It is obvious now why former Ukraine Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, 35, has launched a weapons manufacturing business. On September 1, Fedorov together with Palantir CEO Alex Karp announced, “plans to directly develop combat robots, low-cost high-speed interception drones, and AI-based low-cost missiles through the new company.” {source}
Today, while signing a 100-year pact between Canada and Ukraine [SEE HERE], Prime Minister Mark Carney announced a $1 billion worth of investment and support for Ukraine, including the building of drones and weapons for Ukraine and Canadian defenses. [SEE HERE]
Canada will use the funds given to Ukraine and also used in collaboration for their own defense systems, in the accounting ledger to bring them into compliance with NATO military defense requirements. However, beyond the accounting gimmicks and tricks, there are reconstruction funds obligated by Carney to Zelenskyy that will be handled by former Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland in her new position inside Ukraine.
Zelenskyy and Carney signed the 100-year pact during a ceremony earlier this afternoon. Carney is also helping Zelenskyy establish a more westernized information control system aligning Ukraine media operations in the same format as Canadian government control of media.
- Approximately $350 million to deliver critical air defence interceptors through the United States’ Joint Ukraine Multinational Program – Services, Training and Articles Rapid Timeline (JUMPSTART). This mechanism leverages financial donations from Allies to aid Ukraine in addressing its evolving defence needs, including procuring critical equipment.
- Nearly $23 million in funding to bolster the capabilities of Ukraine’s security architecture – helping detect, prevent, and respond to hybrid threats to civilian safety. This includes both support for Ukraine’s police, national guard, military, and frontline communities affected by Russia’s aggression, as well as funding to combat threats and disinformation.
- Providing nearly $435 million in new loan guarantees to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to support energy security, including winter gas purchases and secondary energy generators to produce electricity during shortages.
- Allocating $200 million in concessional loans through Export Development Canada to support Ukraine’s reconstruction. It will help Ukraine repair critical infrastructure by enabling Canadian companies to support critical projects.
- Providing an additional $10 million to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, for a total of $100 million, to support Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, including the procurement and delivery of critical energy equipment to improve the resilience of Ukrainians to energy shocks.
- Providing $2 million to the International Energy Agency (IEA) Joint Work Programme to support Ukraine’s Energy Resource Development. This funding will strengthen Ukraine’s energy resilience, provide regulatory support, and advance clean energy projects. {source}
“The first declaration, the Canada-Ukraine Declaration for a 100-Year Partnership, along with the joint statement, establishes a new roadmap which will bolster the comprehensive strategic partnership between Canada and Ukraine. The new partnership will focus on defence innovation and cooperation, economic growth, trade and reconstruction, and people-to-people ties – underpinned by unwavering support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and long-term Euro-Atlantic integration. The partnership will extend to economic collaboration and areas where Canadian know-how can best be utilised. The second declaration, the Joint Declaration on Enhancement of the Defence and Security Cooperation between Ukraine and Canada, establishes a long-term defence partnership centred on defence industrial cooperation in cutting-edge technologies, co-development and co-production of defence equipment, and information sharing.”
Currently there are dozens of open investigations of Ukraine government officials for bribery and corruption.
On the receiving end of this specific Canadian money, we see former Ukraine Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov and former Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland. Fedorov will handle the defense funds, Freeland will handle the reinvestment funds, and each will apportion (skim) the customary indulgency fees to the Ukraine officials who present the front face of the network.
In the video below, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy take questions on Russia, sanctions, U.S. negotiations and Ukraine’s defense needs. Carney says Canada is preparing further sanctions targeting Russia’s ballistic missile supply chain, shadow fleet and financial networks. Zelenskiy says Ukraine trusts American defense support but will “trust and check” negotiations, while calling for stronger air defenses, drone cooperation and international efforts to end the war.

There is such a huge disconnect between modern western leaders and reality. They are all doomed and dooming their people. Reality is harsh.
And we need to be careful about preventing our Democrat doom masters from regaining control.
Seriously, who can look at corrupt, despotic, loser Ukraine and decide to chain your people to Ukraine’s future?
Another communist ..that’s who
Other Despots
Yeah? Where will Canada get an extra $1 Billion if they willfully throw away US trade?
Where else but Brussels.
Brussels? Ha! They’re on the point of an EU bankruptcy that’s why they’re pushing for war with Russia. IT’S THEIR ONLY OUT.
The usual. Borrow it from China, hide where the money actually goes, sell out the country to repay it.
There was an idiot on American Thinker this morning arguing for US government “investment” in vertical farming.
The whole point of green energy, high speed rail, vertical farming, USAID, the NHS, Ukraine, ad nauseam is to spend as much money as possible for as little return as possible. That makes it reliably dependent on government, which makes it reliably productive of
bribescampaign contributions & bureaucratic makework.Socialism always works, because “investing” in more Socialism (for the greater good!) is always what it does.
Very like cancer, really.
You can vote your way into Socialism/Communism but you have to shoot your way out.
Western civilization is screwed unless President Trump can push thru a Russian US normalization. The entire Globalist infrastructure is lined up against a sovereign US.
SOUND ON!
Do you think that this will finally get us out of NATO? This is nuts, and we want our money refunded!
His newest toupee fits like a ball cap.

Carney looks like woman that has been scorned trying to get revenge.
And Russie will bomb the snot out of whatever they place within Ukraine.
Money, meet toilet!!!!
Only $1 billion? Joe gave the dick piano player $350 billion. Did he run out of funds already? Is this to make sure Z is not overthrown?
Ya think the Carney clown knows that $1 billion is for one year?
Lol.
His new little Nazi buddy has some expensive tastes.
If this charade last 100 DAYS I will be surprised.
The only hope for lasting peace with Ukraine is for Russia to completely defeat them and demand unconditional surrender. Anything short of that is kicking the can down the road. EU was unable to drag the US in (yet) to do their dirty work. Now they need time to arm up.
Sorry that I keep repeating myself.
These people are playing games they don’t understand
Imagine signing a 100 year partnership with a country destined to be this century’s Prussia.
Carney has a look about him that he likes being the receiver….
haha.
Been waiting for Canada to announce they were becoming a part of the EU.
The picture included in this article leaves something ambiguous: Who is giving the big box of money and who is receiving it?
The thieves are circling the carcass
So, did Mr. Carney abolish the Canadian parliament (or whatever it’s called up there) and declare himself, ah, what’s the phrase? Oh, yes, that’s it, King?
Canada – what’s going on? Have your elected representatives been arrested or shipped off to some hidden outpost?
If they go against the government, their bank accounts may be frozen.
In much less than 100 years either Canada or Ukraine or both will no longer exist.
Much less. Putin’s patience is not unlimited.
100 years, or until the next Conservative PM.
Just another perfect example of why we should never give tax payer money to countries or causes that aren’t rooted domestically. So tired of pussies being in power and controlled by fear and money. Grow a pair get perspective. I digress.
100 years?
Wonder which one of these countries will disappear first?
Ukraine would seem to be leading the way but with Alberta in play who knows how long Canada will last.
Can’t wait to see the Promethean Action video on this subject!
Save time and just call it a Thousand-Year Reich.
Looks like we may need Secretary Rubio’s negotiating skills with our northern neighbor at some point.
Here’s the irony: He could probably remove a ship model from inside a bottle without damaging the rigging, yet he was the one (with Kaine) who authored the bill that now requires congressional approval to exit NATO. I really admire Rubio but I hope he loses serious sleep over this.
I am beginning to think Mr. Carney is getting a wee bit big for his britches.
Ya think?
I wonder if this agreement is similar to a corporate “poison pill” designed to make a takeover target company less attractive?
Promethean Action has a new video out.
Miss Susan is at the convention.

So … what’s the status of President Trump’s proposed U.S. version of Israel’s Iron Dome? Asking for Americans who live very close to the Canadian border — all 5525 miles of it.
“…the Canada-Ukraine Declaration for a 100-Year Partnership, along with the joint statement, establishes a new roadmap which will bolster the comprehensive strategic partnership between Canada and Ukraine.”
Lemme get this straight…
In 2025 old Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Canada tells Trump that without continuing its trade surplus with the U.S. Canada can’t survive as a nation.
A year later new Prime Minister Mark Carney starts a trade war with the U.S. he knows he can’t win when Canada’s currency is plummeting like the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs Canada’s losing over 4o,000 jobs a month because half of their factories are moving to the U.S…
So I crossed the border illegally to get all this straight from the horse’s mouth:
‘Wow, Mr Prime Minister Carney, how could you possibly make things worse?’ I ask.
‘Well’, he says, ‘I could stick a thumb in Trump’s eye and sign a 100 year partnership with Ukraine!’
‘Dunno, Mr Prime Minister, that doesn’t sound too smart to me and….’
‘Wait, there’s more,’ he shouts. ‘I’m also pledging a billion dollars of Canadian taxpayer money to Zelenskiy!’
‘Geez, that’s a lot of money,’ I say.
Carney shrugs.’ It’s Canadian dollars’!
Q: Where will all this money come from?
Canada is in deep doo doo
100 years is a long time. Will either country still be around in a hundred years? I know I won’t be around to see what happens, I would like to know though.
Reading through this post put me in mind of the scene in the film Tombstone, where Earp (Lil’ Z) asks, “What do you think Milt (Carney), does 20% of the house take sound about right?” As Lil’ Z envisions the yacht that he’ll purchase with the money that he’ll skim off of the top of this deal. Talk about a golden parachute, eh? Hopefully, this little bastard won’t survive long enough to enjoy that yacht!
So, Ukraine must be in NATO, or all of this money laundering and balance sheet slight of hand doesn’t count towards NATO obligations, eh?
Meanwhile, as Canada, Britain, Germany and France escalate tensions with Russia, via their weapons manufacturing and supply to Ukraine, they make themselves an even larger Russian target, yet none of the cash flow goes towards actually enhancing the defense of these NATO countries. This new NATO defense spending scheme is nothing but a sham and a headline for domestic public consumption in these respective countries, while the threat of a kinetic conflict with Russia grows ever larger.
I repeat my former assertion, not only is it past time for the Marshall plan to end, which DJT is already addressing with tariffs, but it is also past time for the US to withdraw its protective shield over Europe. To cut to the chase, it’s time to withdraw from NATO. These European “leaders” have historically been obsessed with war and that has not changed. They have never gotten along with their neighbors and will never get along. We should, therefore, be free of any obligation to act, due their stupidity and stubbornness to commit suicide by Russia.
Great TV series playing now that shows what (I think) is happening in the Ukraine War. See Lioness season 3, episode 1. How the drones are used, how the American CIA is using “off the books” soldiers to work with Ukraine. Good eye opener.
Carney is a joke. He’s made promises he won’t be around to keep or clean up. But when you’re a loser, you’ve got nothing to lose.
Why not just send their submarines to Ukraine. They’re just wasting away as a tourist attraction.
The Fourth Reich of 100 years.
Only 100? LOL Why not a thousand year? Short term thinker. The entire announcement is clownish, performative and empty posturing. With all these announcements, pronouncements and declarations all they do is keep advertising their collapse. Weak, diminutive men engage in such behaviour.
Gonna be time to get busy sealing up the Northern Border soon.
Gonna be a tough one. Lots of deep woods up there.
