Watching carefully what Volodymyr Zelenskyy says, with an overlay of his contacts and travel itinerary, it appears the next phase in Ukraine weapon production will be to build missile and long-range drones outside Ukraine. That is to say outside the reach of proactive Russian attack.
Zelenskyy travelled to Portsmouth, U.K., today for a meeting with newly installed Prime Minister Andy Burnham. Instead of meeting in London, the two met at a military base in Portsmouth, where 200 Ukrainian soldiers are currently completing maritime exercises.
In an interview with Sky News just before departing for the meeting, Zelenskyy noted the intention to use U.K. factories.
In mentioning a joint U.K-Ukraine “drone deal,” Zelenskyy noted [15:32 video] “I want to build a big factory in Britain, while offering new technologies and sharing with our partners.“
¹I don’t think Zelenskyy was supposed to say that out loud.
Zelenskyy noted the challenges for the U.K effort to support him essentially boils down to “money, intelligence and technology.”
With the EU providing Zelenskyy with funds from the seized Russian sovereign fund; essentially loans with no payback provisions as forfeiture of the fund is intended to be wrapped into any peace negotiation with Russia; Zelenskyy is positioning Ukraine to spend the EU (Russian) funds in the U.K to manufacture authorized Patriot Missiles, U.K Storm Shadow missiles and drones to expand the conflict with Russia.
One thing is abundantly clear from the action over the past few weeks, Ukraine and EU/NATO are fully intending to expand the conflict with Russia and, if possible, pull the Iran conflict into the European dynamic. That’s why Ukraine attacked the Iranian vessels recently.
LISTEN/watch CAREFULLY

LONDON — Andy Burnham pledged a “close partnership” between the U.K. and Ukraine Monday after Volodymyr Zelenskyy became the first world leader to meet Britain’s new prime minister.
In a show of support, the pair toured a military base in Portsmouth, where 200 Ukrainian soldiers are currently completing maritime exercises.
Burnham said his meeting with the Ukrainian leader was “warm” and that he intends to visit the country soon. “We will build this and we will work through the different issues that President Zelenskyy has, many of which we’ve gone into today,” Burnham said.
The meeting came as Britain announced it would share intellectual property to help Kyiv’s war effort.
The new prime minister announced that the U.K. will share its “Stone Cloak” electronic warfare system — devices attached to drones to help them evade detection — helping Ukraine to produce the technology on a mass scale. (read more)

Real estate prices are going down in Portsmouth even as you read this. Home insurance stipulations relative to acts of war are rapidly being inserted into mortgages and rental agreements.
you’re welcome,
Pogo
Insurance has never covered acts of war. Most acts of God are not covered either unless you pay for a supplement.
Would that supplement be B12?
Well isn’t this comforting? Not!! 💁🏻♀️
Zelensky is getting pretty big for his boots.
His slippers, you mean….
👠 👠
I see what you did there. 😉
This little feller is really intent on setting the world on fire ….
Yep, backed by the Central bankers!
So much for the Marshall plan…
The march to WWIII keeps on. Russia will eventually be forced to strike the factories building weapons for Ukraine in the west. The west is run by psychopaths !
I really wish the President had been able to extract us completely from the whole Ukraine situation by now. I honestly don’t know how much of this failure was beyond his control and how much was not.
It feels like we are in a game of chicken.
Sounds like Ukraine is pushing for WWIII (the EU is in goose-step with supplying funds to keep the war going – they don’t want peace! So much money laundering through this little dictator!
I’ve become soooo cynical that I actually had the thought that the EU might just take those Russian funds, pretend to build drones and bombs in an empty warehouse in Portsmouth. blow up the warehouse, blame it on the Russians and laugh all the way to the bank.
I wish I didn’t think that what you’re saying was plausible.
But yes it is.
When I was a teen, It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World was one of the highest-grossing films of the year, but what could be mad mad madder than Canada buying a fleet of new submarines from Germany that it can’t pay for and will never be delivered and now this!!! Zelen-skyy’s pie-in-the-sky dream of building enough drones and missiles in Merry Old England to be used against Russia! And what better provocation than that to ensure Putin will retaliate by raining fire and brimstone down on London?
Yep, it’s a mad mad world where British and Canadian leaders who are terrified at the sight of a Turkish handgun are slathering on war paint and itching to niggle a nuclear power like Russia!
Go figure!
I remember back in the 1980s when the Japanese, who had made so much money selling to the West, started buying up property and businesses and building new expansions in the US and Europe.
Then the Arab sheiks, who had made so much money from OPEC oil profits, started buying up property and businesses and all over the US and Europe.
Then came the Chinese, who had made SOOO much money by stealing from and selling to the West, came in and started buying up everything they could buy.
Now Zelensky is following that same pattern. He made giga-bucks from the West. He returns the favor by buying up luxury properties and talks about expanding his drone factory network into the UK.
Britain has always believed that the Earth belongs to it; and the biggest chunk is Russia.
We need to distance ourselves from NATO, ASAP.
