The same federal judge who had her injunction overturned by the Supreme Court has again blocked the United States Postal Service requirement for mail-in ballots. The Lawfare communists refiled their lawsuit today, the judge ruled within hours. [Ruling Here]
The issue is at the core of leftist manipulation of elections as the blue states refuse to comply with DHS and Social Security cross-checks for voter eligibility prior to sending out mail-in ballots. The blue states do not want their voter rolls cross-checked to verify citizenship status and voter eligibility. We can only guess the number of illegal aliens on the voter rolls.
(VIA AP) – A federal judge on Thursday halted — at least for now — attempts to implement President Donald Trump’s executive order limiting mail voting.
The move stalled the directive for a second time only about a week before the first mail ballots are due to be sent out for the rapidly approaching midterm elections. U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani blocked the government from implementing the order for two weeks.
The case could soon be appealed back to the Supreme Court, days after the justices handed down a procedural decision that allowed the administration to move ahead.
The ruling Thursday came after Democrats and voting rights groups refiled their lawsuits to comply with the recent Supreme Court decision. The high court’s conservative majority did not rule on the legality of Trump’s executive order, instead saying Talwani had acted too soon.
Now the administration has issued a formal rule governing whether the U.S. Postal Service will deliver states’ mail ballots, effectively restarting the legal fight.
The whipsawing legal battle has major ramifications for the midterms. Nearly one-third of Americans vote by mail and election officials contend there isn’t enough time to revise their systems to comply with the new Postal Service directives.
The Postal Service says it won’t deliver mail ballots unless states provide a list of voters who should receive them and format the envelopes in a certain way. (read more)

It is the duty and right of the Supreme Court as the only Constitutional Court to discipline these judges who continue to act against the Constitution.

an interesting thing about all of this mail-in voting and voter roll sanitation is how completely silent the GOP has been about it. They all got the message loud and clear in the weeks after the 2020 Steal to keep their pie holes shut or else. They should be screaming bloody murder here but not a peep.

Apparently, certain activist Federal judges believe they have more power than the President/Executive Branch of our Constitutional Republic, and now SCOTUS rulings, therefore act on orders given by Swamp Operatives to interfere with Presidential Orders. This seditious activity by those in black robes needs to end, and this judge needs to be brought up on charges.
The judicial system is as rotten as most government agencies.
Most Judges should be removed from the bench when they fail to uphold the law and constitution and inject their orders of the political party they represent and are protecting.

Unless Trump plays the national security card, as Wayne Allen Root has been urging, I think the lawfare and corrupt judges will forestall all efforts at election security for this election.

It’s not just illegals on the voting rolls. It’s huge numbers of duplicate voter records (where one or more of the original field values has been modified) such that some registered voters actually end up with half a dozen duplicate registrations that can then be used to cast a bogus ballot. These cheating criminal scumbags use a variety of vectors to steal the elections, but duplicate voting records are as much so a vector as illegals are.
POTUS47 must use executive and CIC powers to crush these recalcitrant cheating states, and the judges as well if necessary, or the republic will be lost.
