A public interest law professor from George Washinton University Law School, John F. Banzhaf III, has filed bar complaint (full pdf below) against Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby.
In the complaint Banzhaf calls Mosby a “runaway prosecutor” who has violated ethics rules governing the conduct of attorneys in Maryland at almost every turn in the case — from the moment she announced the charges against the officers in May 2015 to this week, when her office signaled it would continue pursuing its case against the officers still facing charges despite the full acquittal of two other officers in the last two months. The key point from the latest Quinnipiac University Poll (full pdf below) is not so much the result of a statistical neck-and-neck race, but rather how the release proves the prior media polls are transparently biased and constructed to benefit Hillary Clinton.

As we have shared previously, media polls are useless in this election for genuine comparative purposes.  There has not been a single Trump / Clinton media poll in the past month that has not been (transparently) an agenda poll.
The Quinnipiac poll methodology (available here) shows it was conducted from  June 21 to June 27,  and used 1,610 registered voters.  Quinnipiac puts out a fully detailed methodology and accepts the MOE (margin of error) is weighted to favor Hillary Clinton due to the increasing reliance on cell phone contacts.

A 27-year old Londoner explains why they voted to exit the European Union, including the backlash and social climate.  The entire article is well worth reading – Excerpt:

Whether you have historically found yourself aligning with the traditional political left (Democrats) or the traditional political right (Republicans), it really matters not.  In the next several months we are about to see some very uncomfortable truths.
To our friends from the “Conservative Right”, we simply share a message: if we thought candidate Donald Trump had already revealed many usurping agents within our collective ranks, we ain’t seen nothing yet.
Example:

If we’re willing to bear witness, we are about to see just how deep, entrenched and controlling the Globalist/Wall Street financial tentacles are within the party apparatus.
We shall also witness the professional punditry, specific websites, particular radio voices, voluminous writers, historic authors, etc. who gain financial benefit from supporting these same usurping agents.

House Select Committee on Benghazi Report Members held a news conference today to release their report on the September 2012 attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, in which four Americans died including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.

According to CNN and DC source media the House Select Committee on Benghazi is scheduled to release their 802 page narrative report outlining the events surrounding the Sept. 11th/12th 2012 Benghazi Libya attack, later today.  CNN has reviewed a “portion” of the initial 200 pages – outlined here.

The official release is reported to be a “narrative report“, focusing only on the facts leading up to, during, and after the attack itself.  The final committee report is not anticipated to draw any conclusions of fault – just a detailed and lengthy summary of facts.

In March of 2012 there was a clear inflection point within the judicial system when leftists, professional grievance activists, switched tactics from proclaiming the innocence of the transparently guilty, to advocating for the guilt of the transparently innocent.

This past weekend the Baltimore Sun outlined investigative evidence from a Baltimore detective, Dawnyell Taylor, that clearly shows the prosecution of the Baltimore Six police officers was yet another example.  Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby manufactured a political case intended to advocate for the guilt of the transparently innocent.

Residents of Kauai are not too happy with Facebook CEO and open border advocate, Mark Zuckerberg after he begins erecting a massive border wall around his property.
Go figure.

KILAUEA, KAUAI — For years, Kilauea, Kauai resident Gy Hall has enjoyed the view of the ocean and the breeze along Koolau Road. Then, a few weeks ago, a crew started to build a wall which happens to belong to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
“The feeling of it is really oppressive. It’s immense,” Hall said. “It’s really sad that somebody would come in, and buy a huge piece of land and the first thing they do is cut off this view that’s been available and appreciative by the community here for years.”

Every action a Clinton takes is through the primary prism of self-serving political benefit. It’s all they know – it’s a DNA level attribute just like the color of their eyes, or any other genealogical trait.
Today’s political poll/wind-testing example is the appearance of Senator Elizabeth Warren.  Remember, all the prior conversations about Team Clinton having to make radical adjustments to their political strategy based on the EU referendum?
Yeah, Pocahontas.

The appearance of Senator goofy is not about attacking Trump; it is not about courting Bernie Sanders supporters, it is not about having a more authentic liberal ideologue on the ticket, it is not about gender or any specific “ism” per se’.  No, this decision is entirely about trying to find the navigation markers which shifted amid the tectonic plates of Brexit politics.
Brexit rebukes the entire ideological worldview, outlook, and lifetime framework of Global Clinton.  How is she going find a path to the presidency when such a seismic shift has taken place.  That’s the motive here, nothing more.
