Presidential Campaign Shenanigans…

Many newly engaged voters might not be aware of the Purple Orcs, the SEIU goons or the modern campaign tactics of Liberal Democrats.  Most often the campaign shenanigans are personified by rabid left-wing moonbats, however sometimes they are reverse antagonism tactics, ie. highly Rovian….

♦  A nutter appears in the middle of a Donald Trump rally proclaiming to be a supporter while simultaneously making odd statements during a Q&A about the President being Muslim?  The entire MSM apparatus is on-scene with hundreds of reporters, yet they have no idea who the guy is, nor are they interesting in following it up?

Uh, huh.

♦  A Fem-nutter appears at a Donald Trump rally and begins spouting Democrat talking points as questions to candidate Trump about women’s rights and women’s equality issues.   Again, with script in hand and ready to rock-n-roll, the media (CNN) apparently disinterested in talking to, or identifying the ideology of the provocateur. Missouri Poll – Donald Trump Leads With 33% Support and Highest Confidence Vote On All Key Issues….

The latest Missouri poll (full pdf below) is almost identical to the recent Nevada Poll. Actually, almost every state poll taken in the month of December is virtually the same, and in close alignment with national polls.

Donald Trump has held the top position in the polls for so long that many forget what the race looked like when it originally began.   Missouri provides us a great opportunity to glance back to the last polling taken in the state (PPP August).  Jeb was actually in second place. (more…)

On Schedule Team Jeb Dispatches The GOPe Orc’s – The Goal is NOT To Win Your Vote…

We are in an era when many people are following politics a little more closely than usual, that’s a good thing.  However, for many a paradigm shift is needed:

Modern GOPe presidential politics are not dependent on winning your vote, we are in an era when presidential politics is focused on “winning the office” – there is a big difference.  The former is irrelevant when the latter is achieved.

Current political science classes are focused on teaching political theorem through the prism of history, but historical references are less accurate than ever before.  The new age of the Atwater/Rove approach is based on using the foundation of ‘Citizens United’ to protect the professional political class.

When you understand the goal of the professional candidate is to achieve the office, and not to necessarily win your vote, we can find increased clarity on campaign behavior.

A vote for a given candidate is valuable.   However, when you are inside the professional political class, a non-vote is just as valuable.  (more…)

Latest YouGov National Poll Bolsters Trump’s Confidence as Trump’s Strength Protects Cruz…

Candidate Donald Trump holds a commanding lead in almost every poll.  While the media broadcast public polls, the internal polling actually drives the campaign activity.  With that in mind the public polls provide ‘retrospective’ to either support, or undercut, the activity of the campaign itself.

The latest report from YouGov is one of many which highlights why Team Trump is slowly shifting focus toward a more general election race.  Another good summary of indicators is Available HERE:

You might have also noted candidate Donald Trump referencing today’s Reuters polling trend in earlier interviews.  Apparently that’s because the trend shows the number two and number three candidates have peaked, and now are moving back into low double digits.

Apropos of Everything – Simultaneous Key State Events: Jeb Bush Leaves NH Supporters Out In Cold – Donald Trump Keeps Campaigning In Iowa…

trump vs bush

In an opportunity for a compare and contrast, both Donald Trump and Jeb Bush have events scheduled today.  Trump in Council Bluffs Iowa, Jeb Bush in Peterborough New Hampshire.

Jeb Bush holding a “Town Hall”, while Donald Trump holds a campaign “rally”.   Both candidates holding events at almost the same time.

However, Jeb Bush cancels his Town Hall due to “inclement weather”.  Donald Trump keeps campaigning.  HatTip to KBR for this picture of what greets Bush supporters tonight: (more…)

Floridians For Trump – The Electoral Fulcrum State…

Welcome%20to%20FloridaIt seems like such a long time ago, in the spring of 2014, when we first identified the fingerprints of the GOPe road map which eventually led to the GOPe “Splitter Strategy“.  However, one variable remains as critical today as it was almost two years ago, FLORIDA.

Back in 2014 the most important tripwire we set, was to watch what the GOPe in Florida did with their delegates.  Our hunch was the national RNC power-structure would coordinate with the state-level republican party and present a mid-March “winner-take-all” delegate distribution to benefit the low-polling, low-turnout, low-vote goal of Jeb Bush.

trump standupjeb bush what

Florida would thereby be the Fulcrum for the Jeb Bush road-map.  If Team Jeb could fracture the non-Jeb vote enough, the approximately 20% pro-Jeb vote would be all that was needed to capture the full 99 delegates.   The road map then picks up speed and it’s all downhill to the convention for Jeb’s anointment. Clout Research Poll – Donald Trump Leads With 40%, Leads Among All Key Demos, Ethnicity, Age, Gender, Religious Affiliations…

A poll conducted by Clout Research for World Net Daily (full pdf below) shows candidate Donald Trump with a commanding lead amid all major demographics.  The poll also contains a small sample of Democrats (19), Independents (61), as well as Republican (365) voters.

It should be noted that generally speaking, when considering content coverage, WND has a favorable lean toward Senator Ted Cruz.  The result below is from the Republican respondents:

A review of the poll internals show Donald Trump leading with all religious affiliations. In addition Trump leads all ideologies except “strongly conservative” (far right) which favor Ted Cruz.  Hence, more statistical affirmation of what most already accept:  Donald Trump, like Ronald Reagan, is a center-right candidate.

Rasmussen Poll: Clinton vs. Trump A Dead Heat – Even Without The Professionally Republican Loyalists “Undecideds”….

NOTE – Bookmark this post and date for reference in November 2016.

A recent Rasmussen poll (unfortunately, private data) shows Hillary Clinton 37% and Donald Trump 36% in a statistical dead heat. However, if you look at the actual data as presented by Rasmussen you find:

[…] Seventy-five percent (75%) of Democrats back Clinton, up five points from October. Trump draws support from 63% of Republicans, virtually unchanged from the previous survey. Unaffiliated voters prefer Trump 36% to 25%, but 29% of these voters like some other candidate. These findings also are similar to the October survey. (link)

If Trump is tied with Hillary and yet only 63% of identified Republicans support Trump this means a larger portion of Republicans are “non-Trump”, than Democrats who are “non-Hillary”.  Here’s the math as presented which shows how centrist and dominant Donald Trump’s appeal is. (more…)

Lou Dobbs Highlights The Political Hypocrisy of Speaker Paul Ryan (video)…

Lou Dobbs from Fox Business Network nails this outline 100%:

Unrelated yet interesting – Is anyone else noticing that Fox Networks, well, actually Roger Ailes, are hedging their bets on Donald Trump?

While the primary broadcast Fox News Network is essentially a non-stop anti-Trump propaganda machine, heavily invested in the immigration amnesty angle, currently promoting Marco Rubio because Jeb cannot gain traction, it appears Roger Ailes has made a strategic decision to allow pro-Trump speaking on Fox Business Network.
