The issue is at the core of leftist manipulation of elections as the blue states refuse to comply with DHS and Social Security cross-checks for voter eligibility prior to sending out mail-in ballots. The blue states do not want their voter rolls cross-checked to verify citizenship status and voter eligibility. We can only guess the number of illegal aliens on the voter rolls.
(VIA AP) – A federal judge on Thursday halted — at least for now — attempts to implement President Donald Trump’s executive order limiting mail voting.
The move stalled the directive for a second time only about a week before the first mail ballots are due to be sent out for the rapidly approaching midterm elections. U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani blocked the government from implementing the order for two weeks.
The case could soon be appealed back to the Supreme Court, days after the justices handed down a procedural decision that allowed the administration to move ahead.
The ruling Thursday came after Democrats and voting rights groups refiled their lawsuits to comply with the recent Supreme Court decision. The high court’s conservative majority did not rule on the legality of Trump’s executive order, instead saying Talwani had acted too soon.
Now the administration has issued a formal rule governing whether the U.S. Postal Service will deliver states’ mail ballots, effectively restarting the legal fight.
The whipsawing legal battle has major ramifications for the midterms. Nearly one-third of Americans vote by mail and election officials contend there isn’t enough time to revise their systems to comply with the new Postal Service directives.
The Postal Service says it won’t deliver mail ballots unless states provide a list of voters who should receive them and format the envelopes in a certain way. (read more)

In California:
They accommodate false statements to be made on registration applications electronically and otherwise. The California legislature codified its election fraud ten years ago.
Applicants for voter registration are asked to check a box indicating whether they are non-citizens. If they don’t check the box, it is assumed they are citizens.
The false assumption that someone is a citizen simply because they left a non-citizen checkbox unmarked derives from the intentional design of the form, made deliberately ambiguous. It is the gateway to non-citizens voting, and directly leads to the dilution of votes cast by legal citizens.
When a form doesn’t explicitly state that leaving the box blank denotes citizenship, the empty box should carry no factual or legal import. This is not unlike an intentionally built- in negative-option-offer or a subscription trap, which occurs when a merchant interprets a consumer’s silence or failure to take an affirmative action, such as failing to check a “no” box as consent to make a purchase.
Vote Dilution schemes effecting state and local elections are civil rights violations. They are prosecutable under ‘concurrent’ jurisdiction by either State or Federal authority. State and local violations, nonetheless, are prosecutable under federal jurisdiction via the equal protection and due process clauses of the 14th Amendment.
Intentional deprivation of civil rights (one-person-one-vote) principle is actionable under 18 U.S.C. § 241) and can be prosecuted federally.
The judiciary is not set up to play partisan gotcha games.

The “Roberts Court” should ALWAYS have been the Thomas Court.
It seems very simple. No mail-in ballots go out until all the legal issues have been resolved. We go back to the pre-pandemic system we’ve always had in this country, which is you show up in person to vote on Election Day. Oh the wringing of hands and pearl clutching! For those with hardships due to disability, travel, or in military service, they can make their special request for a mail-in ballot due to those circumstances, just as was always an option in the past.

The USPO, with very few exceptions, should not be the middleman man in any US election.
The Election Clause Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the [Congress] may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing…”has made the states political wolves in sheep’s clothing.
[Congress], by its non action, tacitly approved the states 2020 election turn to mail ballots and so abdicated its power to secure the legitimacy of the national election. Individual State laws, which vary nationwide, likely unconstitutional, make the Postal Service middleman in the election process.
The Della Rocca Complaint, a civil suit brought in a US District Court against the state of Maryland and the US Postal Service was dismissed in July 2025, then again, on appeal, in April 2026. The suit declared Maryland’s reliance on the United States Postal Service to deliver the ballots of its citizens a violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, and also a violation of the Maryland Constitution.
The case is a guide to why the unreliable behemoth, USPO, should not be intermediary between the people, the state and the federal government. In the first place, it facilitates the disenfranchisement of voters by distancing them from the precinct based—every precinct is a small town—in person, election system. The more centralized the system becomes, the less secure it becomes.

If someone wants to stop this BS with the federal judiciary, all they need to do is file artices of impeachment against her and let it go to trial in the Senate……that step alone will help quench the appetite of some of these judicial harlots waiting for their turn on a pedestal.
