Earlier in the day George Will shared his opinion on the illegal alien crisis now reaching a community near you.   Like Glenn Beck, Dana Loesch, Bill O’Reilly and a host of ridiculously naïve “conservative” pundits, George Will advances the false narrative of “Unaccompanied Children” and generalizes the illegal swarm by claiming they are 8-year-olds with ‘teddy bears’.

Will’s pontifications totally ignore the truth and reality of the current crisis. Texas Lieutenant Governor Dewhurst put the number of children at less than 15% of current media reports. Dennis Michael Lynch, having interviewed the Border Patrol and having spent hundreds of hours in the Rio Grande border area, agrees with Dewhurst’s estimates.
It’s not “unaccompanied children” coming over the border, it’s entire families and most often women with children.

CALIFORNIA – Authorities in California are searching for a fugitive homeless man who has refused treatment for tuberculosis and may be contagious.  An arrest warrant has been issued for Eduardo Rosas Cruz, 25, of Mexico.
Mr Cruz was diagnosed with the illness at a local emergency room in March but fled when asked to remain in the area for treatment. Health officials are concerned he may be infected with a drug-resistant strain of the illness.
“We need help getting him in,” San Joaquin County public health officer Dr Alvaro Garza told US media. “We’ve not been able to find him in places he’s told us he’s going to be.”

HHS (The Multi-Trillion Dollar Agency) was selected by the administration to facilitate the transition of illegal aliens into local communities.   Doing so allows a massive amount of money to be shifted around inside the agency.   (emphasis added in the article and after we’ll expand):  
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, a former Obama administration chief of staff, wants to expand the city’s efforts to house young illegal immigrants from Central America, reportedly proposing to shelter an additional 1,000 of them by year’s end.
“The influx of unaccompanied child migrants is a growing humanitarian crisis that we can no longer ignore,” said Emanuel, according to The Chicago Tribune. “While we have our own challenges at home, we cannot turn our backs on children that are fleeing dangerous conditions.”

(TJP)  Operating behind enemy lines in Gaza during the conflict with Hamas, the elite Maglan unit has attacked dozens of terrorists cells that fired on the IDF, destroyed areas used to launch rockets at Israel, and killed and injured 40 terrorists in recent days.
A senior source from the unit revealed that its members have targeted Hamas gunmen waiting in ambush for the IDF’s Ground Forces, striking the threats right before Israeli forces pass by the ambushes.
The Maglan unit has detected and destroyed forward Hamas posts and rocket launchers. It has detected a cross-border underground attack tunnel leading into Israel from Gaza, and found 20 bomb-laden, booby-trapped homes in Gaza. The article and media report falsely identify the illegal’s as “children”.   While children might be great ‘talking points’ For the umpteenth time we will correct – there are no unaccompanied alien children showing up at the border.   The most common grouping is a woman with her children; about half of the fathers are already here, for the rest it’s other family – and taxpayers get the bill for their unification.
The surge at the border is ILLEGALS WITH CHILDREN; key word “with“.
SOUTH CAROLINA – New federal data show at least 350 children families caught at the U.S. border this year have been sent to stay with relatives or other sponsors in South Carolina.

They are among more than 30,000 [families with] children who have been released to sponsors nationwide from Jan. 1 through July 7.  That’s according to data published Thursday by the Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families. (more…)

SUITLAND, MARYLAND – (WJLA) – Prince George’s County police are reporting that Amos Jones, the man stabbed to death in Suitland early Tuesday morning, was murdered by MS-13 gang members.

Our continuing message to any community is the same.   Stand up, don’t be fearful: if you oppose them – they will not come.   The entire regime knows they are on the wrong side of the majority on this issue, regardless of what the media tell you. 

The regime knows the polling, the regime knows they are operating from a position of weakness.  The regime also knows the actual law is on YOUR side.  Do not be afraid to state your position.  They are illegal aliens.  Housing them is illegal.  Providing material assistance to them is illegal.   The regime fears law because they are acting unlawfully.

ALABAMA – Alabama Governor Robert Bentley’s office is shifting its statements regarding the housing of immigrant children at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery after earlier confirming the installation would be used.

The Associated Press earlier reported, citing Communications Director Jennifer Ardis, who said the governor’s chief of staff got a call from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, late Wednesday afternoon confirming the plan. Now, Ardis says it’s unclear which federal department contacted the governor’s office, but was working to clarify that information.
Now, Bentley’s office says it was notified that Maxwell is on a list of possible sites to hold the immigrants. (more…)

When your own stick turns out to be a boomerang, or what happens when you step on your own rake !

The latest revelations in the ObamaCare debacle revolve around Obama architect Jonathan Gruber.
You might remember back in 2010 during the fight over ObamaCare mandates ‘we the people’ were told the mandate was a penalty and not a tax.   However, when ObamaCare challenges ultimately reached the courtroom the administration argument was exactly the opposite.  The government argued the mandate was a tax not a penalty; only as a tax could the construct survive legal scrutiny.   This latest Gruber development similarly pretzellian but infinite degrees worse.
The construct of ObamaCare execution relied upon a network of state exchanges to enroll people in the plans.   The problem for the administration was the volume of political opposition to the entire plan itself.   Consequently the Obama administration had to set up a “stick” or punitive punishment if any state failed to comply with setting up the exchange.
The stick they settled upon was a simple premise – financial blackmail.   Any state who did not construct an exchange for their state citizens to enroll in ObamaCare would face a punishment of not being allowed to receive a federal subsidy for their premium.     In essence the goal was to force states to set up exchanges.  To force compliance the carrot was the federal premium subsidy, the stick was financial punishment if they didn’t. (Kudos to Chuck Ross @Daily Caller for pulling back the curtain)  A Texas-based organization that has been awarded hundreds of millions of dollars in federal contracts by the Obama administration to house illegal immigrant children not only lobbied the federal government, but also failed to properly disclose the activity.
After The Daily Caller inquired about its lobbying disclosures, BCFS, a San Antonio-based nonprofit, now says it may correct its tax forms to properly disclose its lobbying expenditures.
The Obama administration, through the Department of Health and Human Services, has tapped BCFS, formerly known as Baptist Child & Family Services, to provide security and other services to unaccompanied children at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, and Ft. Sill army base near Lawton, Okla.
BCFS has become the largest provider of such services for the child immigrants, who are part of a massive influx of mostly Central Americans that has put the Obama administration on its heels. (more…)

As you review the latest information from the media remember “unaccompanied alien children” is a misnomer – the description is a false framework.  There are no hoards of unaccompanied minors swelling across the southern U.S. border.
The truth is the influx of illegals are entire families or women with children.  No children are alone.  Repeat:  “no children are alone“.

Media Propaganda Continues (emphasis mine to highlight) and notice how when the topic of “refugees” surfaces the direct adjectives switch from “children” to “families”.  This is neither unimportant nor unintentional.   The President and his like-minded cohorts know that specific legal challenges are not only possible but almost guaranteed if he chooses to make arbitrary changes to how “refugees” are defined.
FRIDAY – President Obama said Friday that migrant children who cross the border and do not have “proper claims” will be sent back to their home countries.
Obama made the remarks during a meeting at the White House with the leaders of three Central American countries that are home to many of the young immigrants who have been flooding across the border. (more…)
