We have tracked this intent for 5 years as it evolved from theory, to hidden practice, to policy discussion, then presidential executive order, and now into full blown implementation.
Both Miami-Dade and Maryland Schools did it secretly. At least the Minneapolis School District is being open about their intentions, all former districts have done it without telling the public.
Minneapolis will now institute a policy of disciplinary suspension for white students, but blacks and other minorities will not be suspended and allowed intolerant behavior to correct the disparate impact.
MINNESOTA –  Minneapolis Public Schools are implementing a new policy aimed at eliminating the gap between the races when it comes to suspensions. Nothing will change for white students, they will still be suspended at the discretion of each school’s principal. But for minority students, specifically black, Hispanic and Native American students, the Minneapolis Schools Superintendent’s office will personally review each case.
This new policy is part of an agreement with U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights announced last week after an investigation into why minority students made up such a high percentage suspended students in the past. (more…)

Let us provide the obvious two answers to the repeating questions in this article:

#1 )  This is Maryland – One of the most historically liberal of governmental constructs for liberal policy implementation. They avoid this stuff.

#2)  “All your children are belong to us” – In Maryland the government knows better than you.  Period.  When in doubt, refer to #1.  Remember the “pop tart gun” kid – and the subsequent entire school psychological counseling?

GERMANTOWN, Md. (WJLA) – Parents are furious about a Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) substitute teacher who is accused of sexually assaulting a student, just one week after they learned a contractor allegedly inappropriately touched two students.

Jose Pineda, a 50-year-old substitute teacher, reportedly touched a 12-year-old girl inappropriately at Roberto W. Clemente Middle School on Sept. 30. Court documents allege Pineda first reached around the girl and touched her behind, then walked by four to five times and squeezed her legs and bottom. (more…)

This is a follow-up to the earlier story.   The Duncanville Texas School District has suspended Vinita Hegwood, without pay, pending discharge:

Early this morning district officials met with Ms. Hegwood, the teacher who stated reprehensible personal opinions on her personal social media account. The district took swift action and exercised the fullest disciplinary action allowed under district policy. Ms. Hegwood was placed on suspension without pay pending discharge. Under state law, a school district’s Board of Trustees “fires” staff members, and the district will pursue that action with the board soon. In the meantime, the teacher has been placed on suspension without pay pending discharge.

The district wants the community to know that the actions of this one individual does not and should not represent the school district. Every day, two hundred and forty Duncanville High School teachers provide a school environment that fosters academic excellence, good citizenship and respect for others. Teachers give their life’s work to shaping the future, and this one individual does not represent our staff or our district.  (link)

One of the more vocal supporters of the #Ferguson activists is a woman named Vinita Hegwood who uses Twitter under the name “duckseason6”.  She is not only an activist/advocate, but also a proliferate user of social media to advocate for her views.

PHILADELPHIA – Police are investigating a videotaped attack on a substitute teacher at a southwest Philadelphia high school that left him motionless on the ground.

Thursday’s attack marks the third on a teacher at John Bartram High School in the last month.

A male student threw the substitute teacher to the ground causing him hit his head, school district officials said. Video of the attack shows the teacher motionless in the hallway of the school while students looked on. The teacher, according to officials, was told to stay still until medics arrived at the scene. You already knew the liberal bias existed in Print and Broadcast Media, Entertainment and Academics but the scope of it might even surprise the most staunchly informed.
(Capitol City Project) Conservatives have long believed American culture is entrenched with a liberal bias, only to be scoffed at and called paranoid. However, three new charts dealing with political donations from academia, media, and Hollywood prove this to be the case.
Business Insider was provided a data set of federal campaign contributions dating all the way back to 1980, making the sample size considerable. The data set confirms that media, academia, and the entertainment industry are some of the most liberal professions in America. The findings were provided by CROWDPAC, a non-partisan analytics firm based out of California.
“In compiling all this data, and building these tools, we have the opportunity to shine some light on the political system and reveal some interesting insights and trends,” Crowdpac CEO Steve Hilton said of the findings. “For example, our real data conforms with the claims that have been circulated about the extremely liberal profile of the entertainment and media sectors.”  (Continue To See Charts)

You only need to read the following paragraph to spot the intents and motives of the third grade teacher for Harold McCormick Elementary School teacher in Elizabethton, Tennessee:

…”The teacher also told Sommer [parent] that her son was not supposed to take the Nation of Islam handout home. It was supposed to stay in the classroom. That bit of news caused her great alarm”….

What type of school handout could elicit the teacher’s aversion to sunlight?  This kind:

George Washington:  “enslaved 350 Africans.  His home state of Virginia was the prime breeder of black people for the domestic slave trade, and at one point the state exported at least 6,000 black people annually .. It’s biggest “cash crop”.

Moonbattery carried to ridiculous levels….

(Via NRO) A Nebraska school district has instructed its teachers to stop referring to students by “gendered expressions” such as “boys and girls,” and use “gender inclusive” ones such as “purple penguins” instead.
“Don’t use phrases such as ‘boys and girls,’ ‘you guys,’ ‘ladies and gentlemen,’ and similarly gendered expressions to get kids’ attention,” instructs a training document given to middle-school teachers at the Lincoln Public Schools.
“Create classroom names and then ask all of the ‘purple penguins’ to meet on the rug,” it advises.
The document also warns against asking students to “line up as boys or girls,” and suggests asking them to line up by whether they prefer “skateboards or bikes/milk or juice/dogs or cats/summer or winter/talking or listening.” (more…)

FLORIDA – A Florida high school senior confessed to raping a teacher on campus and fleeing the scene of the crime in her stolen car.
Homestead Police arrested 18-year-old Victor Marshall Nash after the Friday attack. He made his first court appearance Monday, where a judge set the South Dade Senior High School student’s bond at $62,500.
Police said Nash attacked two hours after the final bell Friday.
When the teen placed his arms around the teacher, she cried “no” and “stop,” according to the arrest report. When she tried to push him away, he body slammed her to the ground and choked her until she lost consciousness.
Then, Nash raped his victim, police said. (more…)

NEVADA – Las Vegas schools are considering plans to teach children as young as 5 about masturbation and homosexuality.

Clark County School District proposed the changes during closed-door meetings with community members last week, EAG News reported.
Among the changes include education of homosexuality as early as age 5 and giving everyone “respect regardless of who they are attracted to,” the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.  Students of that age would also be taught that “touching and rubbing one’s genitals to feel good is called masturbation,” the newspaper said.
Parents who weren’t invited to the previous meeting showed up Monday to express their anger. (more…)
