depends on what your goal is. Corn makes cows fat really fast [same for humans BTW] and the meat is tender and the cows get to market in about half the time. But the cows are not as healthy as they could be. The GMOs in that corn are transmitted in the milk of the cows and also in the meat. The lack of nutrition in the corn also is evidenced the same way. Grass fed beef has a completely different taste and nutritional content. Some research is even showing that the phytonutrients that are in all those dark leafy greens they keep trying to get us to eat are actually present in grass fed beef. a 10 minute watch
