crime by someone who must have been impersonating him. There was a news release that said “No criminal charges for Hillary because she did not have Intent to Harm. Mr. Comey, her INTENT was to dispose any record of her transactions, State related, Foundation related and Personal related. She has committed a crime against the State by disposing (gross intention) of all records. You and Ms. Lynch are in the process of committing a crime and I hope the people who are paying your salaries will receive justice and your resignations. FBI Director James Comey made it all perfectly clear this morning. There is no rule of law any longer. There are only political prosecutions, paybacks, whims, or persecutions for kicks.

The FBI Director also made it clear he’s good with this.

FBI Director James Comey guilty of treason, conspiracy, collusion and obstruction of justice along with Obama, Hillary, Bill, Lynch, and a bunch more co-conspirators.

This case was referred to the FBI by the Inspectors General of the Intelligence Community and the Department of State. This wasn’t some random request. This is serious business. Or at least it used to be back when we had a country.

The Director of the FBI told America to F### O## on live television today. It can’t be state enough just how bad this all is. There is LITERALLY NO LAW any longer. There hasn’t been since the usurper took over the White House unopposed by not just both political parties and the courts, but by Federal law enforcement (FBI), Secret Service, NSA, DOJ, DHS, etc.

There is ONLY TYRANNY now. You have no rights. None. The FBI Director came right out and said so. He said some will be prosecuted some won’t depends on how politically connected they are. Depends on the whims of the oligarchy.

It’s impossible to overstate this case. I’m still in shock at what occurred today. As always, it gets worse and worse. I can’t believe this is the country I was born in and grew up in. I can’t believe it.

When people laughed at and made up derogatory names (like Birthers) for people who wanted the constitution be adhered to and followed, when these same people were denied legal rights in courts throughout this country, when people didn’t care when Lt. Col. Lakin was sent to prison for wanting confirmation that Obama was a natural born citizen, well, who’s laughing now? They were too stupid to see that by laughing at the Birthers they were in reality laughing at the death of their own rights, constitution and country.

Apparently Sheriff Joe is the only honest man left in our country. He was the only law enforcement personnel who actually investigated, held press conferences to get the word out and to this day says the investigation is still open. You know he’s just waiting for Trump to be elected.

The rest are part of the Oligarchy.

Once Trump is elected there need to be tribunals for all the traitors.

The reason you don’t understand is because you are trying to use logic and the premise of our past actual legal, legal system. That system doesn’t exist any longer. That is what Comey was announcing.

Not only is he not going to do anything about Hillary’s crimes he announced that others would be held accountable were they to do the same things as Hillary. He said it. Clear as day.

He should be arrested himself after that statement alone.

A couple years ago, some guy wearing a koala costume was arrested for killing a bunch of people as he walked on stilts down a sidewalk, by pouring buckets of molten lead on their heads as he passed by. Unfortunately, since this was the first time anyone had ever done this, the prosecutor couldn’t find a precedent for that particular crime and so no statute applied. Had to let the killer go. (They confiscated his stilts, though.)

      dictionary dot com

extremely: in an extreme degree; exceedingly

careless: done or said heedlessly or negligently

      gross: flagrant and extreme

Still not understanding the distinction because statutory “gross negligence” and Hillary Clinton “extremely careless” since they have the same dictionary definitions.

Rudy Giuliani, Comey’s former boss at the SDNY US Attorney’s Office, says they’re the same thing:

“The definition of gross negligence under the law is extreme carelessness,” he said. The FBI “clearly found a direct violation of 18 United States code section 793 which does not require intent — it requires only gross negligence in the handling of anything relating to the national defense.”

“It’s the first definition that comes up in the law dictionary,” he said. “It’s the definition the judges give to juries when they charge injuries on gross negligence. Negligence equals carelessness. Gross negligence equals extreme carelessness. So that is a clear absolutely unassailable violation of 18 United States Code, section 793, which is not a minor statute, it carries ten years in prison.”

Though the FBI found that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her staff were “extremely careless” with State Department emails hosted on her private server, FBI Director James Comey won’t recommend bringing criminal charges against the current presidential candidate.

Didn’t it even take the FBI like a year to even pick up the ‘multiple’ servers for inspection? Like, “Hey Hillary, take some time to wipe the servers with a cloth. We’ll wait. Hopefully you got rid of everything damning then we can say we couldn’t find it.”

Do you think if it were you that the FBI would wait a year before showing up? No, they show up in hours, break down your door, and shoot your dog too.

It’s just so outrageous. Just having her own server/email system is a crime.

This guy, Comey, is so corrupt it’s hard to believe he had a reputation as being anything other than corrupt.

What I also find very interesting is Comey kept stressing that this decision was done independently and how much he admired and respected all the FBI officers who worked on the case. I am wondering if Comey is concerned there is going to be a mass revolt within the FBI because of what he just did.

Full page ads should be taken in all the major US papers saying, to start:

“The man in charge of the entire Federal Bureau of Investigation, James Comey, has become downfield blocker for RICO eligible Hillary and Bill Clinton. Comey told 350 million Americans that Hillary didn’t intend to break any laws. What Comey didn’t tell those same 350 million Americans is “intent” is completely irrelevant to the charges his FBI investigated.

The sole issue the FBI had to decide was IF she broke the laws, not if she INTENDED to break the laws. Comey’s announcement makes it clear Hillary Rodham Clinton violated multiple federal laws. He says:

“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is information that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

In other words, “Well, she did break the law but she didn’t mean to; and we’re not gonna hold her up to the same standard we’d hold anyone else up to.”

The article should list the laws Hillary broke, the penalties, and the elements necessary to bring charges as well as render a finding of guilt. It should also include all the suspicious deaths connected to Clinton Crime Inc, starting with the Mena Train Track Murders of those two teen boys, James McDougal’s “heart attack” in prison, etc, etc. It should shine bright light on EVERY SCANDAL of Clinton’s.

The article should conclude by saying for all the above reasons the Founders enunciated the 2nd Amendment. It’s time to dust it off and use it like it was meant to be used.

THIS IS WHAT I”D DO IF I HAD THE MONEY and could find a paper to PRINT the full page ad.
