The Trump-Russia collusion story was always a targeted false smear intended to generate a special counsel and hamstring the surprising winner from the 2016 election, Donald Trump.  The Russia-Collusion narrative was always an Intelligence Community op against Donald TRump.

Yesterday, Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard released a tranche of background information, [114 pages of information],  showing how the Obama administration intentionally and with great purpose fabricated the entire story.

What the evidence shows is a focused targeting operation intended to fabricate a false premise by the United States Intelligence Community, through the Office of former DNI James Clapper.  The op was green-lighted by Barack Obama as a way to impede the agenda of incoming President Donald Trump.  All three branches of government collaborated on the scheme.

During an appearance on Fox News (Hannity, #93) Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the violent thug who was throwing bricks at law enforcement vehicles (video below fold) has been identified by the FBI. With California Governor Gavin Newsom willfully and intentionally abdicating his responsibility to ensure law and order in Los Angeles, President Trump authorizes the National Guard, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Dept of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to take charge of protecting federal law enforcement operations.

President Donald Trump, acting in his capacity as Commander in Chief, signs and Emergency Order [SEE HERE], activating the national security apparatus, DoD and DHS to immediately dispatch 2,000 National Guard troops, with active military as support as needed.

Numerous incidents of violence and disorder have recently occurred and threaten to continue in response to the enforcement of Federal law by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other United States Government personnel who are performing Federal functions and supporting the faithful execution of Federal immigration laws. In addition, violent protests threaten the security of and significant damage to Federal immigration detention facilities and other Federal property. President Donald Trump participates in the swearing-in ceremony for Interim USAO for the DC office, Jeanine Pirro.  The media question segment begins at 8:45 of the video below and there is a lot of news within the press portion.

The first question surrounds Russia and the recent statements from the Kremlin.  President Trump says he is not able to give opinion on the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the moment and will await approximately two weeks until the “terms” are received from Russia.  President Trump directed attention to Emissary Steve Witkoff who is coordinating with both Russia and Hamas in Gaza on both issues.

When pushed on the terminology being used by himself and the Russians, President Trump deferred larger more detailed opinion.

Regarding the Big Beautiful Bill and the public criticism from Elon Musk, President Trump notes the bill contains some aspects he does not like, but it required some give and take to get through the House.  The Senate priorities may be different from the House priorities and those details are being worked on.  There is “zero democrat support” and that makes things more challenging for Majority Leader Thune and Speaker Mike Johnson.

On the subject of tariffs, President Trump states the negotiations with China and Europe continue with abundant leverage to ensure the best interests of the USA are contained within the results.  As noted by Trump “it takes a number” to begin the discussion and from that point things progress.

Back to Ukraine, President Trump is willing to meet with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Geneva, but “it takes two” and Russian participation is needed in order to get to a ceasefire.  Further discussions with Zelenskyy are possible, but ultimately President Trump needs Vladimir Putin.  As far as sanctions against Russia are concerned, President Trump will only consider them as part of a negotiation point if he reaches the conclusion that no other options are possible.

The second important revelation question surrounds Iran, when President Trump was asked if he warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu against taking “some sort of [military] actions against Iran.”  President Trump said he would be honest and that yes, he did tell Netanyahu it would be “inappropriate” at this point of the negotiations to attack or do something provocative because he is confident a deal with Iran could be made.  This will make the Israeli lobby very unhappy.

Currently there is a war of influence within the online conservative media space between the influencers who receive funding from Qatar and the influencers who receive funding from Israel.  This is creating division within the base MAGA movement.

At issue was President Trump’s plenary authority to remove Gwynne Wilcox, a former member of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and Cathy A. Harris, the removed chair of the federal Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). The NLRB oversees laws protecting workers’ rights and union elections nationwide, while the MSPB defends federal government workers against political discrimination.

The court’s order [READ ORDER HERE] is unsigned; however, it provides dissent from the three DEI appointed justices (lesbian, latina, black), and did not decide the underlying merits of the case, which will continue to play out in the lower courts. Presumably the court alignment was 6-3.

The overall decision is an endorsement of presidential authority to appoint leadership within the executive branch without review. The power of the president is plenary to the Executive Branch. As noted in the opinion, “Because the Constitution vests the executive power in the President, he may remove without cause executive officers who exercise that power on his behalf, subject to narrow exceptions recognized by our precedents.”

(VIA ABC) – The Supreme Court’s conservative majority on Thursday bolstered President Donald Trump’s bid to assume full control of executive branch agencies, giving a green light — for now — to his removal of the heads of the National Labor Relations Board and Merit Systems Protection Board, whom he fired without cause.

The absolute #1 tell highlighting this as a nonsense exercise, a delay tactic on behalf of the swamp, is the venue for Tulsi Gabbard’s “new task force” announcement, Sean Hannity.

In order to pass DC approvals for confirmation, Gabbard had to join the ‘FISA is awesome’ club.  Now, she aligns her DNI silo with the foolishness of the Sean Hannity ‘tick-tock’ club.  Sorry, but we’ve seen this performance so many times it is now blood boiling to watch them try and repeat it.

DNI Gabbard claims she is creating a new “transparency task force” to analyze information for potential declassification and public release.  However, the task force will now have to “dig” until they have every document discovered, before they can release it, because releasing information as it is discovered is against the operational mission of the people who control the silo process.  But she swears, if you wait for it, it will come. “Trust the plan.”

Oh, it’s so complicated.

Oh, it’s so big and hard to do.

Oh, the evidence is so hard to find.

This is the same nonsense story from Bill Barr, John Durham, Michael Horowitz and the other previous members of the Sean Hannity ‘tick-tock club,’ including John Solomon (controlled releases) and other “conservatively aligned” tradecraft media.  Barr is now Bondi, Wray is now Kash, Durham is now Bongino, the audience is the same.  It’s nonsense.

Attorney General Pam Bondi makes her 69th Fox appearance this year to talk about how the Biden and Congress approval ratings are terrible when contrast against their opposition to President Trump’s deportation program.

As a political pundit Mrs Bondi is an effective communicator as she outlines how Judge Boasberg made her work on weekends.  However, as the head of the United States Dept of Justice, those political skillsets just don’t transfer to legal acumen.  What we end up with is performance #69.  WATCH:

Judge James Boasberg issues a three-page order [SEE HERE] demanding the Trump administration deliver cabinet level details about their criminal alien deportation operation.

Boasberg claims the information provided to him so far is “woefully inadequate,” and lacks the citations of what cabinet-level officials were involved in deporting criminal illegal aliens and Tren de Aragua gang members protected by a leftist immigration organization employing Judge Boasberg’s daughter.

Judge Boasberg appears to be focused on generating a contempt order against the Trump administration.  Presumably, this would give Boasberg’s allied Democrats in congress a foothold for their needed 2018 election effort and another impeachment attempt.
