Local, state and federal authorities are actively seeking 41-year-old Markeith Loyd for first degree murder after he shot and killed officer Debra Clayton earlier today in Orlando Florida.

The focus of the manhunt was an apartment complex in the northwest part of the metro Orlando area. Authorities say Clayton was fatally shot after she approached Loyd outside a Wal-Mart store Monday morning. He was already wanted for questioning in the shooting death of his pregnant ex-girlfriend last month.
Orlando Police Chief Mina said officer Clayton returned fire but Loyd wasn’t hit. The chief also said Clayton was wearing body armor but could not survive her injuries.

Not sure what drives the timing, but it would seem rather unusual for the FBI to release a document dump of investigative files relating to the “Clinton Mishandling of Classified Information” on a Sunday. Regardless, that’s what they have done.
Initially the FBI release four parts to their document library.
Today they added Part 5. The original link to the FBI document dump is HERE. The attached Part 5 pdf file is 300 pages and is downloadable.

As anticipated, the propaganda amid the MSM narrative surrounding the intelligence fracture is thick this week. Perhaps it’s time we really call the baby ugly.
Before getting into that, it appears President-Elect Trump is scheduled to meet with the primary intelligence community propagandists, CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper:

It’s doubtful there could ever be a more swampy couple of political intel operatives present in Washington DC than these two professional deceivers.
Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) James Clapper’s prior congressional performances should have forever removed any credibility from his ability to influence. You might remember him being questioned about NSA surveillance of Americans and his response of “no”.

Politically engaged Americans (writ large) will, most likely, soon discover why it became so intensely important to outline the internal fight between ‘black hat‘ and ‘white hat‘ operatives within the intelligence community as it related to the 2016 U.S. election. One example of the “shadow fight” within the administration is outlined here.
A PBS interview with CIA Director John Brennan highlights the scope of professional obfuscation needed when intelligence agents decide to politicize intelligence. The Obama administration is in the process of attempting to re-write their own history.
As you watch this interview it is critical to remind yourself of the background within the names espoused by Brennan; specifically James Clapper and Jeh Johnson. Additionally, against the recent sunlight we have provided, I would strongly highlight the discussion toward the end of the interview surrounding Syria.
♦ Prior to the administration of President Obama beginning, John Brennan, a career CIA official himself, was directly tied to the hacking of the U.S. State Department and the passport records of then candidate Senator Barack Obama, in March 2008.

(VIA TRUMP FACEBOOK) Every day members of the law enforcement community come to work prepared for anything. They understand that they are the thin blue line between a safe public and criminal activity — and each moment presents a new challenge.
Law enforcement understands the dangers of protecting their communities and go to work each day knowing they might be shot for their communities’ safety. This past year saw the highest number of law enforcement fatalities in five years including 21 that were ambushed, shot and killed.
Over the past few years’ law enforcement has been missing a key component to succeed in their jobs — federal government support.
While law enforcement is asked to do more and more with the ever-changing world of terrorism and public safety, the current administration has rolled-back much of the progress achieved through decades of effective policing through qualitative and quantitative resourcing. In return the nation’s crime rates have risen faster than at any time in our modern history. (more…)
Build that darn wall Donald, BUILD THAT WALL:
[…] And when Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people. ~ Donald Trump June 17th 2015
WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — A Mexican man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on a Greyhound bus that traveled through Kansas had been deported 10 times and voluntarily removed from the U.S. another nine times since 2003, records obtained by The Associated Press show.
[…] Court filings show Martinez-Maldonado has two misdemeanor convictions for entering without legal permission in cases prosecuted in 2013 and 2015 in U.S. District Court of Arizona, where he was sentenced to serve 60 days and 165 days respectively.
A status hearing in the rape case is scheduled for Jan. 10. Defense attorney Lisa Hamer declined to comment on the charge, but said, “criminal law and immigration definitely intersect and nowadays it should be the responsibility of every criminal defense attorney to know the possible ramifications in the immigration courts.” (more…)
An interesting and thought provoking op-ed in The Hill outlines the issues, and asks the question. The author, David Weisberg, concludes by saying yes, President Obama will likely pardon Hillary Clinton prior to leaving the White House.
(Via The Hill) […] We should first note that the Obama administration’s decision not to prosecute Mrs. Clinton would not bind the Trump administration. Until relevant statutes of limitations have expired, she could still be prosecuted by the new administration. It is possible in my opinion for Clinton to be prosecuted for either her improper handling of classified information on “home brew,” or allegations of “pay to play” arrangements between the secretary of state and donors to the Clinton Foundation, which could constitute bribery.
The statute of limitations for most federal crimes is five years from the commission of the offense; that would apply to the two categories relevant to Mrs. Clinton. Her tenure as secretary of state ended Feb. 1, 2013, so it is possible that the statute of limitations will not run until Feb. 1, 2018, more than a year after Mr. Trump takes office.

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security have issued an advisory bulletin warning of possible Islamic Terror attacks against Churches and Christmas events. Simultaneous to this warning, Arizona federal officials arrest a Phoenix man who was plotting a Jihadist attack in support of ISIS.
Heavily armed police now guard the Nativity in Europe
First the warning:
WASHINGTON – Federal authorities warned Friday that ISIS sympathizers “continue aspirational calls for attacks on holiday gatherings, including targeting churches.” The bulletin was issued by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security and issued to law enforcement agencies and private security companies around the US.
During the height of the 2016 presidential election a church in Mississippi was burned and the wording “Vote Trump” was painted on the outside of the building.
“The animus of this election cycle combined with the potent racial history of burning black churches as a political symbol makes this event something we must not ignore”.
The media sold the narrative of ‘Trump supporter hate’ as the origin of the crime. Today, it is revealed the arson was a politically motivated manufactured hate crime.

MISSISSIPPI – An arrest has been made in the Greenville church burning.
Andrew McClinton, 45, of Leland, was arrested Wednesday for setting Hopewell Baptist Church on fire and scrawling “Vote Trump” on the side in spray paint, according to Warren Strain with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation. McClinton has been charged with one count of first degree arson of a place of worship, Strain said.
