A very interesting interview with Chris Spear, president and CEO of the American Trucking Association.

During a House Transportation Committee hearing on supply chain issues, CEO Chris Spear shares an internal survey showing that 37% of truck drivers “not only said no, but said hell no” to the Biden vaccine mandates.

To give some perspective of the downstream consequence, the ATA President noted that “if just 3.7 percent, not 37 percent, just 3.7 percent” of the drivers left the industry, there would be over a quarter million vacancies resulting in a “catastrophic” collapse of the U.S. supply chain.  Mr. Spear also shared his opinion the OSHA rule is completely unworkable and unlawful.

The consequences are grave if just 3.7% did not work.  However, if ten times that many, 37 percent of truck drivers, stopped hauling products because of the Biden vaccine requirement, American civic society would collapse within days as panicked citizens took to the streets.  Desperate Americans would be clamoring for scarce products, and the impact on society could not be measured.  WATCH:

As we have continued to point out, a federal vaccine mandate might sound like a good idea on a think tank, academic or white paper policy level of consideration; but on a practical level, wiping out a large percentage of your most productive workforce over a vaccine mandate is unworkable, and might even end the operation of the entire business.

It is important to note the recent NBC poll on this issue amid the outlook of the vaccine mandates.  A majority of the country do not support the vaccine mandates, and worse still, the number of unvaccinated workers is essentially unwavering in the past six weeks {poll data}.  Remember, the number of Americans who willingly quit their jobs increased to 4.3 million in August {link}, and then increased again to 4.4 million in September {link}. People are not f**king around now.

The Biden Department of Labor cannot win in court over their use of OSHA to force mandated vaccines.  The effort to use an OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) did not and will not survive judicial scrutiny.

The exemptions alone nullify the claims the ETS is built upon, and the courts are recognizing the brutally obvious political nature of the vaccine mandate effort.

As a result of the Fifth Circuit (New Orleans, LA) order to stay the vaccine requirement {See Here}, OSHA has now announced {SEE HERE} they will not attempt to enforce the rule:

Dept of Labor – “On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, published on November 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 61402) (“ETS”). The court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the ETS “until further court order.” While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.” (link)

While the 5th circuit case from Louisiana was the first, there are 11 total circuit court cases holding the same challenges.  As a result, the cases were consolidated and assigned to one circuit court chosen randomly via lottery.

The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio, won the lottery to hear the legal challenges. “The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is known to lean conservative, with most of its judges appointed by Republican presidents.”  The 6th Circuit will have to decide whether or not to lift or maintain the stay instituted by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, based in New Orleans.

Yesterday, we noted the curiously random set of coincidences taking place amid an internecine DC judicial system {GO DEEP}.  The network of DC relationships, specifically judges, connected to prior Main Justice DOJ, FBI and FISA Court activity could not be as random as the process defenders would claim.

The latest revelation came from the “random” civil case assignment of Carter Page -v- James Comey.  The case was reassigned to Judge James Boasberg, who held a major conflict of interest in the specifics of the Carter Page lawsuit against James Comey {Again, Go Deep}.

Today, perhaps partly in response to the sunlight provided by the extensive background; or perhaps related to the reality that Boasberg could not possibly sit as the judge in the lawsuit; the Carter Page case was again reassigned.  However, this time it is not the reassignment that draws attention, it is the reassigner, the Chairman of the Case Calendar and Case Management Committee, Rudolph Contreras:

As we can see, the civil case has been reassigned from Judge James Boasberg to Judge Timothy J Kelly, that’s good.

There was no way for Boasberg to sit as the judge in this case given his connections and rulings on prior cases like the (1) James Comey memos, the (2) case against Kevin Clinesmith; and (3), the fact that Boasberg was a FISA court judge, and he personally approved the June 29, 2017, FISA warrant against Carter Page – which was constructed by fraudulent manipulation of the underlying affidavits.   There are massive conflicts for Boasberg in all aspects of the Carter Page civil suit against James Comey.

However, it is also interesting to see the name Rudolph Contreras appear again. The DC judicial system is getting very interesting with all of the sunlight upon it.  Specifically, in this instance, the role of the FISA court in the controversial Fourth Branch of Government {Go Deep} is starting to make a lot more sense.

Despite the obvious instructions to the FBI, Attorney General Merrick Garland previously gave testimony before congress denying that parents who attended school board meetings were being targeted by an FBI Counterterrorism task force.  However, today the House Judiciary Committee has received a ‘whistleblower complaint’ showing the FBI is indeed using the Counterterrorism Division as the tool to target parents. The day before AG Merrick Garland testified to congress, the FBI instructed all national heads of the Counterterrorism Division to begin using internal tags to create a notification list containing the names of parents they considered to be domestic extremists.

The Scottsdale Unified School District in Arizona was scrambling after a group of moms discovered that Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg was keeping secret surveillance files, a dossier of sorts, on parents and students the school board head viewed as a risk to the interests of the district.

In essence what the parents discovered was evidence their own school system was keeping creepy opposition files on the parents of students in the school district.

Parents gathered today to demand the removal of the Governing Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg, and the destruction of the Google Drive files filled with personal information, documents, and photos of about 47 people, including children.

Creepy Mr. Greenburg was removed, but not fired.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Jann-Michael Greenburg has been ousted as the Scottsdale Unified School Board president following controversy over a dossier of information he is accused of keeping on parents who were openly critical of the district.

The board voted 4-1 Monday evening to elect board member Patty Beckman to replace Greenburg as the president for the remainder of his term. Board members Zach Lindsay and Libby Hart-Wells called for Greenburg’s resignation, but Greenburg did not resign. Greenburg is still a member of the board, although stripped of the title of president. (read more)

Somewhere in the upper northeast there must be an economic school or think-tank where leftist graduate students are taught how to verbalize cognitive dissonance using the same 300 words and emojis in a sequential pattern.   Two of the most visible alma maters’ of this school are Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and a fellow named Brian Deese, who is now the White House National Economic Council director.

In his latest exhibition of post-graduate cognitive dissonance, Deese nuts, the primary architect of the JoeBama economic program, appears on NBC to proclaim that massive U.S. inflation is somehow connected to the fact that 5 to 11-year-old children are not yet vaccinated. [Video at 01:30]  Once the children are vaccinated, some unknown and difficult to explain metamorphosis will take place amid the American workforce allowing the U.S. economy to stop inflation.

We begin any outline of the Durham investigation with the following disclaimer:  How is John Durham going to reveal everything that is possible about the deep state Trump targeting operation, and simultaneously handle the involvement of Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and the Special Counsel team who were specifically appointed to cover it up.

Kash Patel, former Pentagon Chief of Staff, and former Senior Staff Advisor to the House Intelligence Committee, discusses the recent public developments within the John Durham investigation, and gives his opinion on possible targets who were operating inside government. 

Patel holds the opinion that Joe Biden’s current National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan is a likely target.  Patel also says he could see three former FBI officials as targets of the Durham probe: (1) former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; (2) former FBI Special Agent in the Counterintelligence Division, Peter Strzok; and (3) former DOJ legal counsel to Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page.

Patel frames his opinion that Andrew McCabe would be targeted from the perspective that McCabe likely told FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith to change the wording of an email in order to support the Carter Page FISA application renewal.  Clinesmith plead guilty and was sentenced to six months probation; however, in the court filings and affidavits, Clinesmith said under oath he acted alone – so I’m not sure why Patel is confident about Andrew McCabe being at risk from Clinesmith.  WATCH:

Everyone is rightly frustrated by the lack of legal accountability upon the primary government officials and politicians who participated in the political use of their agencies to target Donald Trump.    However, it is important to keep in mind the biggest network who participated in Spygate from inside government was the Robert Mueller Special Counsel team.

It is going to be very difficult, if not impossible, to have an optimistic outlook toward accountability until someone -anyone- can reconcile how John Durham can target former government officials and yet avoid the scale of the Special Counsel efforts that were deployed to cover it up.  The 2016 DOJ/FBI Crossfire Hurricane operation to the 2017 DOJ/FBI Special Counsel is one long continuum of the same exact corrupt investigation; done for the exact same corrupt intents; and carried out by the same people.

There is no way John Durham is going to touch the Special Counsel investigation of Robert Mueller; and until someone can provide a reasonable discussion of how Durham can deal with the Robert Mueller investigation and yet target former government officials -who were protected by Mueller- everything regarding future indictments of bigger fish is essentially hope porn.

JoeBama’s National Economic Council Director Brian Deese, the twenty-something central planner in charge of all White House economic policy, tells a curiously skeptical Jake Tapper that things are working swimmingly, exactly according to plan.

According to the Biden-Deese theory on sustainable economic policy, massive spending creates massive inflation; which creates an increased demand for government subsidy to afford basic products; which creates a growing dependency on the government; which creates a need for massive spending.  Wash-Rinse-Repeat.

This is exactly the expanding economic dependency model sold by socialists around the world for generations, which Barack Obama and his Biden administration promise they have now perfected in order to remove the pesky inequities always associated with unbridled capitalism.  Smile everyone, government cheese aplenty….

In a rather ironic note, the parseltongue White House explanation is so disconnected from common sense, that furrowed brow’s brain is having an out of body issue, seemingly he is watching himself participate.   The producers shift the camera angles quickly to compensate.

It would appear that somewhere in the recesses of Tapper’s frontal cortex, there remains a glowing ember of the common sense particle.  Unfortunately for the CNN host, the synapse for the common sense particle is pinched between the ‘Smarter than thou tumor‘ and the expanding grey brain matter of moral relativity needed to sit silently and listen to bulls**t.

Within this cognitive conflict, you can visibly see Tapper’s guilt hypothalamus trying to make him uncomfortable… he sighs heavily as the infrequently exercised guilt glands attempt to trigger him to react.  Alas, the party groupthink microchip in his ear warns him to stay quiet.

Well, there it is.  According to political engineers who are tasked with pushing the COVID-19 narrative, the bureaucrats who determine U.S. health policy have not yet decided on how many booster shots will be needed to keep a person’s “vaccinated status” compliant.

Put another way, they have not determined the vaccine rate that keeps the pharmaceutical companies operating at maximum profitability.

Bloomberg – […] Some states, such as California and Colorado, have opened up booster shots to all adults who are at least six months past their second mRNA dose. It may turn out that the term “booster” is a bit of a misnomer, and that the correct number of shots for maximum efficacy isn’t yet known.

Vaccination recommendations often change as more data becomes available over time.  “It’s a good idea to keep an eye on CDC guidance.”
