A few years ago, the adult son of the sitting MA Governor was arrested and removed from an airplane for, ahem, ‘allegedly’ groping a fellow passenger (more than once suggesting it wasn’t an accident). There were eyewitnesses, including a flight attendant. Howie Carr (Boston radio personality) would routinely follow-up and was given the ‘ongoing investigation’ dodge up until the case was broomed. Then, the Investigators wouldn’t comment since the case was no longer being pursued.

The Oversight committee does an extensive investigation, declares the autopen pardons as null & void and then refers the case to the DOJ. This in itself is great for campaign commercials and gives the base the sense that something has been done.
The DOJ then does an extensive investigation part 2 which effectively insures that time is wasted and nothing gets done.
Here is a question that should be answered. Why on God’s Green Earth was HUNTER BIDEN involved in deciding who got preemptive pardons? Was he paid to influence the decisions made by people who were legally exposed? What was his role in the functioning of the White House? Was he the de facto Chief of Staff? There is a physical, forensic difference between a genuine inked signature and a forgery regardless of what it is called. And since so many of these documents with forged signature are directed at a specific legal condition with no supporting documentation attesting to the President’s intent, bring them before a Federal Court for a decree of nullification.
Add irony to this with The Office of The President filing the actions to nullify fraudulent authorizations.

Pardon or no pardon I don’t see indictments coming. They should have tested the validity of the pardons long ago. It was no secret what happened. During his four-year installation, Biden took more days off than any other “president” in our country’s history. The auto-penned documents do have dates on them. It should be easy to find out why he didn’t sign them in person because of where he was that day. Was he on legitimate business abroad? Or was he at the beach, or sleeping, or sleeping at the beach? There is a daily record of all a president’s actions and plans for each day. Even if he was on a long flight in Air Force One, there would be plenty of time to sign many documents if needed. My take on this whole mess is this was a pre-meditated plan by his handlers, the scope of which was intended to be large. Biden himself was most likely unaware of the plan, which allowed him plausible deniability as cover. I’m confident enough to believe his groping hands and fingers were fully capable of signing his name hundreds of times if necessary.

Very clearly, “the 25th Amendment didn’t work.” Biden was obviously incapable of acting as President, with very visible mental incapacity visible even at his inauguration. But, even as it became more and more obvious – as documented in that 100-page report – nothing was actually done to remove him. And, apparently, the “25th” contains nothing to make it compulsory.
They wouldn’t have done it if they didn’t know for a fact that they’d get away with it. I hate to take a dump in everyone’s Easter Basket (Halloween Bucket this time of year) but based on Republican’s overall track record for the last couple of decades nothing is going to happen to these people, n-o-t-h-i-n-g. Sure maybe a few low-level NPCs will get thrown under the bus but no big player is going to be touched. The Uniparty Repubes will ensure it.
