It will not come as a surprise to CTH readers to hear the name Judge James Boasberg associated with efforts to protect the institutional interests of a corrupt DC deep state. Boasberg has a long, very long, and well documented history of protecting the DC apparatus {CTH Archives on Boasberg HERE}.
On Saturday, without giving the Trump administration any time to respond, Judge Boasberg issued an immediate temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking DHS, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE from deporting illegal aliens and narcotrafficking gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
Boasberg ordered the flights of criminal gang members to turn around and immediately bring the criminals back to the USA to enjoy a life of criminal conduct and terrorism in the USA. National security is secondary to the rights of criminal aliens to sell drugs, continue child/sexploitation, murder American citizens and rape their targets.
As I wrote in 2021, Judge James Boasberg has long been severely compromised; there simply is no other way to look at his interception of cases to protect the system, and the depth of his corruption is clearly visible in this set of rulings.

Judge James Boasberg, an ally of SSCI Chairman Mark Warner, has intercepted several cases that brought sunlight upon the corrupt DC system. In each case Boasberg ruled in favor of maintaining the corruption, including his willfully blind support of the FBI searching NSA databases to conduct illegal surveillance of Americans.
This is the same Judge Boasberg who sat as presiding judge on the FISA court. The same Judge Boasberg who gave FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith a slap on the wrist for manufacturing evidence used in the Carter Page FISA application that defrauded the court. The same Judge Boasberg who appointed former DOJ-NSD head Mary McCord as amicus curiae advisor to the court, after she knowingly and fraudulently submitted the FISA application to the court.
This is the same Judge Boasberg gave J6 FBI agent provocateur Ray Epps a sentence of probation. This is the same judge who, on his vacation, went to sit in the DC courtroom to observe defendant President Trump who was forced to appear in DC court. This is the same Boasberg who established a horrible precedent in forcing Vice-President Mike Pence to testify before a DC grand jury about his conversations with President Trump (breaking executive privilege).
Boasberg sits at the epicenter of a thoroughly corrupt and compromised DC court system.

Chief Judge Roberts named Boasburg to the position of FISA Court administrative judge after the sitting judge had written a lengthy letter questioning the FISA warrant re Carter Page. Boasburg then got the warrant approved. I never understood why the other FISA judge stepped down -she didn’t retire from the FISA court, just from the administrative position.
Roberts is the administrative head of the FISA court.

I have though long and hard about this….there is really no way to stop these activist judges that I have been able to discern in all my readings, etc. I don’t even think DJT has the ability to defund or eliminate this level of judicial system (i.e. the Circuit courts)…I think the best that DJT can do, and he has been doing, is blow up the law firms that bring these cases (Perkins Coie and the most recent Paul Weiss). Stop them from starting in the first place…I just don’t see any other way. We won’t impeach either…..
If any of these judges have violated any laws, they could be prosecuted for that. Perhaps it would be worth having some investigations of them to check.

So, there are 2 x “magical randomizers” in play … depending on the desired odds for choosing a democrat judge and issue related to the case being heard.

This is not the first “move” … none have made past the “move” part. Let’s see if it gets to the action part.
Judges only have judicial immunity in cases they have jurisdiction over. This Judge does not have jurisdiction over Foriegn enemies captured by the US and held outside the US borders. Make a special appearance in court. Special appearance is defined as making appearance to avoid default judgment while withholding the right to challenge jurisdiction. No jurisdiction = no immunity. Judge can be held to account. The Law of Nations governs this and not US law.
First, I have not read all the comments on this thread and I read here most days but not every day, so if my proposed solution has already been suggested by another poster or by Sundance, no plagiarism is intended.
I suggest turning the tables on these judges, as follows: President Trump should tell the Attorney General of the United States to instruct DOJ attorneys to draft a legal justification to ignore District Judge orders. There is ample precedent for the DOJ to create legal opinions for the President. Then upon receipt of that opinion President Trump simply declares “The Department of Justice has provided me with a perfectly legal and Constitutional basis for ignoring this bozo judge’s “order”. Therefore, as President of a co-equal branch of Government, I will ignore this court order.”
How does this “turn the tables” on the Never Trumpers who bring these suits to Federal Courts? Well, now it is THEM who will suddenly want the Supreme Court to intervene, where presumably the rogue judges will be overturned on any number of Constitutional or Plenary Power bases. Or, will they indeed drop the issue for fear of just such a Supreme Court outcome and the precedent it will set? Either way, now it is THEM who would be between a rock and a hard place in terms of their corrupt judge-shopping court strategy.
And speaking of judge shopping, I further suggest that in the same DOJ legal opinion, or in a separate opinion, the DOJ take the position that a judge-shopped District Court opinion is null-and-void to begin with. In other words, if upon Executive Branch demand a District Court fails to show convincingly that the Judge was RANDOMLY assigned the case as opposed to being hand-picked (Judge-shopped) to take the case, then that Judge’s TRO or other malicious order will be considered null and void and frankly a waste of the Judge’s time.
I ain’t a lawyer, but my common sense opinion is that it’s time to reign in the out-of-control Federal Courts and the entire premise of Judge-shopping. And if the Supremes won’t do it on their own initiative, then the Trump DOJ might as well!
The lower courts are not a coequal branch of government and should not be elevated into being one.
Technical point taken as regards the lower courts. I was referring to the Judicial as one of the generic Branches of Government, and I do think the President should make the point as often as necessary that he is a co-Equal.

Chief Justice Roberts holds 2 x Official Supervisory & Oversight Positions over this particular Judge.
First – The Judge is a member of the DC Federal Circuit, which is under the supervision and oversight of Chief Justice Roberts.
Second – This Judge sits on the FISC (aka the FISA Court), which means he is appointed by Chief Justice Roberts as well as Supervised in this role by Chief Justice Roberts.
Yes, Chief Justice Roberts has a hand in this corruption by not exercising his oversight duties, as he is with all the decisions made by Judges of the DC Circuit who have made Unconstitutional rulings vs President Trump. As he has supervisory and oversight responsibility over them as well.
