What it’s like to live in the land of the perpetually aggrieved

[excerpt from PhillyMag.com]  I’ve shared my view of North Broad Street with people—white friends and colleagues—who see something else there: New buildings. Progress. Gentrification. They’re sunny about the area around Temple. I think they’re blind, that they’ve stopped looking. Indeed, I’ve begun to think that most white people stopped looking around at large segments of our city, at our poorest and most dangerous neighborhoods, a long time ago. One of the reasons, plainly put, is queasiness over race. Many of those neighborhoods are predominantly African-American. And if you’re white, you don’t merely avoid them—you do your best to erase them from your thoughts.

At the same time, white Philadelphians think a great deal about race. Begin to talk to people, and it’s clear it’s a dominant motif in and around our city. Everyone seems to have a story, often an uncomfortable story, about how white and black people relate. (more…)

The Philadelphia media is one of the most race-adverse media outlets in the country.   They do anything and everything to hide the facts of race-based assaults and killings.  Such is the case in Upper Darby PA where a 12-year-old white boy, Bailey O’Neill, was jumped and beaten in school by two black kids.  

Baily was rushed to the hospital, spent 2 months on life-support, and died this week.

The kids who killed him?   They were suspended from school for two days.  

Jesse Jackson would be proud.  

Maybe – because of quotas for black discipline –  they are waiting for two white kids to kill a black kid, then they can expel the black abusers and arrest them.  It’s affirmative action combined with adverse impact (quota) rules…. or something.   Ask 2-J’s to explain it.  Or ask President Obama who implemented it in his August Executive Order.

PENNSYLVANIA – A suburban Philadelphia sixth-grader was pulled off life support Sunday, a  day after his 12th birthday and almost two months since he was punched in the  face in a perceived bullying attack at school.

Southeast Delco School District officials confirmed that Bailey O’Neill, who  had been in the hospital in a medically induced coma, has died.

One of the two tormenters punched him so hard that he broke the boy’s nose  and left him with a concussion, NBC 10 Philadelphia reported.  The students who reportedly jumped O’Neill were suspended from school for  two days.

ORLANDO – […] Attorneys for George Zimmerman were expected to ask his judge this morning to order the state’s most important witness, the young Miami woman who was on the phone with Trayvon Martin just before he was shot, to produce medical records.

However, defense lawyer Don West made a startling claim shortly after the hearing began: The state had revealed, before the hearing, that there are no medical records.

The woman, the defense lawyer said, “misrepresented” in a sworn statement that she missed Trayvon’s funeral because she had been hospitalized.

“In fact, she lied,” West said.

Prosecutor John Guy confirmed there will be no medical records, effectively confirming that there was no hospital trip. (more…)

March 5th, 2012 was a Monday.    The day The Julison Media Campaign Began.

In hindsight, it is easy to see how the Scheme Team believed their series of lies could be advanced so easily.   After all, with Ryan Julison’s help, they knew specifically how to pitch the racist baited hooks to the hungry media – But what they did not count on was a few average folks who knew how to spot their manipulative strategy;  Us.

[Sharon] those who are responsible for identifying counterfeit money: in their preparation and training, they spend way more time studying the real thing than they do studying the counterfeit, and as a result, when they see the counterfeit, the details of falsehood leap out to their eyes and understanding.

Progs forget (or never knew) that normal Americans spend the vast percentage of their time, their lives, their energy and their focus on things that are true.  Things that are good.  Things that are foundational.    Maybe that’s where they blew it.

[From Update #13]  On Tuesday February 28th after meeting with lead detective Serino, Tracy Martin contacted Benjamin Crump, from the law firm Parks and Crump. In turn Crump hired Sanford attorney Natalie Jackson. Subsequently by Monday March 5th, two days after Trayvon was laid to rest, a specific and intentional strategy to manufacture “media evidence” was apparently created by Benjamin Crump and Natalie Jackson, presented and then sold by the newly hired Publicist Ryan Julison. This story is so alarming, so unnerving, and so troubling I don’t even want to copy the text or graphics.   But the only way to defeat EVIL is to confront its whisper, boldly.

Suffice to say this story is comparable to Kit Durant murder, only worse – if that is possible, which, at this point, I never thought would be, yet is.

Last year March 2nd and 3rd were Friday and Saturday. On Friday night March 2nd the Trayvon Martin Funeral Viewing was held, and on Saturday March 3rd the internment (burial) took place.

There are multiple issues surrounding Witness #8 (DeeDee) and her appearance, or lack thereof, at the funeral services.

In some reports and personal statements by persons related to the family she was there. However, in the official *story* presented by Benjamin Crump on March 20th DeeDee was in the hospital because she was too distraught to attend. (more…)

(Reuters) – Michigan Governor Rick Snyder on Friday formally declared Detroit in a fiscal emergency and said he had identified a top candidate to take over financial management of the destitute city.

The declaration virtually assures that the state of Michigan will assume control of Detroit’s books, though Snyder was careful to say there is still a window of 10 days for city leaders to convince him otherwise.

“I believe it’s appropriate to declare the city of Detroit in financial emergency,” Snyder told a forum of community leaders at a Detroit public television station.

Detroit has faced the steepest population decline of any major American city in recent decades. Once the fifth largest U.S. city, which shone as the birthplace of the U.S. automotive industry and Motown music, it now ranks 18th in size with about 700,000 people – after suffering a 25 percent decline in population between 2000 and 2010. February 28th 2012 was a Tuesday, the day following Tracy Martin finding out Trayvon was shot and killed, and the day after he notified Sybrina – who stayed in Fort Lauderdale until March 8th.

Tuesday February 28th was also the first visit for Tracy Martin and Brandy Green to the Sanford Police Dept. for an interview and to make arrangements for Trayvon’s body to be transported back to Miami-Dade.

It was during this initial interview and discussion with Sanford PD that Tracy Martin initially listened to the 911 calls and told Detective Serino the voice crying out for help was NOT Trayvon.   As we now know, through deposition discovery, this conversation, and Tracy’s denial of the voice, was overheard by other members of the Police Dept.

However, we have been puzzled as to why no-one ever inquired about that denial with Brandy Green who was with Tracy at the police station.   Wouldn’t she confirm as such?  Has she been, or is she scheduled to be, deposed?

It was also on this day, according to initial family reports, that Tracy reached out to his “sister-in-law, Patricia Jones”,  for legal references surrounding the case.   As the story goes, and as we have outlined based on this story, Tracy called his sister-in-law and she then put him in touch with Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks. Treeper Texastoolman found this in a convenience store in Texas.   Actually remarkable when you think about it.   Obviously the “target audience” would be those who know what “Purple Lean” is actually all about – But it got me to thinking would the average person, or parent, even have a clue what this is for and the actual product story?

(AP STORY)  Martin’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, were joined by actor Jamie Foxx and a crowd of about 200 people on Tuesday evening in Manhattan’s Union Square Park. They lit candles and held a moment of silence at 7:17 p.m., the time Martin was fatally shot on Feb. 26, 2012.

Online articles about the Zimmerman case elicit comments that support Zimmerman’s contention that he acted in self-defense by over a margin of 6 to 1; the Martin family attorney who spearheaded the agitation for the Capias suddenly lawyers up himself and seeks to avoid being “put on the record”; and the ongoing failure of the various iterations of the “Trayvon Martin Foundation aka “Justice for TM” ” to raise any meaningful or significant funds.

The Trayvon Martin “cause” however, continues to live on, with life breathed into its metaphorical corpse by a corrupt legacy media desperate to maintain the fiction that institutional racism is alive and well in Obama’s America. On life support, the manufactured faux rage of the chattering class continues to be splashed across the pages of online editions of print newspapers and monthlies; and on “specials” by the cable news cabal regurgitating the same tired tropes first put forth by Ryan Julison.
