When Europe goes to war with Russia, they will not require the military to fill out customs declarations as they cross borders within the EU.
Tanks, missiles, artillery and most combat weapons could be exempt from EU customs declarations if the plan by Brussels moves forward.
Additionally, under the proposal most drivers of military equipment may even be permitted to exceed the limits on driving times and rest periods, should the fight against Russia require extended physical effort.
The newly proposed objective is to empower European soldiers to make independent decisions without having to fill out the customary paperwork, requiring prior approval from the European Commission before affixing their bayonets. The EU wants to work out the details before they begin military operations against the Russian Federation.

I would not be too concerned about the capabilities of Europe to confront Russian troops. It appears there are now multiple discussions within the EU proposing to stop tracking carbon footprints for soldiers during those times of the day when maximum energy expenditure would be needed.
The French and German military leadership are against lifting the climate rules; however, the pressure from the U.S. within NATO appears to be shifting the overall sentiment.

France had decided a couple years ago to deploy its’ 7th Armored Division to Romania, 7,500 men with their armor.
They still haven’t completed this. Fact is none of these core NATO countries have functioning militaries.
What military they have, and for that matter our army, is completely unprepared for, lacks the relevant training and command structure to have any chance in what modern war has evolved to in the last 3 years.
Logistics is key and all land and sea routes to and through Europe will be interdicted. The Oreshniks are in serial production, and we have zero capability of intercepting these missiles.
The Patriot system has currently dropped to a 6% intercept average for the older missiles. At a production rate of 650 a year, it reduces the system into irrelevancy.

Your observation is spot on. The Russians have a constant monthly flow of volunteers. They are trained for months and then integrated into battle experienced units.
These units are regularly rotated into and out of the line of contact. Their casualties are minimal and they have first rate medical care to deal with wounded. They also have 20 million reservists if needed in case NATO sends in official European units.
The Ukranians are literally press ganging recruits off the streets and sent to the front to die. The units are not rotated. The experienced NCOs and officers are killed off. The desertion rate is astronomical.
The tactics and weapon systems have evolved. 3 man teams infiltrate Ukrainian occupied territory, locate positions and call in indirect fire. Along with the omnipresent drones. Most Ukrainians never see a Russian before being eliminated.
The 3 man teams are reinforced by 6 man teams and dig in. The basement to basement clearing begins.
As the land freezes and the Ukranian logistics are destroyed along with depleted units under 50%, more rapid advances are certain.

How does one find the jobs that are available and how does one get the training to work the jobs? Things should already be in place to train workers at least to the degree they can be trained. The EU is going to war against Russia?? I must have missed the memo. Are they insane? Russia will squash them like a bug. They must have a very inflated idea of their military might.
I have a feeling that all these changes have little or nothing to do with Russia, and everything to do with how “they” — those who believe we are useless eaters — can ensure they’ll be able to round us all up when the signal is given.
’cause getting ready for a war with Russia by planning on having changes in place by 2030 sure doesn’t sound like strategic military planning. What are they calling it? The Five Year Plan on beating Russia? Making sure Russia knows everything they’re doing ahead of time?
Sounds to me like the ‘new world order’ folks are gearing up for when their main detractor, President Donald Trump, leaves office and their ‘chosen one,’ no matter who that may be, is in place.
Russia is the shiny thing on the world stage. . .
These are the allies the USA has tied itself to. Good grief.

has once again asked the member states for additional funds to finance Ukraine and the war.
What exactly does this mean?
The President of the Commission is asking for nothing less than an additional €135 billion over 2 years. This is 65% of Hungary’s annual economic output, 7 years of pensions from all Hungarian pensioners, and nearly 3/4 of the EU’s annual budget.
An astronomical sum that does not exist today. It simply does not exist.
The Brusselian “magic trick” would once again be a joint European loan, a move that would ensure even our grandchildren would be burdened with repaying the costs of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
They’re asking us, Hungarians, to contribute to this. A country that’s fined €1 million/day because we do not let migrants in. A country that’s financially punished because it has its own position on the war and on gender ideology.
This is more than impossible. This is categorically absurd. Hungary’s response will come without delay.
