The Supreme Court ruling is AVAILABLE HERE.  The court ruled 6-3 to strike down the big issue of the OSHA vaccine mandate for businesses with more than 100 employees. However, the court did allow (5-4) the federal vaccine mandate for federally funded healthcare agencies.  Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh joined the communists to allow the healthcare worker mandate to continue.

“OSHA has never before imposed such a mandate. Nor has Congress. Indeed, although Congress has enacted significant legislation addressing the COVID–19 pandemic, it has declined to enact any measure similar to what OSHA has promulgated here,” the majority justices wrote in an unsigned opinion.

(Via Associated Press) –  The Supreme Court has stopped the Biden administration from enforcing a requirement that employees at large businesses be vaccinated against COVID-19 or undergo weekly testing and wear a mask on the job.  At the same time, the court is allowing the administration to proceed with a vaccine mandate for most health care workers in the U.S.

Comrades, the Premier of Western Australia, Mark McGowan has announced new rules for vaccine passports in the state.  Premier McGowan says life will become “very difficult” for the state’s unvaccinated, as he unveils the toughest proof-of-vaccination rules in Australia.

Let me be very clear, these rules and regulations are going to lead to unintended consequences that government officials have never considered.  The pain this will bring upon the vaccinated, yes, the vaccinated, will be of such consequence the government will be defending itself for years from the backlash of unintended consequences that global leaders have yet to fathom.  More on that later…

This totalitarian interventionist exercise will bring a scale of consequence that Australians have yet to realize.  Unfortunately, many state and municipal leaders in the United States are not that far behind.

We have talked about this quite a bit. {Go Deep} I’m not sure how this attempted needle threading is going to work out in the longer term. The announcement has come as a surprise to the Canadian trucking industry.

Apparently fearing the economic consequences, the Canadian government has dropped the vaccination requirement for Canadian truck drivers, and instructed border officials to permit unvaccinated Canadian truckers to cross the border.

The vaccine mandate for cross border truckers was scheduled to begin in a few days, January 15th.  However, the Canadian vaccination rule for U.S. truckers will remain in place.

MONTREAL — The federal government is backing down from its vaccine mandate for Canadian truckers three days before it was set to take effect.  Ottawa announced in mid-November that truck drivers crossing into Canada would need to be fully vaccinated by this Saturday.

But on Wednesday evening Canada Border Services Agency spokeswoman Rebecca Purdy told The Canadian Press that Canadian big-riggers will not have to quarantine if they are unvaccinated or have received only one dose.

The shifting sands of COVID vaccination mandates are happening stunningly fast.  During a press conference today the state health officials in Victoria, Australia, announced that vaccinated workers have 30 days to take their mandatory booster shots, or they will lose their jobs.

The Australian media are well known to be stenographers for the far left totalitarian mindset of the government officials.  If you have watched any of the COVID-19 press conferences with media, you will note they never challenge the state ministers or federal politicians.  As remarkable as it may seem, the Australian media are considerably more biased than U.S. corporate media.

Showcasing that point, two broadcasters, Rebecca Maddern & Mike Amor from Channel 7 in Australia, did not know their microphones were recording them as they discussed the headline story around Novak Djokovic, the world #1 tennis player who was detained by border officials despite being given a visa for entry to play in the Australian open.

The two pundits were recorded complaining about Novak Djokovic and calling him a “lying, sneaky asshole” for challenging, and winning, a court case against the Australian government.  The stenographers were upset about the world seeing first hand just how ridiculous the Australian COVID-19 dictates, rules and regulations are.   WATCH:

Senator Dr. Rand Paul confronted Dr. Anthony Fauci and they got into a heated exchange during a Senate committee hearing on COVID-19.

Senator Paul confronted Fauci about his efforts to manipulate science based on his political ideology.   Dr. Fauci pulled the first line of leftist retort, become a victim, and replied that Senator Paul was trying to get him killed.

Dr. Fauci’s extremely partisan political views form the basis of his ¹instability.  Suffering from extreme delusions of grandeur and enabled by a group of leftist sycophants in politics, media and Hollywood, Fauci has a severely inflated view of his importance, while simultaneously carrying a fear of being exposed as the fraud he is.  The defensive pearl-clutching is a big tell.  WATCH:

In an ordinary time, this admission from the CEO of Pfizer would end all the COVID-19 rules, regulations and vaccination passport efforts.  Alas, we are not in ordinary times.

Admitting that none of the vaccines have any value in stopping people from contracting the infection, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla stated the following earlier today.  WATCH:

Project Veritas has obtained military documents hidden on a classified system [HERE – and HERE – and HERE] showing how EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018, seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses.

The proposal, named Project Defuse, was rejected by DARPA over safety concerns and the notion that it violated the gain of function research moratorium.  However, according to the documents, NIAID, under the direction of Dr. Fauci, went ahead with the research in Wuhan, China and at several sites across the U.S.
