It will not come as a surprise to CTH readers to hear the name Judge James Boasberg associated with efforts to protect the institutional interests of a corrupt DC deep state. Boasberg has a long, very long, and well documented history of protecting the DC apparatus {CTH Archives on Boasberg HERE}.
On Saturday, without giving the Trump administration any time to respond, Judge Boasberg issued an immediate temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking DHS, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE from deporting illegal aliens and narcotrafficking gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
Boasberg ordered the flights of criminal gang members to turn around and immediately bring the criminals back to the USA to enjoy a life of criminal conduct and terrorism in the USA. National security is secondary to the rights of criminal aliens to sell drugs, continue child/sexploitation, murder American citizens and rape their targets.
As I wrote in 2021, Judge James Boasberg has long been severely compromised; there simply is no other way to look at his interception of cases to protect the system, and the depth of his corruption is clearly visible in this set of rulings.
WASHINGTON DC – A federal judge has ordered an immediate hold on efforts by President Donald Trump to quickly deport Venezuelan nationals under rarely used wartime powers intended to resist a foreign invasion — and demanded the return of planes already headed to Central America.

Judge James Boasberg, an ally of SSCI Chairman Mark Warner, has intercepted several cases that brought sunlight upon the corrupt DC system. In each case Boasberg ruled in favor of maintaining the corruption, including his willfully blind support of the FBI searching NSA databases to conduct illegal surveillance of Americans.
This is the same Judge Boasberg who sat as presiding judge on the FISA court. The same Judge Boasberg who gave FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith a slap on the wrist for manufacturing evidence used in the Carter Page FISA application that defrauded the court. The same Judge Boasberg who appointed former DOJ-NSD head Mary McCord as amicus curiae advisor to the court, after she knowingly and fraudulently submitted the FISA application to the court.
This is the same Judge Boasberg gave J6 FBI agent provocateur Ray Epps a sentence of probation. This is the same judge who, on his vacation, went to sit in the DC courtroom to observe defendant President Trump who was forced to appear in DC court. This is the same Boasberg who established a horrible precedent in forcing Vice-President Mike Pence to testify before a DC grand jury about his conversations with President Trump (breaking executive privilege).
Boasberg sits at the epicenter of a thoroughly corrupt and compromised DC court system.

Sometimes you need to break unlawful orders for your own good. Even the armed forces tell you you only have to follow lawful orders. If a superior officer told you to rape and kill a woman or to shoot and kill surrendered soldiers you have every right to refuse the order.

The circuit courts are not supposed to have this power. The POTUS is securing our nation by deporting these “enemies of the people” of the US. No judge can lawfully stop this. Imagine, the Japanese invading the mainland or even Hawaii and a judge stopping the removal of the “enemy of the people” of the US?
Boasberg, should be arrested for crimes against “ the people” of the US. I don’t like the idea of arresting judges but this sh*t has to stop. They need to feel the fire of “we the people” and I believe this is the only way. Impeachment isn’t strong enough. Impeachment happens after sitting in lockup.
The Trump administration needs to start going after the BAR in every territory that body regulates. They are supposed to be monitoring how lawyers, including judges, are practicing law. From my perspective, the swamp has largely already been drained.

All judges aiding and abetting illegals are guilty of breaking U S law this cannot be said enough. Everyone on this site should be aware of 8 USC 1324. It is valid US law.
The Judge will twist the law, of course. He will argue that he is issuing the TRO so that the court can hear the evidence on both sides of why these deportations should occur.
Of course, he is glossing over reams of law that say that DHS/ICE don’t need to prove anything other than the individual is an illegal alien to deport them. And I’m betting a month’s salary that DHS has ample paperwork on each illegal on those flights. As well as a long list of crimes, suspected and convicted.
The Judge is acting very far outside his judicial purview. For this he must be impeached. But I don’t think 8 USC 1324 applies to him specifically.

FYI. Did anyone know that there was such a thing as a ‘Alien Terrorist Removal Court (created 1996)’? Boesberg’s five year term on it just expired. Doesn’t really matter since, ‘the court has never received an application from the Attorney General for the removal of an alien terrorist, and has therefore conducted no proceedings.’ 🙄

Established by an Act of Congress (18 USC Chapter 12) limits the President’s Article 2 powers to protect the country from foreign harm and matters of immigration. I’d think this would be a quick reversal.

Is not a federal district judge in violation of their oath of office to follow the Constitution of the United States of America and its laws if they directly assault by any ruling the separation of powers in the Constitution?
Is a class action lawsuit in civil court out of the question for damages to “good order and discipline” and conduct of seditious behavior?
The federal district court of the District of Columbia would seem to be a perfect RICO case of coordinated sedition of part of “the government” upon the government?
In theory turn this into a battle of courts against each other and eventually they will implode?
A judge cannot so abuse the law as to set themselves above the law and the Constitution.
It’s why “impeachment” exists. We have the numbers to do so in both chambers. But there is no coordinated will to stop this.

I believe that once a trial occurs in the Senate, and all the evidence is heard on this so-called judge, that public opinion can bring 14-15 Democrats along.

All inferior Federal courts are the creation of Article 1 Congress. Raises a question as to their ability to interfere to this degree with the functions of the Article 2 President in the absence of a SCOTUS ruling.

IMO: As long as these judicial activities are allowed to continue to challenge, the at will, the powers of the Presidency without judges fearing accountability if they are wrong there will be national chaos and usurping of the will of the electorate.
Obviously the judges thwarting the Executive at every turn are fully aware that the Constitution has given plenary power to the President on many of these issues. If not, one has to ask, how did these judges make it to their appointed positions?
One has to wonder also if perhaps this is a coordinated effort to make the US Constitution as written invalid in preparation for a takeover of this country by a very small cadre of anti American individuals. If so, I hope this is legally remedied immediately.

The issue of the TROs is frustrating beyond belief, as we are seeing them used as a tactical cudgel to frustrate Trump’s actions and demoralize the MAGA base.
I have some experience with these as Mrs D is a Superior Ct Judge whose court is the primary venue for hearing these TROs for our Indiana county. All of the courts can hear them, given exigent circumstances, but her court is the default.
That said, the ‘temporary restraining order’, as opposed to a normal ‘restraining order’ is meant for a set of circumstances where there is no time to gather both sides (the circumstances are deemed an ’emergency’), so the hearing occurs with just the petitioning party, and if granted, the opposing party is given an opportunity to respond in an expedited fashion with a full hearing.
There are legitimate reasons for this, however, it is clear that we are seeing this used as a tactical weapon.

Sorry, that is simply not true. There are Immigration Courts around the country which enforce immigration laws. Boasberg’s court is considered “superior” to them so he gets a say.
