It will not come as a surprise to CTH readers to hear the name Judge James Boasberg associated with efforts to protect the institutional interests of a corrupt DC deep state. Boasberg has a long, very long, and well documented history of protecting the DC apparatus {CTH Archives on Boasberg HERE}.
On Saturday, without giving the Trump administration any time to respond, Judge Boasberg issued an immediate temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking DHS, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE from deporting illegal aliens and narcotrafficking gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
Boasberg ordered the flights of criminal gang members to turn around and immediately bring the criminals back to the USA to enjoy a life of criminal conduct and terrorism in the USA. National security is secondary to the rights of criminal aliens to sell drugs, continue child/sexploitation, murder American citizens and rape their targets.
As I wrote in 2021, Judge James Boasberg has long been severely compromised; there simply is no other way to look at his interception of cases to protect the system, and the depth of his corruption is clearly visible in this set of rulings.

There is the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c) which requires that a party seeking a preliminary injunction or temporary restraining order (injunction) provide security in an amount that the court considers proper to cover potential costs and damages to the enjoined or restrained party if the injunction is wrongly issued. The order to return the planes can be easily countermanded by the President or by Hegseth. Aren’t the deportation done by military planes. That would bring on the “constitutional crisis” and very likely to get SCOTUS off of their concerns for proper judicial appeals process and get on the case immediately.

The problem is the Supreme Court. They could have put an end to this nonsense when they ruled on the TRO (temporary restraining order) that ordered Trump to pay out the $20 billion in money he froze. Roberts and Barrett sold Trump out. TRO’s are not appealable so every activist liberal judge will now issue one to stop Trump on everything he does. Alito was correct, they destroyed the power of the executive. No inferior lower circuit court should have the power to stop the President. Only the Supreme Court is equal to the President as one of the three coequal branches of government. Now the Supreme Court still has a chance to set this right, let’s hope they do that.

The President should sign an Executive Order stating that Federal District Judges have jurisdiction only in their assigned districts, and have no authority over the rest of the nation, nor over the Federal Executive.
A law passed by Congress to that effect would have more force, but would be difficult to get through the Senate. A Presidential Executive Order would be contested, but that at least would drive the issue right up to the Supreme Court.
