The issue is at the core of leftist manipulation of elections as the blue states refuse to comply with DHS and Social Security cross-checks for voter eligibility prior to sending out mail-in ballots. (VIA AP) – A federal judge on Thursday halted — at least for now — attempts to implement President Donald Trump’s executive order limiting mail voting.
The move stalled the directive for a second time only about a week before the first mail ballots are due to be sent out for the rapidly approaching midterm elections. U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani blocked the government from implementing the order for two weeks.
The case could soon be appealed back to the Supreme Court, days after the justices handed down a procedural decision that allowed the administration to move ahead.
The ruling Thursday came after Democrats and voting rights groups refiled their lawsuits to comply with the recent Supreme Court decision. The high court’s conservative majority did not rule on the legality of Trump’s executive order, instead saying Talwani had acted too soon.
Now the administration has issued a formal rule governing whether the U.S. Postal Service will deliver states’ mail ballots, effectively restarting the legal fight.
The whipsawing legal battle has major ramifications for the midterms. Nearly one-third of Americans vote by mail and election officials contend there isn’t enough time to revise their systems to comply with the new Postal Service directives.
The Postal Service says it won’t deliver mail ballots unless states provide a list of voters who should receive them and format the envelopes in a certain way. (read more)

Why not simply delay the election until such time as reasonable rules are put into place? We don’t need to mail the ballots out. Simply use the time (it’s two months for Heaven’s sake) and go by your local Board of Elections, produce your photo ID, Social Security card and proof of citizenship and vote there on a paper ballot. The only people who would then need ballots sent to them would be the military and the DoW could route those ballots to the members of the military and return them to the local BoEs for counting in a timely fashion.

They being influenced by money (currently), personal wealth (where did it come from), financed illegally upon getting fed bench, etc…?

It’s not just illegals on the voting rolls. It’s huge numbers of duplicate voter records (where one or more of the original field values has been modified) such that some registered voters actually end up with half a dozen duplicate registrations that can then be used to cast a bogus ballot. These cheating criminal scumbags use a variety of vectors to steal the elections, but duplicate voting records are as much so a vector as illegals are.
POTUS47 must use executive and CIC powers to crush these recalcitrant cheating states, and the judges as well if necessary, or the republic will be lost.
Also huge numbers of undeliverable ballots which end up who knows where (dead people, invalid addresses, etc.) … the whole idea, as I see it, is to get as many mail-in ballots out there as possible then use things like ballot harvesting, adjudication and “curing” to create the votes needed from the excess. Note how many states have codified these practices into law. For example, being able to harvest/deliver large numbers of ballots for non-relatives.
AFAIK, there is no accounting at all for the huge excess that now occurs with every election. What the EO does is have the USPS close the big gaps there. That’s why they’re panicking.
Where I think they can’t win is they want to rely on a federal agency under executive control (USPS) but also then declare the rules that agency is allowed to follow. I don’t see how they can win that but the big issue (as always) is the flood of Lawfare to try and run the clock out.

Democrats need massive numbers of untraceable ballots, automatic voter registrations with no ID or proof of citizenship and unverifiable voter rolls to steal elections. Together with blocking USPS ballot security and backdoor hackable election machinery, they all contribute to the CHEAT MACHINE. Everything they do is for that sole purpose.
Fine, don’t comply. When I worked for the USPS they’d confiscate mailings that were sent out illegally.
