China’s Huawei Tech was black-listed by President Trump’s administration due to the inherent national security risk from Chinese spyware being installed in the operating hardware of their cell phone technology.  The Biden administration has maintained that status.

However, despite the ban Hauwei ramped up lobbyist spending in the second quarter of this year. [Bloomberg] “Huawei spent $1.06 million in the second quarter of 2021, up from $180,000 in the first quarter this year, according to disclosures filed Tuesday. The company listed broadband and infrastructure bills as specific interests, as well as trade and a digital privacy measure.”

Today Politico is revealing that Tony Podesta, the infamous Democrat lobbyist who organized the money laundering system for the Clinton Foundation, has been hired as a lobbyist by Hauwei.

POLITICO – Huawei is hiring Democratic lobbyist Tony Podesta as a consultant, according to two people familiar with the matter. Podesta will aim to help the controversial Chinese telecom giant warm relations with the Biden administration.

Podesta will work to advance a variety of the company’s goals in Washington, according to one of the people. He declined to comment. A spokesperson for Huawei also declined to comment. (read more)

They are rubbing it in our faces now.  As CTH warned yesterday, this is not hypocrisy – this is the United States Government, Department of Homeland Security, initiating an enhanced and intentional effort to antagonize lawful American people into a place of extreme anger.  This is not hypocrisy.

The Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) is now announcing enhanced travel restrictions for law-abiding Americans, blocking non-essential travel into Mexico and Canada.  Simultaneous to this the same, ironically named, Homeland Security is facilitating a mass influx of illegal entry into the United States.

Often we see people ask, ‘Why are they so openly admitting to their wrongdoing and still carrying it out’?  Within the answer I have written frequently, ‘They simply do not care’.  It is not a sense of boundless hypocrisy that drives the far-left to showcase their disconnect.  The disconnect is not cognitive dissonance.  The disconnect is purposefully part of the ideological advancement of their goal.

The leftists, the “elites” writ large, are so open in their proclamations of being beyond reach – because they want us to view their power as all encompassing.  They act as rulers and dictators without accountability because that puts the victim, We The People, automatically in a demoralized subservient role.

Once you take a nuclear action on something corrupt, there is no return.  The Obama-era weaponization of the intelligence apparatus for political purposes was one such nuclear action.  That weaponization was an escalation of action that forever sealed the need to hide it.

The intelligence apparatus, including the DOJ/FBI and aligned agencies, in addition to the DOJ officials within the Mueller probe, previously exploited their surveillance access to records and communication of Donald Trump and his administration.  Those intelligence operatives then spun and leaked parts of those records in order to build a fictitious Trump-Russia narrative and simultaneously distract from the prior unlawful surveillance.

Today the AP is reporting that Attorney General Merrick Garland is barring any DOJ office from seizing the communication of any journalists.  In essence Garland is providing cover for the prior and ongoing coordination of Intelligence Community leaks to media allies.  Remember, the Intelligence Branch operates as a public-private partnership; part of that purpose requires an alignment with corrupt U.S. media.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General Merrick Garland on Monday formally prohibited federal prosecutors from seizing the records of journalists in leak investigations, with limited exceptions, reversing years of department policy.

The new policy largely codifies the commitment Garland made in June, when he said the Justice Department would abandon the practice of seizing reporters’ records in leak investigations.

In the United States we have the National Security Agency (NSA). The NSA collects all available metadata on almost all electronic devices worldwide that can be reached. Access to that database underpins the “Fourth Branch of Government,” the most powerful branch, the U.S. Intelligence Branch.

In addition to a global scraping of metadata, the NSA also collects the domestic private information of all Americans.  This was the essential background story that NSA Contractor Edward Snowden broke several years ago.   We now know this to be an accepted fact.

The United States internal political debate shifted from ‘should they do this’ to ‘how can we manage the people who do this‘?

The results over the last ten years of trying to manage the exploitation of this database have been a case study in failure.

Year after year, the NSA admits their control over the database is structurally flawed, essentially non-existent.  The fourth amendment protections of U.S. citizens have been erased, and now even U.S. government contractors are using the NSA database to monitor whoever and whatever they want.  Again, I repeat: ‘The Fourth Branch of government is a public-private partnership”.

However, beyond domestic exploitation, the NSA database is presumably only used by, accessed by and available to, the foreign allies that make up the “Five Eyes” partners. The U.S., U.K, Australia, Canada and New Zealand make up the allies within the Five Eyes intelligence apparatus. These allies have access to the same NSA database as U.S. operatives.

Putting aside how the NSA database is exploited inside the U.S. for a moment – if you are a government outside the Five Eyes system; and you wanted to spy on your own citizens and political enemies the way the NSA conducts surveillance on its own citizens; you would need some other access point to spy on your opposition. Fox News host Tucker Carlson and Glenn Greenwald discuss the open nature of the White House admitting to a direct collusion between the administration and Big Tech to censor voices opposed to the Biden regime; and the Republicans doing absolutely nothing about it (because the UniParty agrees with it).

The Biden regime is becoming increasingly unstable as they attempt to keep control over the American people.   During a terse exchange today, spokesperson Jen Psaki attempts to justify the White House surveillance of American speech saying the Facebook platform users should be “more concerned” with people dying from COVID than having their community speech monitored by the federal government.

When questioned about the U.S. Federal Government now openly admitting Big Brother is watching you, the regime defender responds: “They are more concerned about that, than people dying across the country because of a pandemic where misinformation is traveling on social media platforms?” Continuing with, “That feels unlikely to me, if you have the data to back that up I’m happy to discuss it.”

Fox News journalist Peter Ducey asked the regime to name the 12 people on Facebook the White House has identified as problematic for the interests of the state; however, the spokesperson refused to name them, obviously and transparently fearing a lawsuit.

The legal authority for the White House to conduct social media surveillance, and then identify the speech of a dozen Americans they dislike; and then request Big Tech to target those voices, is a brutally obvious first amendment issue.  WATCH:

Do not overlook the panic in the position of Psaki.  Due to the echo-chambering effect of discussions only with fellow travelers in media, the regime has not appropriately considered the ramifications of their open admissions.  The need for control is a reaction to fear, and the White House is increasingly defensive.

Imagine the apoplexy in media if President Trump’s White House was flagging content on Facebook for removal.  That’s exactly what White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki admitted today: “We are flagging problematic posts for Facebook“…

Yup, the Biden regime is monitoring social media from the White House and identifying content they do not like.  Then, they flag that content and send it to Facebook, who then take action to remove it.  WATCH:

On the upside – this is a direct admission the U.S. government is the determining voice on speech.  That admission now makes this a FIRST AMENDMENT issue.

Previously the Democrats, leftists, media allies and the Biden administration all said Big Tech censorship, the banning of conservative voices/opinions, was a matter of private businesses making decisions on their own without government influence and therefore no ‘First Amendment’ issues are in place.  This admission from the White House today is exactly the opposite.   Let the lawsuits commence.

Dr. Vivek H. Murthy, Vice Admiral, U.S. Public Health Service Surgeon General of the United States, has produced new guidance to combat “misinformation” about health guidance as provided by the U.S. Government.  [pdf Here]  Comrades, the ‘Ministry of Truth’ is becoming very real.

The government push to promote vaccinations for COVID-19 has gone well beyond reasonable advancement for the public health.  Now, we are entering a phase where the ongoing demand is becoming problematic, propaganda.  More government advocates are pushing toward mandatory vaccinations for a virus that has 99.9% survival rate.

If you stand back – the scale of the demand far exceeds the known risk from the virus itself…. things just don’t add up.

Additionally, the alliance between government and Big Tech is becoming increasingly worrisome.  Now the surgeon general is asking Big Tech to get even more involved and start pushing even more consequences for those who ask reasonable questions and are righteously skeptical of the government position.

In a 22-page publication intended to allow only one standard for acceptable discussion as sanctioned by the U.S. government, the Surgeon General tells Big Tech what to do:

“Prioritize early detection of misinformation “super-spreaders” and repeat offenders. Impose clear consequences for accounts that repeatedly violate platform policies.” (page 12)

In other words, silence the opposition.  The Government will be the “single source of truth“.

Emerald Robinson has adequately summed up this moment in history: “What you are witnessing now: the corrupt political elites in Western countries attempting to end representative democracy as we know it. Mandatory vaccination. Mandatory vaccine passports. The restriction of free speech. Mass warrantless surveillance. Mass illegal migration.”

I can’t find any evidence that Ms. Robinson is wrong.

The DC Swamp is launching an investigation into the Maricopa County, Arizona, election and ballot audit.  This should not come as a surprise after several strategy sessions in DC between the White House, executive branch, congress and allied media have taken place.

The 2020 U.S. election was filled with fraud; in order to retain that fraud extreme measures are now being taken to impede, block, halt and stop any election audit that will reveal the corrupt activity.   Congress has selected the House Oversight and Reform Committee to lead the effort against Arizona.  The Committee’s letter requests documents and communications related to Cyber Ninja’s audit procedures, funding sources, and related issues by July 28, 2021.

Washington, D.C. (July 14, 2021)— Today, Rep. Carolyn B. Maloney, Chairwoman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, and Rep. Jamie Raskin, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, sent a letter to Douglas Logan, Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Ninjas, requesting information on his companies’ role in the “audit” of nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County, Arizona in the 2020 election. There Are Trillions At Stake…

Here we go again, 150 multinational Wall Street corporations write a collective letter urging congress to pass the stalled legislation that would trigger a federal takeover of U.S. elections.  [Reuters Article Link] I’m not going to post the article directly, because it is the same group of characters, the same motives and intentions that we previously wrote about [HERE].

[Please note: all leftist media call them “corporations” when the narrative is purposed to attack capitalism (ie. ‘Occupy’), and then the media switch to the term “companies” when the narrative engineering needs to support the same corporations they previously attacked.  The Alinsky wordplay is part of the design.  Democrats say “corporations bad” to their woke sheep, so when they need to hide their alignment with the same businesses, the media switch words to call them “companies.”  I point this out because it is actually a useful tool to help people wake up and spot the manipulative and purposeful hypocrisy of the leftist ideology.]

At the heart of the issue, we are yet again back to the familiar battle, Wall Street -vs- Main Street.

Remember in April when 100 multinational corporations held a conference call to organize messaging on state election laws?  Well, this is the same crew only now with targeted messaging toward congress.

Additionally, I guarantee you the G-20 discussions about a “global minimum corporate tax” are being leveraged by the White House against these U.S. Multinationals in order to get them in line supporting the federal election takeover.  I guarantee you backroom deals and carve-outs, collusion between government and corporations, are being made.

Their commonality of purpose.  The multinationals need the federal takeover of elections because Wall Street needs globalism in order to continue advancing their financial objectives.  Main Street nationalism, or economic patriotism, is antithetical to their income statements.  The current White House and the Multinational Corporations have a common enemy, Main Street.
