Stephen Mull is the third deposition released by Judicial Watch in the ongoing FOIA avoidance investigation behind Hillary Clinton’s home-brewed email server and subversive communication system intended to hide communication.

This Mull deposition is a long transcript with multiple objections by Team Clinton, 108 noted so far, and it’s taking some time to review in its entirety and take notes.
The Clinton lawyers are very twitchy about Mull’s communication with Huma Abedin.
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released the deposition transcript of Ambassador Stephen D. Mull, executive secretary of the State Department from June 2010 to October 2012, who suggested that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton be issued a State Department BlackBerry, which would protect her identity and would also be subject to FOIA requests.
Ambassador Mull now serves as the State Department’s lead coordinator for Iran nuclear implementation.

Not only does she not believe gun ownership is a constitutional right, and refuse to answer the question twice, notice the professional parseltongue:

“if it is a constitutional right“… blah blah blah.

“Shall Not Be Infringed” seems pretty clear to most Americans, and is the basis for the Heller decision (Justice Antonin Scalia) Clinton refuses to name specifically; because to do so would prove her desire to eliminate the second amendment.
The Heller decision stemmed from the ridiculous Washington DC handgun bans.

Texas Judge Andrew Hanen previously sanctioned the DOJ for lying to him several times in his courtroom.  His sanctions had three basic elements:

• DOJ lawyers attend ethics class annually for a period of five years.
• DOJ provide a list of every name, address, and location of each of the 100,000+ DAPA recipients who was granted unlawful immunity.
• Attorney General Lynch to deliver a corrective plan within 60 days. (link)

The DOJ freaked out and requested a hearing to discuss.  The hearing is tomorrow:
(Previously Via Washington Times) The Obama administration accused a federal judge Tuesday of sowing “fear and confusion” among illegal immigrants, potentially scaring them away from signing up for President Obama’s deportation amnesty by demanding immigration officials submit names of tens of thousands of migrants who’ve already enrolled.
Justice Department lawyers also asked Judge Andrew S. Hanen not to force thousands of attorneys to take remedial ethics classes — an order the judge issued two weeks ago after he concluded that the administration intentionally and repeatedly misled him by implementing part of the amnesty, even as they assured the court it wasn’t in operation yet. Scott Adams is a really smart man.  As a wise person he is also adverse to bruising, compound fractures, and anything that potentially removes flesh.  Mr. Adams appreciates his flesh. Skin is not something he favors having penetrated. Skin is a nice thing to have.
As Mr. Adams contemplates the possibilities of his vote amid 2016 presidential politics, he determines it is better to be more like David Souter than Antonin Scalia:

Contemplate what he is summarizing because I can tell from my own reading of the CTH comments, most people are not pausing to think through the fundamental issue(s) here.

If conflict is uncomfortable for you, it’s too late.  Every approach you previously took to express your political views and positions is now completely irrelevant.  We’re going to the mattresses, we are well beyond the point of talking about if we are going to the mattresses – it’s happening.
If you, we, us, don’t change the way we accept the intent of the ideological opposition, we lose.

Tuesday June 7th California, Montana, New Mexico, South Dakota and New Jersey will hold the majority of the remaining contests in the presidential primary (the final Democrat race is Washington DC on June 14th).
The key prize being targeted by Senator Bernie Sanders next Tuesday is California with 548 total delegates at stake.  With a California win Sanders hopes to carry his efforts into a contested convention:

(Via AP) Speaking to reporters in Los Angeles Saturday, the Sanders said that the Democratic National Convention will be contested, predicting that the winner of the Democratic nomination will need to rely on super delegates to reach the magic number. He called the nomination process “deeply flawed,” adding that whether he wins the nomination or not, he will do everything he can to change it. (link)

However, Sanders will more than likely run up against the Clinton DNC and Media machine early in the evening next Tuesday.    All indications are Hillary will likely win New Jersey, with polls closing first at 8:00pm EDT, which will immediately kick off several prime time hours of the MSM spontaneously calling Hillary Clinton “the presumptive nominee”.  (more…)

The Federal Judge, Sullivan, overseeing the Judicial Watch lawsuit against the State Department, has requested that former Hillary Clinton Information Technology officer, Bryan Pagliano, explain the reasoning behind his intent to invoke Fifth Amendment protections in a non-criminal inquiry/deposition the judge previously ordered.

Lawyers for Bryan Pagliano previously asserted his intent to avoid answering questions in the court ordered deposition. Judge Sullivan apparently wants to know the details of the current immunity protection covering Pagliano as promised by the FBI investigators. (more…)
