Mike Brown "Shot In The Top Of His Head" – Eric Holder Should Be Familiar With Defensive Shots To The Head – Specifically To The Top of The Head…

If, as Benjamin Crump has declared, a shot to the top of the head is evidence of “execution” then U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has some explaining to do…

Major Hat Tip to Treeper ‘Legion of One’ who remembered a recent FBI shooting with considerable familiarity to the current shooting death of Mike Brown.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder seems quite attached to persuing a civil rights investigation into the shooting death of Mike Brown.  Part of his investigative reasoning revolves around accusations from the Brown family attorney’s Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks.
The family attorney’s are claiming that 6’4″, 300lb, 18-year-old, “Big Mike” Brown was “executed”.  To support their claim they point to a recent autopsy they commissioned, and information they released, which reflects “Big Mike” Brown was shot six times, and one of those shots was to the top of his head.

According to Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump there is no way such a shot could be received if Officer Darren Wilson was simply shooting from a distance in self defense.
However, we’ve discovered a recent incident that could wipe out that claim entirely.
Ironically, an incident General Eric Holder should have much recent familiarity with.
With the Parks and Crump accusations in mind, and with the FBI investigation ongoing, we’d like to bring a recently released shooting investigation to your attention.   We are 100% certain the profile of this comparative case is well known by Attorney General Eric Holder.
How similar might the shooting cases be?   So similar, the investigative autopsy finding outlined the following passage (emphasis mine):

[…] One projectile entered the top of the head, passed through the brain and the base of the skull. It was recovered. Three projectiles entered the back; one exited and two were recovered in the body. Two projectiles passed through the left upper arm and re-entered the left chest. An additional projectile also entered the left chest(link)

For those following the Mike Brown shooting the similarity is eerie.
According to the released autopsy Mike Brown was shot six times.  In the citation above seven shots hit the body.   And other than the three shots to the back, that paragraph might easily be mistaken as a quote directly from the autopsy of Mike Brown; it wasn’t.
We are 100% certain Eric Holder is familiar with it because for this autopsy FBI agents were the shooters, and the subject shot was Ibragim Todashev. (more…)

Two Weeks Later and Ferguson Prosecutors Have Not Interviewed Officer Wilson…

Of course they haven’t; no need to.   Just stay home – we’ll give you a call and tell you when your appointment date is for the gallows….

wilson 1(Via MediaIte) It has been nearly two weeks since Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old unarmed Michael Brown and according to a new report from the Washington Post, prosecutors in the case have still not spoken directly to the potential defendant.
St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch is expected to handle the case, despite calls from him to recuse himself because his own father, a police officer, was murdered by an African-American man.
“We’re gonna proceed, as I’ve laid out to people, until I’m told — if i’m told — by the governor that I can’t,” McCulloch said in an interview Wednesday. “And the most devastating thing that can happen is if a week from now, a month from now, he decides he’s taking me off of this case. Then everybody’s starting over.”
On Thursday, Gov. Jay Nixon (D-MO) indicated that he will not appoint a special prosecutor to handle the Ferguson case:  (more)

Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown The Similarities Continue To Mount – 51 Identical Aspects and Counting…

As attorneys Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump continue to represent the family of Michael Brown, the similarities in their approach toward both the Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown shooting continue to mount.   And that’s a problem, as you’ll see at the end:

Parks and Crump

• The ages of both both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were originally misreported. Trayvon was 13, then 15, then 16 and eventually 17. Mike Brown was 17 in most original reports, and then eventually 18.

• Both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were at a convenience store immediately before the shooting.

• Both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were legally represented by attorneys’ Benjamin Crump, and Daryl Parks from the Law Firm: Parks and Crump.

• For both shootings Benjamin Crump enlisted the assistance of MSNBC and Al Sharpton.

• Al Sharpton enlisted the AME church network, and Jamal Bryant in both shootings.

• Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton called for the NAACP’s assistance in both shootings.

Eric Holder Meeting With Mike Brown Family – As Attorney Speaks To CNN and Shares Frustration – Local Prosecutor Foiling Their Plans For Lawsuits (Financial Justice)…

The attorneys of Mike Brown family are frustrated the local prosecuting attorney is allowing the shooting evidence to go to a grand jury.   The Scheme Team wanted him alone to make the decision not to file charges – that way they could have demanded his removal easier.  The local Ferguson authorities are foiling the schemes.

It seems the local prosecuting attorney wisely learned the lessons from Sanford Florida and the Scheme Team exploits.   The legal rep’s frustrations confirm thusly:

(CNN) – Attorney General Eric Holder arrived in Ferguson, Missouri, Wednesday and made a pledge to the community that the federal investigation into the police shooting of an unarmed black teenager would be “fair and independent.”

Holder will meet with the family of 18-year-old Michael Brown to hear their concerns about how this investigation might play out.

“At a minimum, I think they want to be assured that the process will be fair, that it will be transparent which is what they’ve been calling for from the very beginning. So they’re hopeful that this meeting will add that reassurance that they’ve been looking for since day one,” said Anthony Gray, co-counsel for the Brown Family.

The county prosecutor overseeing the case said it could take until mid-October to hear all of the evidence related to the shooting. (more…)

CONFIRMED: Officer Darren Wilson Badly Beaten Before Mike Brown Shooting – Punched In Face, Broken Eye Socket: "He was beaten very severely"…

Again more confirmation to the events as our research has evidenced.  Mike Brown shoved Officer Wilson back into his vehicle, punched him numerous times in face in an attempt to overwhelm – firearm discharged in vehicle.  Then Brown walked away; Wilson recovers pursues and attempts to stop Brown.  An angry Mike Brown then reengages the officer, charging him.
Saint Louis – Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Mo., police officer whose fatal shooting of Michael Brown touched off more than a week of demonstrations, suffered severe facial injuries, including an orbital (eye socket) fracture, and was nearly beaten unconscious by Brown moments before firing his gun, a source close to the department’s top brass told FoxNews.com.

“The Assistant (Police) Chief took him to the hospital, his face all swollen on one side,” said the insider. “He was beaten very severely.”

According to the well-placed source, Wilson was coming off another case in the neighborhood on Aug. 9 when he ordered Michael Brown and his friend Dorain Johnson to stop walking in the middle of the road because they were obstructing traffic. However, the confrontation quickly escalated into physical violence, the source said..
wilson 1MichaelBrownGangSigns“They ignored him and the officer started to get out of the car to tell them to move,” the source said. “They shoved him right back in, that’s when Michael Brown leans in and starts beating Officer Wilson in the head and the face.
The source claims that there is “solid proof” that there was a struggle between Brown and Wilson for the policeman’s firearm, resulting in the gun going off – although it still remains unclear at this stage who pulled the trigger. Brown started to walk away according to the account, prompting Wilson to draw his gun and order him to freeze. Brown, the source said, raised his hands in the air, and turned around saying, “What, you’re going to shoot me?”
At that point, the source told FoxNews.com, the 6 foot, 4 inch, 292-pound Brown charged Wilson, prompting the officer to fire at least six shots at him, including the fatal bullet that penetrated the top of Brown’s skull, according to an independent autopsy conducted at the request of Brown’s family. AG Eric Holder Arrives In Ferguson MO, Tells Captain Ron Johnson: "You are the man"

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder walks through black community business in Ferguson Missouri today.   During one visit he encounters Captain Ron Johnson who has been placed in charge of all Ferguson law enforcement activity.
Upon meeting Captain Johnson, Attorney General Holder states:  “You are the man”.
Holder and Johnson
A seemingly innocuous and informal accolade amid two ideological travelers.   Both Holder and Johnson have criticized the police department in Ferguson.   Both Eric Holder and Ron Johnson have apologized to Mike Brown’s family for the shooting death of their son.   Both Eric Holder and Ron Johnson have stated Mike Brown “did not deserve to die”.   So the greeting of brothers in ideological arms is no surprise. The administration has been working behind the scenes to assure leading civil rights groups that it is determined to see justice achieved as Obama — who has been criticized by some African American leaders for not visiting Ferguson himself — seeks to preserve his support in the black community with his handling of the racially charged case.
Holder and senior Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett briefed 1,000 African American leaders, community organizers and civil rights groups in private conference calls this week, White House aides said. The strategy was aimed at enlisting the groups to “help keep the situation calm and focused,” said a senior administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to describe the conversations.
