The Fifth Circuit court of appeals outlines how the Biden administration totally violated the first amendment, by forcing and coercing social media and other organizations to ban speech, block opinion and censor information they determined was against their interests.  Any time a progressive democrat claims their leadership would not destroy this nation, simply put the appellate court ruling back in front of their face and walk away.

The panel decision modified the injunction against federal officials to now read:

Defendants, and their employees and agents, shall take no actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly, to coerce or significantly encourage social-media companies to remove, delete, suppress, or reduce, including through altering their algorithms, posted social-media content containing protected free speech. That includes, but is not limited to, compelling the platforms to act, such as by intimating that some form of punishment will follow a failure to comply with any request, or supervising, directing, or otherwise meaningfully controlling the social-media companies’ decision-making processes.

At the government’s request, the Fifth Circuit stayed the order for 10 days to give the government time to petition for a writ of certiorari from the U.S. Supreme Court.  Almost like bait, the Fifth Circuit is seemingly hoping the insufferable & ideological Lawfare operatives in the DOJ will take this decision higher.

The Democratic governor said she is expecting legal challenges but felt compelled to act in response to gun deaths, including the fatal shooting of an 11-year-old boy outside a minor league baseball stadium this week.

24 hours before Joe Biden announced he was cancelling all previously issued oil and gas leases in Alaska’s ANWR region, Saudi Arabia and Russia announced oil production limits would continue.  Oil prices spiked near $100/bbl and then Joe Biden amplifies the problem by cancelling previously sold oil and gas leases.

There’s no other way to look at the timing here, other than to accept this is Joe Biden intentionally driving up the cost of domestic energy in the U.S. and creating as much pain as possible.

President Joe Biden, a Democrat, has pledged to protect the 19.6 million-acre (7.9 million-hectare) Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) for polar bears and caribou.

“As the climate crisis warms the Arctic more than twice as fast as the rest of the world, we have a responsibility to protect this treasured region for all ages,” he said in a statement.

Premise Polling conducted by 538 Project [DATA HERE] shows President Donald Trump with a commanding 50-point lead over the rest of the field.   President Trump holds 62% of primary voters, while Ron DeSantis shrinks even further to 12%.   This poll, along with all the state polls show a similar trend pattern.  President would win all the delegates in the key primary states.

In a head-to-head matchup with only Trump and DeSantis, President Trump crushes the Florida Governor 67% to 24%.  The demographics are again consistent with Trump dominating every subset of voter and DeSantis holding tepid support from rich white men over 55, with graduate degrees who say they don’t follow politics.

This poll reflects an almost identical outcome to the Wall Street Journal polling released a few days ago.

Additionally, in this poll President Trump is easily beating Joe Biden 42/37, while Joe Biden beats Ron DeSantis 35/33.

There are too many aligned datapoints now showing almost identical outcomes.  This reality is likely why DeSantis PAC senior official Jeff Roe recently said the next 30 to 60 days were do or die for the DeSantis operation.  They are simply running out of money.

As long as you remember that Lawfare is the legal construction of a media narrative intended to sway public opinion, then the madness happening in Fulton County, GA, reconciles.  [At the bottom of this outline is video from the courtroom]

Earlier today, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said it seems unrealistic to expect all of the pre-trial issues to be resolved before the established trial date of October 23rd for Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro.  Both Powell and Chesebro have demanded speedy trials; however, the case is essentially a Rico conspiracy case and none of the accused defendants can split away from the group of 19 as a whole.

If a single state defendant successfully argues in another court that their case should be transferred to a different jurisdiction (perhaps federal), or if a single state defendant is successful splitting away from the group of 19, then the entire conspiracy case collapses.   This is the ridiculousness of the construct.

Today, lawyers for both Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro reminded the judge they do not know each other, have never met each other, and have no idea what connection is being applied to them as they are being accused of conspiring together.   It would be hard to imagine a conspiracy between two people who have never met, never communicated and don’t know each other; alas this is the madness in Fulton County.

As noted by Politico, “Prosecutors said the distinction in the charges Powell and Chesebro face is immaterial since they’re both charged with conspiring toward the same unlawful goal: keeping Trump in power despite his defeat in the 2020 election.”  So, wanting Trump to remain in office is the connection that creates the conspiracy.

According to the Lawfare logic as explained today in court, any of the 73 million Trump voters are therefore guilty of conspiring to keep President Donald Trump in office, and subject to future arrest and detention.  Yes, this is Lawfare madness.

This is beyond ludicrous now.  Secretary of State Anthony Blinken travelled to Ukraine to promote the U.S. commitment to our proxy EU country, and their perpetual money laundering operation.

In addition to announcing another $1 Billion in military and police funding, Blinken also announced that U.S. taxpayers would provide $520 million in funds for the Ukraine Green New Deal initiative to redevelop clean energy sources.   Blackrock and Vanguard are smiling large tonight, knowing that Joe Biden and Anthony Blinken are pumping profit funds directly into their subsidiary companies who will do the work.  This is madness. Oil prices shot passed $90/bbl today after Saudi Arabia and then Russia announced a continuance of production cuts through the end of this year.

The BRICS alliance is going to deliver some pain to the Western alliance.  Those people living in the yellow zone, with leadership chasing climate change and Green New Deal policies, are going to see more durable inflation as the cost of oil is attached to just about every product and service.

Gasoline, energy products, petroleum products, home heating oil, groceries, everything will cost more as the geopolitical battle continues; but we are supposed to pretend we are unaware of the global political dynamic.

(Zero Hedge) – […] Just after 9am ET, Saudi Arabia said it would extend the voluntary cut of 1 million b/d of for another 3 months, from October until the end of December, well beyond the expectation of just 1 more month. Saudi press agency SPA notes that the voluntary cut decision will be reviewed monthly to consider deepening the cut or increasing production.

The extension of cuts is meant to reinforce the precautionary efforts made by OPEC countries with the aim of supporting the stability of the oil market. The Saudi announcement came a shock to market as 20 of 25 traders and analysts surveyed by Bloomberg last week had predicted the additional cutback would be continued for just one additional month.

Isn’t it interesting how professional Republicans can always find a way to protect the professional Democrats, yet you never see the reverse scenario.

That truthful reality is just one small way you can help people break out of their battered conservative syndrome.  The professional Republicans are indeed like the role-playing Washington Generals.  It’s not an accident the GOPe push their reach across the aisle, high-minded approach, it’s strategic.  All of it follows a script and the performance actors are very easy to identify.

If you have watched World War Reddit, and understand the basic premise of Ukraine as a U.S. money laundering operation, then you likely understand why and how the recipient side of the $100 billion U.S. aid package is filled with graft and corruption.

Each Ukraine official who is caught using the money for their personal enrichment, is replaced by another person who engages in the same activity.  Successful anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine are futile, because everything attached to the U.S. created Ukraine government is corrupt.

A corrupt minister is caught stealing and skimming money for his/her own benefit. The corrupt minister is fired and replaced with another corrupt minister, and then the clock starts ticking until the replacement makes a mistake and gets caught doing the same thing as his predecessor.

The corrupt activity in Kyiv is identical to the corrupt activity in Washington DC, because it is created by the same corrupt process.   Wash – Rinse – Repeat.

He could be dismissed from the top post as early as next week and given a new role as ambassador to the United Kingdom.

But the decision is “not finalized” according to sources speaking to Kyiv Post, which names Rustem Umerov – currently head of the State Property Fund – as a likely candidate to replace Reznikov.

DM Reznikov has overseen Ukraine’s military and defense strategy since the start of the Feb. 2022 invasion, but the much-hyped counteroffensive launched at the start of the summer has been widely seen as a failure, despite tens of billions of dollars of Western aid and weaponry.

Reznikov is now front and center in an anti-graft probe, Bloomberg writes, citing local Ukrainian media:

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s anti-graft crackdown is fueling speculation that he may dismiss Ukraine’s defense minister following accusations of corruption linked to procuring military supplies.

The Ukrayinska Pravda newspaper, citing sources it didn’t name, said on Thursday Minister Oleksii Reznikov may be replaced as early as next week. The report followed accusations from anti-corruption activists and media that under his leadership the ministry has purchased food and uniforms at inflated prices. It also coincides with comments from a lawmaker that Reznikov may be shifted to the post of Kyiv’s ambassador to the UK.

Additionally, parliament’s People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, wrote in a Thursday Telegram post that “…Rustem Umerov will be nominated for the position of Minister of Defense.”

In 1946, a small town of Athens, Tennessee, became a true battleground, as a siege was laid on the town jail by crowd mostly consisted of WWII veterans who decided to take justice into their own hands, as the local politics were plagued by corruption, police brutality and electoral fraud.

The political turmoil was present prior to the Second World War, when an influential political figure in from Memphis, Edward Hull “Boss” Crump, appointed Paul Cantrell as the candidate for Sheriff in 1936. Cantrell won the election in what became known as the “vote grab of 1936”.

Around that time a system of fees was introduced in the Sheriff’s office, which meant that a fee would be paid per arrest. The system proved to be very dysfunctional ― shady arrests were made, often without substantial evidence, which also included numerous fines for “drunkenness” and “fee grabbing” from tourists and travelers on a similar pretext. In a period between 1936 and 1946, it is estimated that more than 300,000 dollars amounted to these fees.

In the meantime, Cantrell ran for State Senate, leaving his trusty deputy, Pat Mansfield, in charge. The racquet worsened, and the local population was greatly displeased. After several investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice failed to make a dent in this lucrative violation of authority, the situation reached its boiling point.

During wartime, thousands of men from the McMinn County, which includes Athens, joined the fight against fascism overseas. The shortage of able men led to low criteria in employing law-enforcement officers, which often included ex-convicts with violent criminal records.
