Alina Habba is one of the key attorneys on the civil case in New York City.  Within this interview with Larry Kudlow, Habba gives a great overall status update on the case and draws some interesting points that I was unfamiliar with.

The New York AG is using a “consumer fraud statute” as the cornerstone of the case.  If you think about it, when it comes to the lender/borrower dynamic, Donald Trump is the consumer in the transaction.  The statute that was created to protect the consumer from predatory lenders is being twisted by Lawfare against the consumer, presumably under the auspices of protecting the lenders.   The case is built upon a fraudulent premise, reversing the intent of the statute being used.  WATCH:

There are no elements to this farce of a judicial proceeding which will survive appellate court review.  The entire motive and process is easily identified by any intellectually honest person as a complete sham and legal clown show, intended to advance extreme ideological Lawfare.

President Trump delivered remarks and held an impromptu press conference during the recess of the court. President Trump is furious at the ridiculous nature of the proceedings and the judicial activism that is on display. WATCH:

There are no victims of what the State calls “fraud,” yet this judge is ruling the Trump organization must dissolve all business interests in the state and exit within 10 days.

New York Attorney General Latisha James campaigned for office with promises to target the Trump Organization and Donald Trump himself.  This is malicious Lawfare in the extreme.

Sheesh, this family.  According to reporting from the New York Post, Hunter Biden’s oldest daughter, Naomi Biden, Joe Biden’s granddaughter, went to work for DC-based law firm Arnold & Porter immediately after Biden was inaugurated.

While working for the firm as an “international arbitration associate”, Naomi Biden represents the interests of Peruvians in an energy dispute and lawsuit.  Naomi Biden lived in the White House from August 2022 to March 2023.

No word on whether she registered under the laws of the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA).   The IRS investigators of Hunter Biden were blocked by the DOJ from interviewing Naomi.

This is multiple layers of sketchy.

(New York Post) – Hunter Biden’s eldest daughter Naomi worked as a lawyer on behalf of the government of Peru around the same time she was living at the White House with her granddad, President Joe Biden, a review of public records shows.

Naomi Biden, 29, joined the Washington DC-based law firm Arnold & Porter in January 2021 — the same month Joe Biden was sworn in as the nation’s 46th president.

She had previously been a Summer associate at the firm in 2019.

California Senator Dianne Feinstein is dead, she was 90.

Journalist Rebecca Traister, who profiled Feinstein at length for New York magazine said, “she believed in civic and political control and order, and I would say that is the defining feature of her life in politics.”  That’s the most generous statement of compliment that should be expressed; anything more is pure partisan rewriting of history.

This is the senator who sat as the Chair and Vice-Chair on the Senate Intelligence Committee and had a decades long Chinese CCP party spy operating as her personal driver and assistant.

This is the senator who sat as Vice-Chair on the Senate Judiciary Committee; the woman who accepted and promoted the fraudulently constructed claims from deep state lawfare operatives and Christine Blasey-Ford, pretending the claims were of material truth.

This is the senator who had Dan Jones as her lead staffer and was instrumental in the originating construct of the completely fraudulent Trump-Russia conspiracy theory.  This is also the senator who purposefully leaked and made public the closed-door transcript of testimony by Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson. A leak that was intended and designed to assist the Trump-Russia conspirators to align their stories and get on the same page of lies.

In the last 10 years, Senator Dianne Feinstein was a tool for the interests of others.  During that decade, she was not only oblivious in the same cognitive disposition as Joe Biden, but she was also willfully blind allowing herself to be used as the frontwoman by the most entrenched and manipulative evil ideologues inside the most corrupt administrative state in history.  That alignment with toxic evil manifest physically in her last years.

News breaking from The Daily Mail reflects that President Donald Trump has filed a civil action against Orbis Business Intelligence and its founder, Christopher Steele. You will likely remember that Chris Steele wrote the infamous “Steele Dossier” that became the underpinning of the Carter Page FISA application, replacing the legally required Woods file.

Interestingly, Trump appears to be using the British court system, and laws around libel actions that are much more beneficial to the plaintiff in the U.K. There is an initial 2-day court hearing scheduled for October 16th.

(Via Daily Mail) Donald Trump is suing a former MI6 officer and the intelligence consultancy he founded, High Court records show.

The former US president is bringing a data protection claim against Orbis Business Intelligence and its founder Christopher Steele, who previously ran the Secret Intelligence Service’s Russia desk.

According to a court order published on Thursday, a two-day hearing in Mr Trump’s legal action is set to start on October 16, which is thought to be the first hearing in the claim. (more)

The layers of possibility within this lawsuit are actually much more remarkable than first review might consider.

Remember, as discovered during the Durham probe, GCHQ refused to assist the CIA and FBI in their construct of the fabricated theory about Trump-Russia.  Additionally, Steele has attempted to distance himself from the ‘dossier’ he created, implying his role was simply to affirm or verify information fed to him from Fusion GPS via Glenn Simpson and Nellie Ohr.

Plausibly, Steele could claim he simply provided information, material that was false, to Fusion GPS, not knowing what would come of it.  However, in order to take that position, he would need to swear and attest to that set of facts.  That opens questions about conversations between Steele and Glenn Simpson/Nellie Ohr about his material representations – as well as conversations between Steele and the DOJ/FBI about the same.   Names and specifics would have to be outlined in order to escape the libel.

This is John Galt level government targeting.  A New York State judge has arbitrarily ruled, no trial – no jury, that President Trump overvalued his real estate holdings in New York, which means he paid too much in taxes, in order to secure financing and loans. [Ruling PDF HERE]

Engoron ordered that within 10 days of the ruling, Trump and the other defendants must provide names of potential independent receivers “to manage the dissolution of the canceled LLCs.” (read more)

Don’t pretend. The media are pitching this with full pretense.  Instead, look at the data carefully.  Tens of thousands of UAW members are on strike for better pay and benefits.   The installed occupant of the oval office makes a “historic” visit to the picket line.   About two dozen workers are there.  Think about it.

Look at the optics.  Do you think for one second that Team Obama would let their principal appear in such a smattering of support?  Not a chance.  This “crowd” might as well have had circles around their place to stand.  Joe Biden spent about an hour in Michigan before tripping back onto the plane and heading to meet Gavin Newsom in California.
