Amid all the banter, opinion, negotiations and high-brow conversations about what should happen to end the Ukraine-Russia conflict, one element remains undiscussed: What do the Ukrainian People want?
Current ‘President’ Volodymyr Zelenskyy, installed as an outcome of western influence operations, extended his term in office by cancelling Ukraine elections. His elected term ended 18 months ago, and he has not left office. The various EU/NATO stakeholders did not want the authentic voice of the Ukrainian people to impede on the proxy war against Russia, and so they supported the election cancellation.
Now, the element never discussed by WEF/NATO or EU officials is what the citizens of Ukraine want. From the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin, this non-democratic ‘democracy’ paints Zelenskyy as illegitimate – one of the baselines that affirms the position not to negotiate with him.
Within Ukraine,there are very visible signs the citizens no longer support Zelenskyy; however, that would be an inconvenient factor to introduce to the conflict equation, so it is simply avoided in the discussion. Western media avoid it.
As an outcome, a lot of people watching things unfold do not understand the context that Zelenskyy is in a weak position domestically with sentiment within Ukraine turning sharply against ongoing war. The MSM won’t report on it, and the neocon “influencers” won’t either. The focus is on Russia bad.
From both past and present comments by President Trump, the intransigence of Zelenskyy, in combination with his strict authoritarian, some would say ‘Nazi’-like sentiments, positions the Ukranian leader as somewhat of a difficult person to deal with. However, in the most visible sense, Zelenskyy is an amalgamation of interests that float in the background.
Beyond the civil war that existed in Ukraine long before Vladimir Putin stepped in, the USAID operation in Ukraine installed Zelenskyy. The Intelligence Community apparatus, as deployed by the U.S. State Dept., was the tool to manipulate popular public opinion.
This is the tenuous ground upon which Zelenskyy stands. Propped up originally by leftist American government intents, he was then increasingly supported by European leaders once President Trump took efforts to withdraw the U.S. proxy status.
With President Trump openly wanting to withdraw U.S. support, the beneficiaries of the funding -specifically the U.S. Congress, Senate Foreign Relations and Intelligence Committees- went bananas. These are the same entities who originally supported the USAID/CIA operations within Ukraine.
NATO, the EU, The United Kingdom, the global intelligence apparatus, the leaders of U.K, France, Germany et al. – all use the narrative that Russia must be feared in order to justify their position for more war and hostility.
In the background, the financial companies/banks who fund political leadership also do not want resolution without security guarantees for their lucrative financial investments. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Finnish President Alexander Stubb are set to join Monday’s conference, to ensure those financial stakes are maintained.
Yet the question needs to be asked again…
Who is representing what the Ukrainian people want?
Such a pesky question.
The people in our countries don’t matter. It’s the bureaucracy that never feels the pain, whether bleeding us dry or sending us off to bleed in war. Ukrainian people want there bloodshed to end as much as we the taxpayers want our leaders to stop funding these disgusting wars. Congress, the military industrial complex and every other arm of bureaucracy needs to be severed from funding foreign bureaucrats and there wars! Our President can facilitate peace but the money train needs to end and that falls on the crooked bureaucracy, we all hate!

Kudos to you for pointing out ‘leftist money laundering operations’ which occur throughout the West. The entire social democracy movement in the West and in some of the rest of the world has been subverted and coopted. They used to be (a long time ago) about defending their working classes against oligarchy. Now they are tools of it.
The leftists are not independent actors. (Remember how quickly ANTIFA activity in the US dried up when their masters decided to pull the plug?) The money is a reward for service. The questions to ask are “what service?” and “for whom?”. It is clear that the vast majority of Western institutional leftists are completely on board with the Great Replacement. That is the service leftists provide. Who controls the manufacture of fiat currency and its injection into the financial system, the fuel for the money laundering that is actually a system of bribery?
Also, it isn’t just the ‘left’. Institutional conservatives have been just as guilty. Republicans in America, Conservatives/Tories in the UK, Christian Democratic Union (CDU) in Germany(center right electorate but led by internationalists, communist and corporatist) are just the most well known examples.

I have a friend who I met when she came to the U.S. from Ukraine on a temporary work visa in 2002. She spoke Russian, but hated Russians and Russia.

They never ask for our thoughts, as they spend our money.
They know our thoughts precisely. The smart phones hear our conversations and convert speech into text. The same occurs with our smart televisions and microphone pickup our conversation or what news we immediately tune out in our cars. Plus, they record our texting.
Then, they get their bots to parse all of these textual captures and summarize our opinions based on all categories, race, region, education, etc. I would also use height and weight as factors to determine correlation. For example, are obese people lazy, do they tend to be helpless and it is reflected in what they expect from the government? Are short people a reflection of a poor background and this reflected in a poor diet? How does this translate in terms of voting and policy attractiveness.
Then, in all these scif’s scattered throughout the lands and especially concentrated in DC, they respond to our aggregate thoughts and moods by, say, a well crafted narrative, make a legislative move because the Overton window moved to spot to allow something to happen, or manufacture fake civic groups to ensnare and control people because they detected a growing mindset, a yearning.
Really, the possibilities are endless.
Bottom line: They need to know our thoughts, wants, and desires to head off electoral challenges and, in general, to manipulate us like we are playthings. That is how we are viewed. 4A be damned.

I actually read through parts of the Ukraine constitution when researching Zelensky’s claim that he cannot agree to cede territory because it is unconstitutional (that claim is true, as is the claim that Ukraine can’t hold elections under martial law). The parts I read made it clear to me that it was written to make Ukraine the flashpoint of a war between the West and Russia.
Zelensky isn’t just fighting for Ukraine, he’s fighting for his job (and maybe his life). As soon as elections are held, he’s out and he knows it. The Coalition of the Willing to Start WWIII know it as well.
The fighting* will stop when there is more money to be made in “reconstruction” than pouring weapons, etc into Ukraine.
(I chose “fighting” and not “war” because wars never end these days, they just pause until another opportunity arises for the profiteers to rekindle them.)
I have helped local law enforcement and banking institutions put on fraud and scams workshops. At the close of one, each law enforcement panelist was sharing final thoughts for the audience to take home with them. The fraud investigator for the local police recalled one time when he asked a victim, “At what point did you finally realize it was a scam?”

Good gravy, all Russia has liberated is the southeastern edge, 85% of the country is still intact.
I do see that the Russian forces have crept along the northern border as well, and are about to surround Kiev; if so, the criminal government falls – I say give the remaining Azov Galicia, their homeland on the Polish border, in order to tie up NATO (let Poland claim that tar baby).
p.s. Crimea voted to rejoin Russia 12 years ago, which means Crimea has been independent of Ukraine for one third of Ukraine’s existence as a country.

The security guarantees need to come from Europe and not from the US. Let Europe spend their own money, help with their own Intel, put their own military on the ground, and build their own weapons to give to Ukraine. The US being a member of NATO means we have to help but doesn’t mean we have to help in any particular way, meaning militarily or with money. We can decide to help by giving Ukrainian civilians food and medicine instead. It’s time to end this and if it doesn’t end then only those who refuse to end it, including the whole of Europe who supports it should be bearing the entire cost of it.
Europe wants no guarantees. They looked upon this country as a disposable tool. Still do. People to fight their wars for them. Expendable.
They will not do that. The U.S. HAS to be the boots on the ground otherwise this doesn’t work. And everyone from Lindsey to Z-man to the entire EU cabal know it. President Trump also knows it but this is where making a deal might get in the way of making a true geo-political decision. The deal can only be made with American involvement. The best geo-political decision is to walk away. I know congress has a lot to say about it but there has to be a way for President Trump to effectively walk away without triggering any laws or treaties he can’t get us out of yet.
I’m betting Trump moves one of the big air bases out of Germany to Ukraine.
We need to drop our participation in the NATO treaty, like the very hot rock that it is. Give NATO to the Europeans (European Union) that benefit from it. Cut the US Funding to Zero and stay out of a war that isn’t ours to fight and die for. This is no longer 1941-1945. We are 80 years past that.
The Communist Threat has moved to China and North Korea. And despite their stupidity of having their Navy and Coast Guard trying to ram American War Ships, we need to mostly ignore them. We do need to stop them from invading Taiwan and purchasing land in America, but that’s a discussion for later.
The threat to Europe (including Ukraine) is larger than one country taking over another one: The real European Threat is the Socio-Ideological Threat of Islam. It is similar to the US threat from the Soros family and its pushing “Open Borders,” through Biden’s cessation of Border Security, with his “Y’all Come” Citizen Replacement Policy.
Europe’s threat isn’t our threat either. IF our European allies, primarily the UK, France, Germany want our help, they first need to demonstrate they are seriously attempting to solve their problems on their own and only then should they ask for assistance, but not for advisors, weapons or troops.

Excellent question! But what I want to know first is did the Ukrainians wholeheartedly support the Azov Brigade murdering ethnic Russians in Eastern Ukraine? If so has that support changed? If not do the Ukrainians understand the role US IC played in those atrocities to get Putin to invade and start a proxy war? Remember Samantha Power and Victoria Nuland wanted to breakup Russia into 40 separate countries controlled by our IC via color revolutions! Fortunately President Trump’s election ended their efforts! I’m sure President Trump is acutely aware that Volodymyr Zelenskyy does not work for him. He takes the money the US sends to Ukraine and does what he pleases or is told by the Cabal. And he has no electoral mandate from the Ukrainian people to govern, governing by fiat. How to turn this around?
Since the European leaders are on hand today, perhaps it would be possible to convince some of them to go along with the appointment of a temporary Governor-General, someone loyal to President Trump, to receive the funds for Ukraine and dispose of them in the interest of peace and winding down the war, to represent the US in Ukraine, and to organize elections for a future administration. Such persons have been appointed by heads of state in many instances over the years, and the role is well-defined. Doing this could improve the President’s position, enabling him to better broker a peace settlement.
Trump can simply stick to the globalists’ own rhetoric with democracy bull crap. They had a vote and the breakaway areas voted for Russia. They get independence. New elections must be held for Ukraine as Zelensky is serving past his term. No US support beyond that.

My son’s wife of 20+ years was born in Kiev and grew up behind the iron curtain at a time when it was part of the former Soviet Union. She and her family lived through the Chernobyl incident; her father is a highly educated scientist and managed to get the children shipped further away (within the USSR) in its immediate aftermath. He managed, somehow, to get his wife and children out of the USSR and into Germany shortly before the iron curtain fell (long story).
To say that was a culture shock is an understatement. The first time he took his wife, who was accustomed to standing in line for hours for a pound of butter etc, for a walk past a German grocery store, she said something to the effect of “sure it looks great in the window, but there’s nothing inside.” He took her into the store and she was silent. Then when they got back to their apartment she locked herself in her room and had a nervous breakdown (she recovered and is fine today lol).
They have a lot of extended family living through this war and still own an apartment in inner city Kiev. The wife has traveled back and forth many times in recent years for various family-related reasons (travel to the Ukraine is banned so she flies into Poland and travels by rail). I can tell you that the Soviets tried, to the extent possible, to exterminate the Ukrainian identity. Ukrainians have their own language and were forced to learn and speak only Russian in school. Attending the Ukrainian Orthodox Church was monitored and severely punished. Also, my daughter in law’s father is unsure of some of his ancestry due to the mass murder that the Soviets committed during the Holodomor.
Ukrainians are accustomed to being ruled by a 100% corrupt oligarchy which predates the current conflict. The gap between incredible wealth and abject poverty is huge, with most of the people on the poverty side. My daughter in law’s late uncle was part of that oligarchy, which had a lot in common with the gangs in Mexico etc. IMHO part of the reason that the deep state took over there was because of this culture. In addition, a large part of the Ukraine has a lingering sympathy for that Adolf guy from Germany and his world view, which is on the same wavelength (think the Azov battalion).
In light of all of this as I’m sure most of you can imagine, to say that the Ukrainians resent and distrust the Russians would be an understatement. We still have a lot of people in our southern states that bear a lingering resentment towards the rest of the country from the events of our civil war, which was vastly different on so many levels from what has occurred between Russia and the Ukraine.
My final comment is that Genesis 12:3 tells us “3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” The history of Ukraine (and Russia) is not particularly praiseworthy in regards to Abraham’s physical descendants. An example of the opposite of this history would be Poland (long history which I won’t go into here).
I will close with this quote from Abraham Lincoln’s second inaugural address. It may be that some of this applies, on a spiritual level:

Thanks for this great post. These ancient animosities exist around the world, and for some reason our State Department/DS continues to think they have a solution. If only these people would listen to us, it would be different this time! Utter hubris. Or its just cover for the grift.
And this is why George Washington’s warning to avoid foreign conflicts resonates today and will resonate a millennium from now. These are not our wars. Why do we continue to poke our nose into them from Vietnam, to the ME, to Eastern Europe and tribal Africa?
The Ukrainian people were starved to death in the early 1930’s by Stalin’s program to get the farmers in line with communism. Accordingly, millions died in an area that is a real breadbasket for growing wheat and so forth.
So, the antipathy that Ukraine and Russia have for each other, Ukraine supported Germany over Russia in WWII, (hence Nazi ideology) oddly was probably the considered after thought by Ukraine, of Stalin’s deadly purge program just a few years earlier.
My mom is from Prussia, Germany just a few hops and a skip from Ukraine. Those territories are beloved by the people that live there, but blood soaked by war and dispute for centuries. She fled her home along with millions of Germans ahead of the Russian army at the end of that war. The terrible Soviet Union took it all, as you know until the iron curtain fell.
So, Ukraine fights quite valiantly. But too many have died. It is a wonder any people are left after all the killing over the years.
Zelenskyy is unworthy to lead these people.
One thing she says, “The Russians do not care how many people die.” I think that is true and in direct opposition to Trump’s horror of the slaughter.
I am all for giving Russia a chance to join the western fold, but there is definitely a harsh history in Europe to overcome. It is as bad as the mideast on some respects.

Does anyone think that “self-determination” matters to these monsters? Europe and NATO championed the rights to self-determination when it came to the dissolution of the former Yugoslavia, a sovereign state since 1918 and a charter member of the U.N. From the 1980’s onward, NATO violated not only it’s own charter but also more than a century of international laws, treaties and conventions to ensure the dissolution was as violent as possible. Early peace agreements negotiated between the involved parties were deliberately sabotaged by the West to ensure war. The media also dutifully played its role the entire time.
The same actors are at work today when it comes to self-determination for the peoples of Ukraine. For the war profiteers, self-determination is convenient except when it’s not.

One aspect that I’ve not seen mentioned very much on this site is that when President Clinton persuaded Ukraine to give up their nukes, he offered US protection–not sure of the details of that arrangement, but it was a commitment. We cannot do the Tucker Carlson thing and just walk away or say it doesn’t involve us.
President Trump is the only leader that has consistently mentioned the “P” word (Peace). Not tempted by the lucre of war and the military industrial complex, it shows how horrible the banking and the rest of the world leaders are. Perhaps we need to implement a global rule where any leader who votes for war must have their children shipped to the front lines to fight it. That would curtail most of these wars, yet for some the blood lust would still win the day.

Putin’s actions in invading Ukraine will, if he succeeds in capturing all of Ukraine, eliminate any so-called buffer zone. If Ukraine becomes part of Russia, then what, will Russia need to invade Poland to create a “buffer zone”? What is enough to make Putin feel safe? Russia is already the largest country by land mass in the world.
