The issue is at the core of leftist manipulation of elections as the blue states refuse to comply with DHS and Social Security cross-checks for voter eligibility prior to sending out mail-in ballots. The blue states do not want their voter rolls cross-checked to verify citizenship status and voter eligibility. We can only guess the number of illegal aliens on the voter rolls.
(VIA AP) – A federal judge on Thursday halted — at least for now — attempts to implement President Donald Trump’s executive order limiting mail voting.
The move stalled the directive for a second time only about a week before the first mail ballots are due to be sent out for the rapidly approaching midterm elections. U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani blocked the government from implementing the order for two weeks.
The case could soon be appealed back to the Supreme Court, days after the justices handed down a procedural decision that allowed the administration to move ahead.
The ruling Thursday came after Democrats and voting rights groups refiled their lawsuits to comply with the recent Supreme Court decision. The high court’s conservative majority did not rule on the legality of Trump’s executive order, instead saying Talwani had acted too soon.
Now the administration has issued a formal rule governing whether the U.S. Postal Service will deliver states’ mail ballots, effectively restarting the legal fight.
The whipsawing legal battle has major ramifications for the midterms. Nearly one-third of Americans vote by mail and election officials contend there isn’t enough time to revise their systems to comply with the new Postal Service directives.
The Postal Service says it won’t deliver mail ballots unless states provide a list of voters who should receive them and format the envelopes in a certain way. (read more)

They have to have their governmental immunity removed, or at the very least, minimized.
Sovereign immunity is supposed to cover you for actions taken within the scope of your employment; intentionally defying the Supreme Court, repeatedly, should not qualify. Over the years the immunity offered has been expanded and abused.

Let’s be entirely clear about this:
There is NOTHING in the new USPS rule that in any way impacts the way most of the States conducted their elections the way they did prior to the “temporary emergency measures” of 2020.
It has no impact on the way States can set up polling stations, recruit and train polling station workers/volunteers. It has no impact on how States cast in-person ballots. They can use whatever methods they want – paper, machines, dropping colored pebbles in a jar like ancient Athens, Iowa’s open caucus, etc.
It has no impact on how States do their counting and tabulating.
The only impact of the new USPS rule is if States decide to outsource the distribution and collection of ballots to a federal agency, the US Postal Service.
States can continue to do everything within their States, the way they had always done for the nation’s entire history.
States could even potentially set up methods for elections officials to hand-deliver ballots to people. They could send out canvassers. They can do their own drop-boxes. All without violating this USPS rule, because they would not need to use the USPS.
The rule only impacts the States if they outsource inherently State functions to the USPS. The federal government, not the States, run the postal service and set the rules of how the USPS can be used. If States don’t like those rules then don’t use the US Mail for elections.
Yes the EO and the USPS rules still leave the States plenty of room for shenanigans. That’s why the SAVE America Act is so necessary.
All the hysteria about how these rules might “disadvantage” people or “interfere” are just hype and lies. It does nothing of the kind. Again, the ways most States have always conducted elections are totally unaffected by this rule and EO.

Justices Alito and Thomas NO DOUBT wanted to rule President Trump’s order LEGAL but the remaining 4 Bought and Paid For Justices would only agree to set aside the Injunction and NOT RULE on Legality. Justices Alito and Thomas were forced to accept a half measure … if any kind f favorable ruling would come at all.
The 4 (Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavenaugh, Barret) Compromised-Corrupt Justices did their job and allowed the “legal process” to continue at the District Level … and give the “conservative” media and Conservative voters the illusion of tasty bone.
the House has the power to demand her resignation and defund her district judgeship….. when we’ve reached a level where an insignificant district judge exercises judicial overreach by defying SCOTUS, then we no longer have a Republic.

Reread Sundance’s article … this District Judge did NOT defy the Supreme Court. By not ruing on the legality of President Trump’s order, the Supreme Court left the door wide open for another lawsuit citing a “new and different complaint” against that same Executive Order.
The Supreme Court also has the decisive power, by rendering ALL her rulings MOOT, by ruling President Trump’s order LEGAL.
The REPUBLICAN Congress also has the power to codify President Trump’s Orders.
Both the Legislative and Judicial Branches are collaborating via half-measure rulings and inaction in support of the Activist Lawfare Judges.

U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani should be permanently removed from the bench ASAP, by whatever means necessary. When did the USA start accepting dual citizenship? When I was a student in school this was not so. There should be NO dual citizenship in the USA. Especially, there should be no dual citizens on voting ballots. If you are not 100% USA citizen you should have zero say in our government. How DARE a U. S. District Court Judge defy the Supreme Court?
The only solution in that every voter roll across this country is corrupted and littered with both obvious and concealed illegal voters, is to literally start over and archive all the current rolls into inactive status. Then EVERYONE has to reapply to register using real documents showing legal citizen ship from birth certificates and even , for sketchy people, family photos showing you grew up in America ( grade school class photos,sports team photos, etc and not just a utility bill) . Perhaps also the ability to point out your home on an unmarked satellite photo of your city (with the safeguard that if too many “citizens” choose the same house, it is suspect). And have the Feds say that they are not going to certify any electoral votes if these new rolls are not implemented .

Congress could rein them in as well, but so far I haven’t seen or heard anything from Speaker Johnson wanting to do anything about it. (Thune of course would work against such an effort.)
But the moment President Trump finally says to some rogue leftist “judge”like Talwani to get screwed, all the above will immediately go crazy and try to rein in him instead. There has to be serious reform of the authority and scope of the lower federal courts.
USPS employees themselves have come out and said they were ordered by bosses to backdate mail in ballots yet the USPS leadership did absolutely nothing.
USPS drivers admitted they were ordered to drop trailers full of pre printed ballots and the trailers disappeared.

An amendment to the Constitution is needed to restrict a district judge’s powers of review to the district to which he/she was appointed!

President Trump must protect Article II Powers and Authority
of the United States Constitution.
States that don’t comply with Federal Election orders should be disqualified having their votes included in Federal Elections.
