Watch how quickly this case begins to collapse as the ‘real evidence’ begins to come to the surface.  Activist, and State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby originally said:

[…] Officer Miller and Nero then placed Mr. Gray in a seated position and substantially found a knife clipped to the inside of his pants pocket. The blade of the knife was folded into the handle. The knife was not a switchblade and is lawful under Maryland law. These officers then removed the knife and placed it on the sidewalk. 

[…]  Lt. Rice, Officer Miller and Officer Nero failed to establish probable cause for Mr. Gray’s arrest as no crime had been committed by Mr. Gray. Accordingly Lt. Rice Officer MIller and Office Nero illegally arrested Mr. Gray. (link)

This was the statement she made when announcing the charges to the media.  Essentially, an oral citation of the probable cause Mosby used to file her ‘take-my-word-for-it’ Direct Action charges.   However, it looks like she was, well, stretching the truth again.

In a city of 600,000 residents, that would be $3,000 per person.
(Via WFB) The city of Baltimore received over $1.8 billion from President Barack Obama’s stimulus law, including $467.1 million to invest in education and $26.5 million for crime prevention.

President Obama claimed last Tuesday that if the Republican-controlled Congress would implement his policies to make “massive investments in urban communities,” they could “make a difference right now” in the city, currently in upheaval following the death of Freddie Gray.
However, a Washington Free Beacon analysis found that the Obama administration and Democratically-controlled Congress did make a “massive” investment into Baltimore, appropriating $1,831,768,487 though the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), commonly known as the stimulus. (more…)

..”They Shot That Boy For No Reason !”

Earlier today the police approached a man on the street in Baltimore suspected of carrying a firearm. Before the police could reach him the man took off running. During the pursuit the suspects handgun either fell, or was dropped, as he fled. The suspects gun went off when it hit the ground. Fortunately no-one was hit by the discharge. The man was tackled by the chasing officers and then, out of an abundance of caution, transported via ambulance.
No police officer fired their weapons. No-one was shot. The only firearm discharge was from the fleeing suspect as his firearm hit the ground.
Now watch this video of how a female “eye-witness”, injected her perception of the event, and quickly reported it to the media and enraged the community.  Passionate, angry, tearful and adamant about what she witnessed.

Of course, none of that is true.  Nothing she is describing actually took place.
This should be a case study in how unreliable agenda witness statements actually are.

The New York Police Department officer, Brian Moore, did not survive.  Prayers for him and his family.

Brian Moore was in an unmarked patrol car when he and his partner saw a man on the street adjusting something in the waistband of his pants that appeared to be a gun.  When the officers told the man to stop, he turned, pulled out a gun and began shooting into the police car.  Officer Moore was shot in the face. He was taken to Jamaica Hospital in critical condition and underwent surgery.  He did not survive his injury.
The shooter, Demetrius Blackwell, fled on foot and was later arrested.

Democrats have controlled the City of Baltimore for Decades. The Mayor, Police, City Council, and all officials are liberal Democrats. The Maryland state legislature is under Democrat control; for the past eight years they had a Democrat Governor, and 6 out of 8 congressional districts are Democrat officials.
Yet, who do they blame for the problems in Baltimore? …..Wait for it…. why a Republican Governor who just won election at the beginning of this year of course.

NEW YORK – A Queens ex-con was charged with attempted murder Sunday for shooting an undercover NYPD cop in the head, leaving him clinging to life, officials and sources told The Post.
Plainclothes officer Brian Moore, 25, took a turn for the worse early Sunday after surgery to relieve pressure on his brain, and distraught family members were rushing to his side, sources said.
Moore is the fifth NYPD officer to be shot in as many months.
A four-year department veteran from a police family, Moore was driving with his partner by the intersection of 212th Street and 104th Avenue in Queens Village at around 6:15 p.m. Saturday when the incident occurred.
The pair spotted Demetrius Blackwell, whom they knew to have a long police record, said Police Commissioner Bill Bratton.
Blackwell had been fiddling with his waistband, a source said. (more…)
