Zimmerman VS NBC – Beasley Law Firm Petitions FL Court To Commence Civil Trial – Mark O’Mara Bow’s Out…

The defamation suit against NBC was on hold pending criminal trial outcome.  The Zimmerman motion for sanctions, still in limbo, against prosecutors Bernie De La Rionda and Angela Corey are part of the criminal trial.   Subsequently and consequentially the request for the defamation suit to move forward has been denied.

zimmerman-trial-022-061813SANFORD — Orlando lawyer Mark O’Mara on Thursday took another step away from his most famous client, George Zimmerman, by bowing out of a defamation suit against NBC Universal Media.

O’Mara was co-counsel for Zimmerman when the former Neighborhood Watch volunteer sued the network broadcaster just over a year ago, accusing it of falsely portraying him as racist in five reports.

[Zimmerman’s] … defamation suit has sat dormant for 11 months. Both sides agreed last February that they’d do nothing until Zimmerman’s criminal case was closed. (more…)

Mark O’Mara Opines On “Angie”

“Look, if he’s doing something that calms him down, keeps him out of the public eye, relaxes him, I think that’s a healthy habit to take on,” O’Mara said.

“I looked at the art,” he continued. “It’s an interesting picture, it carries a certain cuteness to me that she has that picture and that quote in it because you know my feelings about the way she handled herself and the ethics of the way the prosecution handled it’s case. Cute clip.” (link with audio clip)

Orlando Sentinel Posts Short Interview Mark O’Mara: “No regrets defending Zimmerman, no miracle worker”…

Here are a few interesting snippets:

Mark O'Mara 1

Q: Will you move forward with a motion for sanctions against the state?

A: It’s pending. It’s actually more George’s decision than mine. He’ll let me know if he wants that done. I think he probably spent enough time in a criminal courtroom in Seminole County.

[…]  Q: What about the Florida Bar ethics inquiry related to how you handled the Zimmerman case?

A: It’s being dismissed, and it’s my understanding that’s in the works. I’m not worried about it because I sort of asked them to figure out what’s going on.  (continue reading)

One Month Follow Up…. “shortly” ?

Define “shortly”… ?

crump - O'Mara 2DECEMBER 17th 2013 […] The Florida Bar opened an inquiry, which included very specific questions regarding our policies for each and how we were conducting ourselves. We responded promptly and to The Florida Bar’s satisfaction, and the entire matter was deferred until after the trial. Although no further action has been taken since the verdict, the file has remained open. Yesterday, in response to a very specific question from the press, The Florida Bar followed their policy and confirmed that there was an “open matter” regarding me and the Zimmerman case.

Generally, The Florida Bar discourages public comment on pending matters, but in this instance, and since the matter was reported in a completely incomplete manner, and in a way that opened opportunity for inaccurate speculation, I’ve decided to respond. I am certain that matter will be closed shortly, and that the conclusion will suggest that we handled these new and novel approaches in an appropriate and ethical way. (continue reading)

Mark O'Mara, BAR Inquiries, And The Questions Everyone Is Missing…

A few days ago someone shared a link to an Orlando Sentinel article which outlined a Florida BAR investigation into Mark O’Mara. Then ABC News came out with a similar article.  Both media reports generally vague in their descriptives.
O'Mara Zimmerman
The Orlando Sentinel pulled one of their now infamous switcheroo’s and took down the content of their original article (Jeff Weiner – 12/16) replacing it with this one (Rene Stutzman – 12/17) and intentionally not noting the change, or informing readers. They have done this numerous times in the past:

[…] The bar confirmed Monday that O’Mara was the subject of an ethics complaint but provided no details, including who filed it and what allegations it included. (O.S. Link)

You can identify the O.S. manipulative switcheroo because the link was posted to The TreeHouse at 8:40pm December 16th –  and the date is visible in the actual full link:  https://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/trayvon-martin/os-george-zimmerman-omara-complaint-20131216,0,3523757.story (where 20131216 is 2013, 12-16 year/date)
Yet if you follow the link you end up at an article dated 3:55pm  Dec 17th.  So what they did was delete the content of the article (written by Jeff Weiner) and replace it the next day with content written by Rene Stutzman.    Putting the 12/16 Weiner article content in the proverbial disappearing hole.  As if it never existed.   Ask yourself why? Reuniting ? Sammi N' Jorge The Reality Show – "I Love Loopy" ?

ABC NEWS – […]  Zimmerman, 30, who faces a felony aggravated assault charge as well as lesser charges stemming from the incident, is asking to have  conditions of his bail modified so he can resume contact with Samantha Scheibe.

According to court documents filed by Zimmerman’s attorney Jayne Weintraub, Scheibe, 27, gave a sworn statement in which she wrote, “I do not want George Zimmerman charged.”
Zimmerman, who had been acquitted earlier this year of murder in the death of teenager Trayvon Martin, had posted a $9,000 bond and was barred from any contact with Scheibe. He was also ordered to give up his guns and wear an electronic monitor. (more…)

LOL "Freedom At A Cost" – Article Citing George Zimmerman Financials…

The failure to accept the existence of truth does not protect you from it.

Both Ytz4Me and Myself, as well as just about all CTH Admins, have taken a considerable amount of flack for pointing to the truth behind the Mark O’Mara agenda (RE: Financials n more) in the George Zimmerman case.  A recent Daily Mail article points to some of the truth the O’Marapologists refuse to accept as “real”.
zimmerman-trial-025-061813(Via Daily Mail)  George Zimmerman racked up $2.5million in  legal fees defending himself against a murder charge, his defense attorneys have  revealed.
The 30-year-old was acquitted of killing  Trayvon Martin earlier this year, but his freedom has come at a cost.  He received the legal bill from lead  attorneys Mark O’Mara and Don West two months ago.
O’Mara initially took the case on in April  2012 at no charge to Zimmerman.  But he later found out that the Zimmerman  family were raising funds to fight the charge via a website appeal.  {Oh well,  wait a minute, you have money? That changes the whole equation no?  I mean we were doing it pro-bono, but now that bono guy’s dead so we do it pro-me-no?}
More than $400,000 was donated to the fund by  his supporters. (more…)

Jack Cashill's "If I Had A Son" The Comprehensive Book About The George Zimmerman Case – Available Beginning Today

ifihadasonIn March of 2012 no-one could have predicted that a rag tag bunch of misfits spread around the globe would ultimately identify the beginning of the largest full scale media fraud in our lifetime.   And certainly no-one would have predicted that most would end up here sharing their discoveries and identifying the Truth behind the headlines.
What we identified as the *real story* around the Trayvon Martin shooting was little, if anything, to do with the actual George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin encounter.   The real story was how this one self-defense shooting was used by an assembly of disparate interests, and then manipulated in the extreme by a monolithic over powering media machine.
It was, and still remains, arguably one of the most, if not *the most*, astounding examples of modern, full-scale media manipulation ever witnessed.
Social media, mainstream media and various professional grievance artists all participated in one of the most bizarre examples of modern sociology run to the ideological, and political, extremes.
Such is the complex outline behind the Jack Cashill book “If I Had A Son – Race, Guns and the Railroading of George Zimmerman” – which is available today, released in hardback. (more…)

Angela Corey's 4th SAO Responds To Public Records Request Follow-Ups….

But interestingly the Public Records Clerk, Jessica Clifton, is not the one responding. Instead, Lisa A. DiFranza, an Assistant State Attorney responds to the follow-up on behalf of Angela Corey.
Y’all know we are patient, very patient, but we are also relentless.
zimmerman-001-070513zimmerman-trial-51-062613
It took almost a year, and a painstaking methodical strategy, to get the Public Records from M-DSPD which revealed the truth behind Trayvon Martin’s history, and the illegal law enforcement diversionary practices which kept him from the Criminal Justice System.
One of the things we have learned (over time) is that when you are requesting these “risk records”, the public officials ‘at risk’ will easily lie.   So, unfortunately, the strategy to actually get the records means you have to anticipate being lied to.   You must  know the truth of the existence of what you are seeking, before you actually request it. Angela Corey Under Continuing Investigation….

Angela Corey RockstarOCALA, Fla., September 17, 2013 — George Zimmerman’s highly controversial prosecutor, Angela Corey, is now under state investigation for firing Ben Kruidbos, the Jacksonville Times-Union reports.
“Kruidbos received a letter from the Florida Commission on Ethics earlier this week saying the investigation was occurring,” the T-U’s Larry Hannan wrote last week. “Investigator Specialist Kathleen Mann, who sent the letter, declined to comment on the investigation when contacted by the Times-Union on Friday.”
Kruidbos was the information technology director in Corey’s office until earlier this summer. (more…)
