It will not come as a surprise to CTH readers to hear the name Judge James Boasberg associated with efforts to protect the institutional interests of a corrupt DC deep state. Boasberg has a long, very long, and well documented history of protecting the DC apparatus {CTH Archives on Boasberg HERE}.
On Saturday, without giving the Trump administration any time to respond, Judge Boasberg issued an immediate temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking DHS, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE from deporting illegal aliens and narcotrafficking gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
Boasberg ordered the flights of criminal gang members to turn around and immediately bring the criminals back to the USA to enjoy a life of criminal conduct and terrorism in the USA. National security is secondary to the rights of criminal aliens to sell drugs, continue child/sexploitation, murder American citizens and rape their targets.
As I wrote in 2021, Judge James Boasberg has long been severely compromised; there simply is no other way to look at his interception of cases to protect the system, and the depth of his corruption is clearly visible in this set of rulings.

Judge James Boasberg, an ally of SSCI Chairman Mark Warner, has intercepted several cases that brought sunlight upon the corrupt DC system. When courts ignore precedent, overstep their authority, or make rulings that blatantly contradict the law, there need to be real consequences, and not just the empty threat of impeachment…

That said, the GOP has a majority and should open with a proposal along the lines of what I suggested. They can always fall back on amending 28 U.S.C. § 2284 by restricting nationwide injunctions to the Supreme Court or designated appellate panels and limiting injunctions to circuit jurisdiction, preventing district courts from issuing orders affecting parties outside their circuit.
That should be bipartisan, as Dems hate nationwide district court injunctions on Second Amendment cases and curtailing the ability of government agencies to harass us. So this is how you might get some bi-partisan (a word that makes me sick to my stomach) support.
Obviously, there is another option: ignoring these judges altogether. But that sets a precedent and exposes the President to performative repercussions, like impeachment, if Democrats retake the House (they probably will try to impeach him anyway—they never learn).

Who are you proposing makes all these new rules up and enforces them? DOJ? Congress? It could take years to do this kind of thing even if there were people willing to carry it out.
This is a tough situation for the Pres. He has to handle it with much thought and legal advice. I would guess the President’s legal team anticipated this kind of pushback long ago. Do they have plans to handle it? Hopefully but so far they have been going along with the rulings. He cannot depend on the SC to back him up in the majority even though they should have no question about the Constitutional rights of the Executive office.

It does seem the Trump team has a strategy, to get one of these cases to the SC and to then use the result as a covering law. There are 94 district courts, 12 federal courts of appeal and more than 600 judges involved in the nonsense. So far, the Trump people have been playing ‘fair.’ A case by case whack a mole approach, which is what is now happening, is a dead-end. I think the Trump plan is to get a case to the SC. The one that got through got turned down by Amy and John. So maybe betting on the SC to settle this matter once and for all is a bad bet.
It is long past time for Trump to start ignoring these lawfare judges. Biden and Obama never heeded any court rulings. Why should Trump? If any refusal on Trump’s part to obey one of these absurd rulings precipitates a Constitutional crisis, so be it. That is precisely what is called for.

The lower courts exist primarily to reduce the work load on the SC. In the modern era, what they are doing is increasing the high court’s work load with one frivolous ruling after another.

Fifty-three years ago, I swore an oath to GOD, that I would protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. To me and my Brothers and Sisters that I served with, the way forward is clear. GOD heard us and now HE expects us to stand by the Oath! I personally intend to. Our current govt is chock full of liars, cheats , thieves and immoral very bad people. Their ultimate fate is up to GOD. As is mine. Even though I sometimes didn’t deserve it, GOD has been very good to me and I now I believe HE has put the bad people in front of us to see who lives up to his Good Graces. I believe I was lucky enough to witness GOD’s hand protect PRESIDENT Donald J Trump in Pennsylvania and I believe HE put him ,and me, here on earth for just this time. And I will not fail my Lord and my Country, come what May! I have two Sons, two beautiful Daughter’s-in-law and eight (8) Grandsons. I will not live to see them in a tyranny! So, Help me God! I really hope someone like Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, or Stephen Miller read this website. The judge should immediately be arrested and charged with conspiracy on a number of accounts. He should be have s many charges against him that no bail should be allowed. Due to national security concerns, he should have little contact with the world and given legal counsel only through a appointed lawyer. And this should happen to any corrupt judges who conspire directly or indirectly with him.
