Boy howdy, this judicial activism is reaching new heights. Federal judges in New Jersey invoked a rarely used judiciary power to remove interim U.S. Attorney Alina Habba, installing her top assistant as the state’s top prosecutor. However, hours later the Trump administration responded by removing Habba’s deputy.

This is where Majority Leader John Thune can come into play and push for a faster track confirmation of Habba through the senate.
POLITICO – Federal judges declined to keep President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney as New Jersey’s top federal prosecutor, exercising an arcane statute to rebuff the Trump administration’s wishes.
New Jersey district court judges voted to not let interim U.S. Attorney Alina Habba stay on the job after her 120-day interim term expires, instead picking prosecutor Desiree Leigh Grace, according to a court order posted to the judiciary’s website.
[…] “President Trump has full confidence in Alina Habba, whose work as acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey has made the Garden State and the nation safer,” White House spokesperson Harrison Fields said in a statement. “The Trump Administration looks forward to her final confirmation in the U.S. Senate and will work tirelessly to ensure the people of New Jersey are well represented.”
[…] the Trump administration could make a countermove to remove Grace and even try to get Habba her old job back by appointing Habba to be the first assistant U.S. attorney since that official can become acting U.S. attorney if there is a vacancy. (read more)

So? Relevance to NJ judges ??
Yeahbutters. Yeah, but what about………..yabutt yabutt yabutt do.
My father used to say “Yeahbit the Rabbit!”
80 years old, mind you.
Off topic!! Epstein Schmeckstein!!! Sheesh.
a little triggered??? hmmmm………….
Make Alina Habba a Special Prosecutor.
There’s an idea!
Check mate scumbags.
I cant find any picture of Desiree Leigh Grace anywhere. Does anyone know anything about her????

And behind a paywall:
https://www.nytimes.com/2025/07/22/nyregion/desiree-grace-new-jersey-us-attorney.html
She came up through the Trump administration, it seems she was in the wrong position at the wrong time.
She probably wasn’t “fired”. Just reassigned to somewhere else.
Perhaps right place at right time. We’ll see where she goes next.
Her name sounds like that of a porno actress.
We know where your mind is…..
A filthy mind is a terrible thing to waste.
Joe Dirt wore a T-Shirt that had the words”I Choked Linda Lovelace” printed on the front. Now that is a real porno actress name.
I can guess how you earn your living.
As far as I know she is a career prosecutor and Habba’s top assistant
And probably the chief backstabber.

The woman pictured here is Alina Habba.
J
Also her LinkedIn page. Just an average Jersey girl – Seton Hall law and NJ clerkships. NJ just doesn’t want any outsiders inside looking at their stuff.
I’ve also searched for her photo. Zip to be found.
Google AI search on “mob ties to New Jersey” yields:
“New Jersey has a long and complex history with organized crime, particularly with the American Mafia, often referred to as the “mob.” Several Italian-American Mafia families have strong ties to the state, including the Genovese, Lucchese, and DeCavalcante families. These families control various criminal activities throughout the state, including labor racketeering, gambling, loansharking, and extortion. “
Don’t forget the developers (George Norcross) who “influence” many of the local govts in the areas they seek to make money on. Recall the recent “eminent domain” fiasco over the 175-yo farm in central Jersey. NJ definitely ranks in the top 5 for corruption!
also a massive Jewish presence that is taking over whole counties and ethnically cleansing them.
Then they are doing a terrible job of that since Middlesex County is overrun with Indians.
This is just ridiculous.
So Bondi fires Alina’s replacement and tells the politicized district judges, “Habba nice day.”
I believe she said just that, followed by, ‘talk to you soon!’
No, I think she said, “FUVM”.
Wordman, watch your six. LincolnBeard is closin’ in!
AG Bondi immediately fires Alina Habba’s replacement after judges vote to oust Habba as Interim US Attorney of New Jersey

🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸
@mrddmia
House Democrat Leader @hakeemjeffries
corruptly gave 17 New Jersey U.S. district judges their marching orders:
Fire New Jersey U.S. Attorney @AlinaHabba.
Hakeem Jeffries did this after Alina Habba brought an indictment against a low-life Democrat House member who allegedly assaulted federal immigration officers.
And these New Jersey activist judges—15 of whom were appointed by Obama and Biden—saluted.
This violated Canons 2, 3, and 5 of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges.
@Article3Project
will file a judicial misconduct complaint.
Cont….
Alina Habba: Keeping New Jersey safe from New Jersey politicians. That is why they fired her.
I absolutely detest Hack-eem Jeffries. We all know he is far more radical than he lets on.
What should happen.
Speaker Johnson should take all necessary action to condemn, censor or remove Jeffries for his interference with the court.
Senate majority leader Thune should not adjourn the Senate until all judicial appointments are approved.
The radical NJ judges should all be removed from their positions for violating their oath and judicial ethics.
What will happen.
Nothing.
You’re right. The House is on vacation till some time in August, and the Senate is busy trying to clip DNI Gabbard’s wings. Our Constitutional Republic will just have to sit back & cool its heels. Restoring our Republic and our culture is absolutely not a priority at this time. 🤬
Fifteen of the seventeen NJ federal judges were put in place by Dems (Obama), and they were all contacted by Hakeem Jeffries to ensure that Habba was not approved.
At some point they all need a Summer recess to chill out. The House goes into recess tomorrow. PDJT can send the Senate into recess along with them.
Keep Alina Hannah
corrupt judge scunmbage,
It’s not about the prosecutor s it’s about the judges. Names we must always have names
Can all this be circumvented by implementing RECESS APPOINTMENTS?
My question is, “Who prompted Hakeem Jeffries to contact the judges and invoke an arcane rule?” I’ll betcha a donut that those judges did not realize that rule was there until they were informed about it and then told to use it by Jeffries.
Smells like Norm Eisen
This is NJ. Those crazed, Communist, pathologically hating Trump, far left loons DO NOT need prompting from Jeffries.
You know its a good choice when the deep state does everything it can to stop the nomination.
Any judge who rules against the Constitution should be taken off the bench and disbar. They know they are wrong but they keep on doing it because there are NO consequences.
OMG! LOL!! Talk about 3D chess!!!
Definitely check and looks like checkmate.
1. They keep Habba or 2. Trump can FIRE! anyone they replace her with.
3. If they counter by putting someone new in the position that Trump doesn’t want to fire, it is still a win for Trump
AND
4. Trump can “even try to get Habba her old job back by appointing Habba to be the first assistant U.S. attorney since that official can become acting U.S. attorney if there is a vacancy.”
5. Massive negative public exposure for Thune if he doent come through.
Brilliant! It’s fun watching Trump play.
And there seems to be more!
If the left tries to just keep removing anyone who Trump wants in the position, Trump just gets to keep firing them and Bondi gets to putting Habba back in. Rinse and repeat.
So does that not mean that every time the left puts someone in that position that Trump doesn’t want, Trump gets to clean house by firing them.
I wonder if this just keeps making openings that can be filled by recess appointments.
lol! If so, then if the left puts people Trump likes in the position but are not who he wants the for the US Attorney, he can just reinstate them back in with a recess appt. Right?
Hehee!
How trite and how coincidental that the chief judge in NJ is named Bumb.
https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/sites/njd/files/StandingOrder2025-03USAttyAppointment.pdf
Why is that coincidental?
Was there an inference that “Jeffries” pressured those “judges” for removing Habba??? IMESHO, Mike Johnson should start impeachment proceedings against these “judges” and have the DOJ investigate “jeffries” and his campaign funding.
Our judiciary is broken and bankrupt. Our govt is far more corrupt. Non elected officials should serve for five years no more. Our elected officials should be limited to one term. No official should be foreign born.
When Bondi does something good, as in firing Desiree Leigh Grace, all credit goes to President Trump and his Administration. When she does something bad, as in the disastrous Epstein matter, it’s all on her. She’s acting on her own, intentionally stabbing President Trump in the back and should be fired. Got it.
Lol! Isn’t it always that way?
To Trump’s credit, he stood behind Bondi and gives credit where credit is due. Sign of a good leader.
Lmao. That’s a pretty big middle finger Trump just gave to the judges. “Oh, you’re gonna remove the person I want? Fine, I’ll fire the person you want. Screw you.”
the judges were lied into place appointed by those who took power by election fraud.
these are not legitimate judges and they should be ignored.
Wouldn’t that be a plot twist if they actually could do that “nullification” or whatever it’s called and void Biden’s appts.
Then fill all the empty positions with Trump recess appointments. Lol.
Ahh, too good to be true. Fun thought though.
There is no Justice in America, only Rules disguised as Law.
The Republican’s don’t want to get rid of the Blue slip process because they have used it themselves. Since both NJ senators are using it, Thune has to decide to ignore it and bring Habba up for a vote. The blue slip is non-binding, but if ignored, then the Dems will return the favor it the future. Interesting dilemma he is facing. Not sure if they will “man” up to bring her up for vote.
Thune will need to make two things happen or he will be seen as weak and cowardly if not seen as open opposition. He needs to allow recess appointments and make sure the US Attorney is acceptable to Trump.
Both flitboy Booker and the dork Kim blue – slipped Habba? Not surprising. As for Thune, recall that he said that he was not going to override the parliamentarian during the Senate debate on the OBBB.
Judicial Coup of activist District Court Judges.
Collect the Criminal Intelligence of this Judicial Coup

President Trump must protect Article II Powers and Authority
of the United States Constitution.
The activist District Court Judges were replacing President
Trump’s Agenda with their own political agenda.
Senator Ron Johnson had a great point today on warroom.org. He said why not take the recess, let Trump place all the judges in as recess appointments then spend the next year going through the senate process.
Even if the senate stays thrrough August they will never get through the backlog, this buys them a year of time with judges in position.
I thought it was a winner.
Deleted; wrong thread.
Sundance, the phrase, “Boy howdy”, is a phrase I heard and used often during my childhood (’40s and ’50s). Haven’t heard it much since. I can only guess that you are approximately of the same vintage as I. I wish you well.
