Predictable in the extreme.  Those who have followed events can see through the timing of this announcement and identify the agenda/motive.  The recommendation of charges against Petraeus is cover fire for a Hillary Clinton presidential bid.

As outlined in the Benghazi Brief, the only player in the joint CIA/State Department Libyan operation “Zero Footprint” -that resulted in the Benghazi attack- who was an extreme risk to Team Hillary Clinton, was David Petraeus. 

Operation Zero Footprint began with Leon Panetta, prior to Petraeus tenure as leader of the CIA.   When Benghazi erupted Petraeus became a risk – enter Mike Morrell.

Paula Broadwell let it slip (video below) that the Benghazi CIA Annex was a black ops rendition site in Eastern Libya tasked with two general purposes.  Vetting the “rebels” and al-Qaeda operatives, and jointly repurchasing the Clinton weapons, primarily the MANPADS.

WASHINGTON — The F.B.I. and Justice Department prosecutors have recommended bringing felony charges against retired Gen. David H. Petraeus for providing classified information to his former mistress while he was director of the C.I.A., officials said, leaving Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. to decide whether to seek an indictment that could send the pre-eminent military officer of his generation to prison.

The Justice Department investigation stems from an affair Mr. Petraeus had with Paula Broadwell, an Army Reserve officer who was writing his biography, and focuses on whether he gave her access to his C.I.A. email account and other highly classified information. F.B.I. agents discovered classified documents on her computer after Mr. Petraeus resigned from the C.I.A. in 2012 when the affair became public. (more…)

Both of the Charlie Hebdo terrorists, Kouachi brothers, and the Kosher Market terrorist, Amedy Couibaly, contacted the media before they were killed by police. The terrorists informed the media their attacks were coordinated by ISIS training, and cell activation. In essence, they were saying there is more to come.

BFM TV has been in contact with two terrorists during the day on Friday. They claimed their actions. One of them reported a synchronization between actions.
BFM TV has been in telephone contact with Sharif Friday Kouachi, entrenched in Dammartin-en-Goële (Seine-et-Marne) and Amedy Coulibaly, which held hostage in a Parisian kosher supermarket, before they were killed in the assault forces.
One of the killers of Charlie Hebdo, Cherif Kouachi , joined by BFM TV, said Friday morning he was commissioned by “Al Qaeda in Yemen” and been trained by Imam Anwar Al Awaki. “We are defenders of the prophet,” he has said. It is trying to reach witnesses in the printing Dammartin-en-Goële where they were entrenched, our reporter was in contact with the one who is considered the leader of the attack against the satirical weekly. JACKSON, Miss. –Mississippi Governor Phil Byrant says the person or persons that killed Jessica Chambers will be found and brought to justice.
“My instructions to (Mississippi Department of Public Safety) Commissioner Albert Santa Cruze is to spare no effort. Whatever we need to do, utilize whatever expertise, equipment, manpower, personnel, we are going to find the person who committed this heinous crime; and we are going to hold them accountable,” Bryant said in an interview with News Mississippi. (Daily Mail) Four of France’s most revered cartoonists – Stephane Charbonnier, Georges Wolinski, Bernard ‘Tignous’ Verlhac and Jean Cabut – were among 12 people executed by masked gunmen in Paris today at the offices of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

Two masked men brandishing Kalashnikovs burst into the magazine’s headquarters this morning, opening fire on staff, also shooting dead contributor Bernard Maris, 68.
Police officers were involved in a gunfight with the ‘calm and highly disciplined men’, who escaped in a hijacked car, speeding away towards east Paris. (more…)

No doubt all of this directed by CoC President Tom Donohue. The Republican representatives who did not support Boehner’s anointment to “Speaker” will now be cast to the capitol dungeon, where they will silently sit out the rest of their term.
Boehner and Mitch McConnell can now ¹defend ObamaCare, and ²develop Comprehensive Immigration Reform (amnesty), and ³continue with Common Core. 

John Boehner is getting revenge – After he secured his third term as speaker Tuesday afternoon, losing 25 votes on the House floor to some relative-unknown members of the Republican Conference, Boehner moved swiftly to boot two of the insurgents from the influential Rules Committee. That could be just the start of payback for the speaker’s betrayers, who might see subcommittee chairmanships and other perks fall away in the coming months.
Boehner’s allies have thirsted for this kind of action from the speaker, who say he’s let people walk all over him for too long and is too nice to people who are eager to stab him in the back. The removal of Florida Reps. Daniel Webster and Rich Nugent from Rules was meant as a clear demonstration that what Boehner and other party leaders accepted during the last Congress is no longer acceptable, not with the House’s biggest GOP majority in decades. The Keystone Pipeline has the support of 68% of all Americans and President Obama has vowed to kill any efforts toward it.    Some people ask why would Obama take a position so far away from the American electorate?   
I quietly respond: when ObamaCare was constructed 74% of the nation opposed it – what ‘the majority want’ has nothing to do with what progressives do.  They do what they want.  
WASHINGTON DC – The White House said on Tuesday that it would veto legislation that approves construction of the Keystone XL pipeline if it passes Congress.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has promised to make a bill that green lights the $8 billion oil sands project the first item to hit President Obama’s desk this year. (more…)

Moonbats’ seek a cradle to grave nanny state….
(Via ABC) As anyone who has grown up around snow knows, part of the fun of sledding is the risk of soaring off a jump or careening around a tree.
But faced with the potential bill from sledding injuries, some cities have opted to close hills rather than risk large liability claims.
No one tracks how many cities have banned or limited sledding, but the list grows every year. One of the latest is in Dubuque, Iowa, where the City Council is moving ahead with a plan to ban sledding in all but two of its 50 parks. (more…)

The left-wing media machine is striking out against Sharyl Attkisson for filing suit.  However, what the professional left fail to address is the ever present question: what other venue for redress does Attkisson have?  The DOJ obtusely denies the claim stating:

To our knowledge, the Justice Department has never compromised Ms. Attkisson’s computers, or otherwise sought any information from or concerning any telephone, computer or other media device she may own or use. (link)

Yet, within the legal DOJ obfuscation you’ll note the absence of a specific denial.  Against the backdrop of a provably weaponized DOJ commanded by Attorney General Eric Holder, who has specifically and intentionally targeted reporters, there is more than enough evidence to support the Attkisson forensic team who have identified government agencies as the source of the illegal tapping.   The discovery phase of a lawsuit is the only actionable redress to gain sunlight.

On Saturday and Sunday morning in California and New York, activists from the Black Lives Matter group invaded numerous eateries shouting, harassing customers and screaming anti-police rhetoric. Their stated goal was to impress upon people of all races the struggles of what it’s like to be black in America. Unfortunately for them, their cause was mostly ignored and in many cases mocked by patrons and social media.
In a document obtained by Weasel Zippers, activists outline their plans for disrupting businesses, assigning members of their group to stall and talk with store owners and management. They assign various persons the tasks of taking photos, shooting video, interacting with police and ensuring the safety of illegal and disruptive demonstrations.
