The House Oversight and Reform Committee has released a 100-page report [pdf HERE] highlighting how people around Joe Biden hid information about his cognitive incapacity and worked around the issue using his autopen signature to authorize presidential actions.

WASHINGTON—Today, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released a staff report titled “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House.” The report exposes how President Joe Biden’s top advisors, political operatives, and personal physician concealed the President’s mental and physical decline from the American people. The findings reveal that as President Biden’s condition deteriorated, his aides exercised presidential authority and facilitated executive actions without his direct authorization, including misusing the autopen and failing to properly document decision-making processes.
Following the findings of its investigation, the Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) sent a letter to the U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi requesting the U.S. Department of Justice conduct a comprehensive review of all executive actions taken during the Biden presidency and scrutinize key Biden aides—Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Annie Tomasini, and Anthony Bernal—who pleaded the Fifth Amendment during the investigation. Chairman Comer also sent a letter to the District of Columbia Board of Medicine seeking its review of actions taken by Dr. O’Connor to determine any potential wrongdoing in his medical care of the former president. While every president since Ford has issued pardons or commutations in his last days in office, Biden granted 96% of his acts of clemency in his final fiscal year – the period between Oct. 1, 2024, and his departure from the White House on Jan. 20. On Jan. 17 alone, he granted 2,490 commutations, more in a single day than any prior chief executive had granted over their entire presidency.
This seems impossible, I would say there is no way he could have known who was getting pardoned or commutations, I think Hunter pardon was making a fortune.

biden would have had to sign 50 pardons every min for 8 hours to have signed 2,490 pardons.
only a robot like an autopen could have done that in 8 hours.

imposdible for biden to have stayed awake that long to sign and of course each signature would be a little different unlike an autopen where they would be the same.

It would have been simple enough to put the titles of all the documents which needed to be signed that week using the autopen onto a spreadsheet carrying that week’s date and then have Biden initial each title. Or even just sign and date the whole spreadsheet once indicating his review and approval for that week’s list of documents.
The signed weekly document approval spreadsheet could then have gone into the White House log for that particular week.
Doing it this way would have supplied all the evidence needed to claim that Biden had reviewed the documents and had approved them — even if he had just signed the sheet without ever looking at the documents themselves. Who would be able to prove convincingly that he hadn’t reviewed every one?
OK, why didn’t Biden’s handlers take this simple step to shield themselves and Joe Biden from future criticism and from possible violations of law? Probably because they believed he and they would never be called to account for using the autopen without prior authorization.
They didn’t think Trump would win.
Fraudsters are constantly one step ahead of those preventing Fraud . Democrats are always one step ahead of the legal systems and theirs actions create new crimes that previous laws just don’t seem to fit. Therefore prosecution is not easy and it’s hard to determine which statute fits this crime. I’m thinking defrauding the US govt , but it really doesn’t fit it completely. They are only smart in creating new scenarios to screw over America.

Many signs imply the latter. Including the way the shots were pushed on only the US axis, and the sum of his presidency – clearly a puppet presidency because he was patently 100% incompetent, plus the fact that everything he did was damaging to the US.
