Records provided to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) via legally protected whistleblower disclosures reveal Smith’s team acquired at least 4,782 checks from Americans who made mainly small-dollar donations to President Trump between September 2019 to August 2023. The checks reveal the donors’ home addresses, bank account and routing numbers, and signatures.
Smith’s team acquired the checks as part of its “Arctic Frost” election case against President Trump, allowing the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to gain access to nearly 5,000 Americans’ highly sensitive information, including 42 Iowans. Yes, but what we need most of all is guilty parties being charged for the crimes they commited, see actual fair trials for those charges and if found guilty people going to jail. The really tragic part of all this is we will probably never see this happen.
I agree many folks should likely go to jail, but it seems to me that a sea change in social attitudes in We The People needs to happen first.
We complain much and our comment section is vigorous, and on target, but so far the mood of the People has not changed much. Until that changes, I doubt there is enough social or political energy to force the politicians and grandstanders into actions supportive of the Republic.

I scoured the first 82 pages of the check’s pdfs. So far, I have found three doners from my state. I saw a check with my bank logo. As I looked at it, I said Hey honey this looks like you’re handwriting. I went to the file cabinet and found the bank statement for that date. Low and behold my husband wrote a check on Sept 13, .2022 for 100 dollars and the copy is on page 80. Wow

Mr. Smith looks bored during this Congressional testimony. From the details provided by Senator Hawley, Smith ignored the Constitution, ignored US law, may have committed perjury, and should be investigated for disbarment.
At this point in time, and I hope this will change, there is a great deal of corruption in the legal field and in the US Bar Association. So it may never happen that he is investigated. That doesn’t mean that American citizens aren’t paying attention and keeping track of the individuals who commit abuses of power against us.
