It will not come as a surprise to CTH readers to hear the name Judge James Boasberg associated with efforts to protect the institutional interests of a corrupt DC deep state. Boasberg has a long, very long, and well documented history of protecting the DC apparatus {CTH Archives on Boasberg HERE}.
On Saturday, without giving the Trump administration any time to respond, Judge Boasberg issued an immediate temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking DHS, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE from deporting illegal aliens and narcotrafficking gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
Boasberg ordered the flights of criminal gang members to turn around and immediately bring the criminals back to the USA to enjoy a life of criminal conduct and terrorism in the USA. National security is secondary to the rights of criminal aliens to sell drugs, continue child/sexploitation, murder American citizens and rape their targets.
As I wrote in 2021, Judge James Boasberg has long been severely compromised; there simply is no other way to look at his interception of cases to protect the system, and the depth of his corruption is clearly visible in this set of rulings.

Judge James Boasberg, an ally of SSCI Chairman Mark Warner, has intercepted several cases that brought sunlight upon the corrupt DC system. In each case Boasberg ruled in favor of maintaining the corruption, including his willfully blind support of the FBI searching NSA databases to conduct illegal surveillance of Americans.

The House of Representatives has a duty to impeach this judge and maximum pressure should be applied to Jim Jordan atop the Judiciary Committee to be the one who initiates it. I can understand when a judge issues a TRO on an executive order which may have questionable Constitutional grounds however in this case the Judge is ordering the POTUS to ignore legislated statute. The House has a duty to uphold its Article I power and being impeachment proceedings. The Legislation in question, the 1798 Alien and Sedition act has stood the test of time as a Constitutional law.
President Trump needs to draft a strongly worded letter to these judges citing the case law and arguments found in this thread, telling the judges they have no authority.
Further, if they continue to usurp his authority he will do likewise and remove them from office.

The court may issue a preliminary injunction or a temporary restraining order only if the movant gives security in an amount that the court considers proper to pay the costs and damages sustained by any party found to have been wrongfully enjoined or restrained. The United States, its officers, and its agencies are not required to give security.
This is not discretionary and the court cannot assess a “de-minimus” security amount either; it must be defensible predicated on the costs and damages that the other party may or will suffer with the evidence of same in the order itself if the injunction or TRO issues until disposition of the case and the posting of said security has to be completed before the TRO or injunction is valid.

Retired Magistrate here: Thomas Jefferson warned about the power of the judicial branch and how it could usurp the executive branch.
Unfortunately, the law is what a judge says it is in any particular courtroom, in any particular jurisdiction on any particular day. With judges who take seriously their duty to uphold the Constitution the law will be upheld. On the other hand, with activist judges the Constitution is just a piece of paper and doesn’t mean anything to them; only their agenda does.
It is almost impossible to impeach a judge; it rarely happens. So, this unlawful ruling by this judge will wind its way through the “legal” system and in the meantime the cartel members will be free to continue to create mayhem.

The strategy was/is to provoke these judicial usurpations at the beginning of the administration, to give the Supreme Court time to quash them so that there is less resistance moving forward. There is some benefit to this strategy in that it preserves judicial legitimacy that is otherwise lost by these hundreds of inferior judges each trying to step into the shoes of the Executive and it also dodges the political blowback that Democrat statists have teed for unleashing whenever Trump sneezes.
But there is necessarily a time limit on this. A strong, Article II-minded Executive cannot, and must not, allow the precedent to be set that he only exercises his Constitutional powers with the blessings of the court, Supreme or otherwise. The President’s Constitutional powers flow from the supreme law of the land which, contrary to popular misconception, is not the Supreme Court but is in fact the Constitution itself. So, at some point, the President will be forced by the legitimate demands of his office to simply ignore outrageous court decisions such as this absolute travesty by the corrupt Boasberg to protect declared terrorists or the farce of Beryl Howell arrogating to herself the authority to decide who may and may not receive a security clearance, a solely Executive prerogative. We are not going to add a new wing to the White House to accommodate these inferior unelected Executives who seem to have been infected, like a virulent disease, with the metastatic notion that somehow THEY won in November, not Trump.
When the time comes for the true Constitutional crisis, because of the compromised fecklessness of a Roberts-led Supreme Court, and a Republican congress that is more smoke than fire (looking at you, Jim Jordan), the legitimacy of courts in general will be severely called into question, which will be a sad day for our nation because it was so avoidable.

At some point in time the Supreme Court of the U.S. is going to have to start swatting these corrupt judges down or Trump is going to have to give them the middle finger…Then watch the impeachment submissions take off.
Have planes go radio silent once airborne and out of controlled traffic corridors. Have flight plan and course set to avoid controlled traffic.

Call on congress to declare war on all invading nations.
Order the DOJ to declare these judges enemies of the state and send them to Gitmo.
I see lots of solutions. Most of them require us to ignore the cater-walling of the perpetually aggrieved class.
Ignore him. More. Harder. Faster.
Drop them off at judge’s residence and tell them that they now have immunity from crime per the judge. Problem solved.

Did the plaintiff of this case post a bond to pay for the costs of these aborted flights in the case that the defendants (the US government) prevail in this case?
That is the law. The plaintiff MUST POST A BOND to cover all potential damages to the defendant.
Until this is done, we the taxpayers just paid for these round trip flights and all additional costs to house these terrorists, lawyer fees and other costs.

The argument you make is a no brainer, therefore what is the Government arguing in defense of the Law and lawfull actions by the Border Patrol, etc.???
