Last night British Prime Minister David Cameron delivered a stark and bold message to the people of Great Britain. ISIS represents a political ideology born in the space of non-governance, and fueled amid a raging ideology, that must be confronted and destroyed.
There is little nuance within his message. Two video’s – the first is the context of his position; the second is the expanded version to include questions and expanded explanations.

You just can’t make this stuff up:

(Via Fox News)  A second American reportedly killed fighting with the Islamic State group in Syria has been identified as Abdirahmaan Muhumed, of Minneapolis, two sources told Fox News late Wednesday.
KMSP-TV in Minneapolis reported that Muhumed was killed in the same battle as Douglas McAuthur McCain, who grew up outside Minneapolis in the town of New Hope and most recently lived in San Diego. The State Department confirmed McCain’s death earlier this week, but spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Wednesday that the U.S. has no independent confirmation of the second American’s death. “We’re looking into it,” she said.
A source told Fox News that Muhumed’s family had been sent a photo of his body from Syria, but had not been formally notified by the State Department. Fox News was unable to contact the family. (more…)

This represents Obama’s foreign policy in a nutshell. In 2012 we armed ISIS in Syria with the goal to destroy President Assad. In 2014 we are giving President Assad the intelligence information to destroy ISIS, and the weapons we gave them to kill him.

WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. has begun reconnaissance flights over Syria and is sharing intelligence about jihadist deployments with Damascus through Iraqi and Russian channels, sources told AFP on Tuesday.

“The cooperation has already begun and the United States is giving Damascus information via Baghdad and Moscow,” one source close to the issue said on condition of anonymity.

The comments came a day after Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said Syria was willing to work with the international community against the jihadist Islamic State group, and U.S. officials said they were poised to carry out surveillance flights over Syria. (more…)

The United States, the officials said, was caught by surprise: Egypt and the Emirates, both close allies and military partners, acted without informing Washington, leaving the Obama administration on the sidelines. Egyptian officials explicitly denied to American diplomats that their military played any role in the operation, the officials said, in what appeared a new blow to already strained relations between Washington and Cairo. The undercover warriors will aim to “cut the head off the snake” by hitting the command structure of the Islamist terror group responsible for a trail of atrocities across Iraq and Syria, reports the Sunday People.
PM David Cameron has told the SAS and UK spy agencies to direct all their ­resources at defeating IS after a video of US journalist James Foley being beheaded shocked the world.
British special forces will work with America’s Delta Force and Seal Team 6. The move sees a rebirth of top secret Task Force Black, which helped defeat al-Qaeda terrorists in Iraq .

Libya is vitally important for several reasons.  The nation is the gateway between Africa and the Middle East, as well as the primary gate between Africa and Europe.   What happens in Libya has profound consequences for Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Unreported by the Western media some EU nations -and possibly the U.S.- have been covertly using air strikes to try and stop the assembly forces of the radical islamists.  As we previously shared the Benghazi, Mizrata and Darnah brigades, the Libyan Fighting Groups, have assembled under one banner called “Operation Dawn”.
However, the “mysterious airstrikes” have been futile given the scope of the islamists moving on the ground.   The Tripoli International Airport has been completely destroyed.  Islamist Fighting Groups are now in control of the Capital city.

Things are bad folks, really bad.  48 hours ago I lost contact with my source in the area – please say a prayer for all the innocent Libyans now suffering as a consequence of stupid U.S. policy. Samantha Power, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton and President Obama caused this.

(ENGLAND) American and British intelligence officials are eyeing a British-born rapper as the militant who beheaded journalist James Foley.

A senior Western intelligence official told Fox News that 23-year-old London rapper Abdel Majed Abdel Bary is the suspect believed to be Foley’s executioner.
U.S. intelligence officials are not commenting publicly on the reports, but a well-placed source told Fox News that Bary’s Egyptian-born father was extradited from London to the United States in 2012 for his alleged connection to Usama bin Laden and the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings in Africa.
Bary traveled to Syria last year to fight with  ISIS, the source said.

The Sunday Times and Sunday People identified Bary as a member of a group of at least three British-born ISIS fighters known among former hostages as “The Beatles.” (more)

Back in May 2013 Republican Senator John McCain made a secret trip to Syria to talk to the forces fighting against Assad.
