U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon has issued a two-page order [SEE HERE] indicating her willingness to appoint a special master to review the documents seized by the DOJ in the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Judge Cannon has asked the Justice Department to produce by Tuesday “a more detailed” list of items seized from Trump’s residence on Aug. 8 as well as the status of the government’s ongoing review of those materials, which includes the use of a “filter team” to screen for attorney-client privileged records.

Davis nails everything in that first three minutes, including the background motives of the DOJ, FBI and even congressional oversight authorities like the Senate Select Subcommittee on Intelligence, to desperately fear the evidence held by President Trump in Mar-a-Lago.   All of the events are a massive cover-up effort to retrieve evidence of their own wrongdoing.

The all too familiar David Laufman says it out loud, but few will pay attention. “That’s what this is. It- just because [the DOJ-NSD justification for the raid on Trump] implicates classified information to me, doesn’t seem to give a platform for the House Intelligence Committee to intrude at this time,” Laufman says.

In the aftermath of 9-11 the U.S. government created the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) to conduct surveillance of “domestic threats,” the American people. When Barack Obama and Eric Holder stepped in a few years later, they created the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD). This division specializes in weaponizing surveillance against their political enemies.  The DOJ-NSD had no inspector general oversight and operates within Main Justice, but above the law. Essentially, they use the justification of ‘national security‘ to defend the Fourth Branch of Government, the permanent surveillance state. {Go Deep}

David Laufman was the former head of the DOJ-NSD and he specialized in the targeting process.  Laufman was a primary player in the defense of Hillary Clinton against accusations of ‘national security violations’ as a result of her classified personal email use.  Laufman sat in on, guided and shaped the FBI interview Hillary Clinton.  Additionally, David Laufman is one of Christine Blasey-Ford’s Rehoboth “beach friends,” as outlined in the Judge Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings.

When Blasey-Ford said she wrote the letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein accusing Brett Kavanaugh of college rape, she was with a bunch of “beach friends” including former FBI public information officer Monica McLean who actually wrote the letter.  When investigators began digging into the background of the letter construct, McLean came under legal scrutiny. McLean hired beach friend David Laufman to shield her from legal trouble and represent her legal interests. David Laufman then worked together with another former DOJ lawyer, Michael Bromwich, who represented Christine Blasey-Ford.  That’s the network.

Fast forward to 2022.  All network indications reflect that David Laufman, similar in effort to former DOJ-NSD head Mary McCord (Schiff congressional impeachment team), is one of the primary Lawfare agents currently guiding, mapping and counseling the use of the DOJ-NSD to continue the targeting of Donald Trump.  Laufman provides the legal strategies for the people within the current DOJ-NSD to follow.  In addition to being a familiar face on MSNBC, we should consider David Laufman the outside agent providing guidance to Main Justice intent.

Comprehensively compromised U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart said Thursday he is leaning toward releasing some of the evidence presented by corrupt U.S. Justice Department officials to justify the general search warrant of President Donald Trump’s Florida home last week.

This is a case that pits We The People against the justice system, news organizations and corrupt federal prosecutors.  Unfortunately, we have no representation in the matter.

The justice system, including the DOJ, FBI regime police and federal judiciary, needs to protect itself from public scrutiny lest the people discover the true motives of the star chamber narrative called ‘national security.’  As a consequence, we should expect no sunlight that is not heavily managed to protect all state stakeholders.  In the background, China, Russia and Iran grin mightily as the illusion of democracy is exposed.

(Newsmax) – […] Judge Bruce Reinhart said he believes “there are portions of the affidavit that could be unsealed,” referring to the sworn statement laying out the evidence for why there was probable cause to search Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.

He ordered the Justice Department to file a redacted version of the affidavit under seal by noon next Thursday, but said the Justice Department will be given the opportunity to appeal if prosecutors don’t agree with his proposed version.

Reinhart’s order seemed to mark a victory for news outlets, who appeared in federal court in West Palm Beach on Thursday to persuade the judge that the public interest in the affidavit outweighs the benefits of keeping it sealed.  The Justice Department opposes the release of the evidence.

Not wanting to put too much credibility behind any Newsweek report; however, the claims within the article mirror what we have suspected all along. [Article Here]

Essentially, the nub of the article states the DOJ claim to “retrieve federal documents” was a cover story so the FBI could retrieve evidence Trump took from DC showing his Russiagate targeting.  This is called “throwing a bag over it.”

To justify the unprecedented raid on a former president’s residence and protect the source who revealed the existence of Trump’s private hoard, agents went into Trump’s residence on the pretext that they were seeking all government documents, says one official who has been involved in the investigation. But the true target was this private stash, which Justice Department officials feared Donald Trump might weaponize.

Former Vice President Mike Pence delivered an establishment republican party speech at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH, today.  During his prepared remarks, Pence denounced the effort of some people in the republican party who call for defunding the FBI.

According to Pence he was, “deeply troubled” by the behavior of the justice department and the FBI during their raid on President Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago. Pence continued by saying the FBI “rank and file” should not be attacked or disparaged for the political agenda exhibited by the organization they represent.  It’s a weird statement when you think about it in context.

The FBI as an institution doesn’t do anything; it is the men and women within the institution that take actions based on corrupt political intent.  The only way to address the behavior of the FBI is to do exactly the opposite of what Pence is saying.  Institutions are made up of people. Earlier this afternoon President Donald Trump revealed yet another shocking piece of information related to the FBI’s raid of his private residence in Mar-a-Lago.  Sharing in a post written on Truth Social President Trump notes, “In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three Passports (one expired), along with everything else. This is an assault on a political opponent at a level never seen before in our Country. Third World!”
