This is so far beyond corrupt, the light from where corruption emanates could not catch this level of corruption for a year.
Let us be clear. Joe Biden didn’t actually pardon anyone. Biden wouldn’t know who, how, or what a preemptive pardon actually is.
Nope, the non-pretending version of what just happened is: the people who control Joe Biden, just used the tool he represents to pardon themselves.
No one has picked up on this yet, but the people in control of the pardoning process Joe Biden represents, just pardoned themselves; including Mary McCord. Notice the wording (emphasis mine):
WHITE HOUSE – […] “some have even been threatened with criminal prosecutions, including General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, and the members and staff of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.”
[…] That is why I am exercising my authority under the Constitution to pardon General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee. {SOURCE}
Mary McCord was a lead staffer on the J6 Committee. REMINDER: November 3, 2021 – In Washington DC – “Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) and the House Jan. 6 Select Committee has tapped Mary McCord, who once ran the Justice Department’s National Security Division, for representation in its fight to obtain former President Donald Trump’s White House records. (source)
General Mark Milley, Liz Cheney and Anthony Fauci are the shiny ‘look over there’ thing. Yes, Milley broke the chain of command and is guilty of usurpation of government. Yes, Liz Cheney conducted an unlawful and manipulative operation using the J6 committee as a vehicle against Donald Trump. Yes, Anthony Fauci lied to congress about his involvement in the creation of the SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon program. Yes to all of it…. But it’s the Lawfare operatives inside the machinery that are being overlooked in this “and staff” preemptive pardon.
Unreal corruption.
Not unexpected, but still unreal.
Sickening.

WASHINGTON DC – […] “These public servants have served our nation with honor and distinction and do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions,” Biden said in a statement hours before Trump was to be sworn in. “I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics. But these are exceptional circumstances, and I cannot in good conscience do nothing.”
For now, Biden’s slate of pardons raises more questions than answers. It’s unclear whether any of the intended recipients expected them or will attempt to renounce them. Several members of the Jan. 6 committee said last week they didn’t want or need pardons because they did nothing wrong. (more)

You may have overreacted, Sundance. It appears the pardon only applies to offenses “related to the subject matter of the Select Committee to investigate the January 6th attack” on the Capitol building.
I believe her seditious laware activities against Trump are fair game for investigation and prosecution.
First, if Biden doesn’t know and can’t articulate these pardons, a case could be made that this is fraud.
Second, if he has dementia, is he qualified to be signing anything anyway?
It’s likely a moot point but it really rankles that the worst of these people has a pardon.
it is NOT A MOOT POINT.
in the first *(yours), there is likely a precedent. A president does not need to “articulate” or make a legal claim to justify granting a pardon. for better or for worse, Presidents’ do have KING LIKE POWERS..Presidents can issue edicts. super-legal orders that cannot be challenged, even if they represent self interest and petty and otherwise irregular agendas.
how in the second (yours), a main fundamental rationale of this KING LIKE POWER, is that a President be of sound mind…And so to your second, we find Joe Malarkey is not only likely to have diminished capacity, but legally probably true. And this does raise a very important and critical factor. Can he actually wield the power of the president, and make super-legal edicts, in a compromised mental capacity? I’ve been focused on this for a very long time. Joe Malarkey not only displays all the symptoms of a text book case of significant decline likely brought about by dementia but it’s publicly been acknowledged by his own staff. This means it should be and must be challenged.
It’s an awesome power to usurp the orders of a legal court ruling. If a man is convicted of a crime by a court of law and a navel gazing ambulatory senile pathological liar and cheat and simply over rule that with a few lines of ink on letter head, we are no longer a nation of law and order. Our constitution becomes meaningless. Presidents must be of sound mind…must not suffer from mental decline…must be capable of understanding that awesome power is to be limited to only those very rare issues involving a particular abnormality or set of conditions that the courts did not remedy. Be it, the exercise to right and over stretched ruling…or to express a certain manner of humanity…but never should this power be used by a idiot living brain donors.
I believe there IS a legal issue here. And speaking solely from my own opinion, I believe that for the most part pardons and how they have been used in the modern era are simply wrong.
for context, the main reason that pardons actually became a thing happened just after the civil war…it would be Jackson who would pardon over 7000 confederate officers. Jackson OF SOUND MIND, argued in his order that the war was over and a time of national healing and unity was of the highest priority and any actions of the defeated armies of the confederacy would not only be unjustified because for the most part they represented a sense of revenge against the defeated military officer, but it would also ignite similar claims back and forth to union officers who had “committed” similar “crimes” (* I use the emphasis on those two words because they are alleged…not proven). Furthermore, Jackson also observed the legal process that would be untaken to charge and try these confederate officers happen before the hands of a military tribunal powered by the union officers who had an axe to grind.
so in a historical sense, the act of a pardon was almost exclusively for reasons centered around the civil war and how a President exercised good judgement to protect a nation from again entered a second civil war..and that most certainly would have happened, given some of the allegations would trip capitol punishment if proven true. The “south” would never let that go, if even a few of their honorable confederate officers were executed by the union courts…Jackson did the right thing to avert misjustice…and also to save a nation from going into another avoidable conflict.
compare this to how presidents’ today, in the modern era have used pardons and you suddenly realize just how petty, generalized and corrupt in nature they have been used.
so when I use the expression “for better of for worse” to describe pardon powers of a president, the better would be likened to that of Jackson..and nearly all others after, “the worse”.
we have to fix this…but not be removing the power of a president to pardon…but to legally challenge pardons that do more harm that they solve.
God Bless America
I agree, regitiger.
I would dearly love to have our inJustice Dept. formulate a process in which we could assault all of the actions taken by the illegitimate and mentally infirm Biden. That would make me a believer in it again.
If we could peel back and expose the corrupt bureaucrats that ran our nation into the ground and every level. Expose them and prosecute them.
Bannon mentions that exposing the 2020 election as illegitimate is another option.
I find it the more troubling approach because of the first point you made.. He assumed the office with king-like powers, and once recognized as the leader I think legally it is more challenging. Something akin to a possession is 9/10’s of the law approach.
President Johnson after the War of Northern Aggression, not “Jackson”.
I stand corrected. thank you.
I just looked at the official staff listing for the J6th Select committee from their Final Report.
Unfortunately, I cannot copy the link here but you can google it.
Mary McCord’s name is NOT listed.
Proving the Jackass’s incapacity looks like a state probate matter. Not worth wasting time there to make a federal case.
Your readers, and hopefully a lot more who simply pay attention, know that Joe hasn’t done anything of his own volition in years. He wouldn’t know how, and he is at times an unwilling puppet. His controllers have run the White House, DNC, and all the IC community for longer than I can assertain. It was corrupted after the Patriot Act, but the bad actors had to already be in place.
I was angrily unsurprised at the pardon of his family members, and more so at Fauci and Milley, but had not heard of McCord being pardoned as well. Now I’m beyond livid!
This guy makes Barry Soetoro look like a neophyte, but of course Barry’s the marrionet.
Is there any kind of legal challenge that can be mounted for giving clemency to someone who has not been charged with a crime?
I read this post earlier today and just had to set it aside because I just wanted one DAY where I didn’t have to digest MOAR atrocities from the Biden “Regime.” Whoever they are. I just held my breath until the helicopter that contained the symbols of this MADNESS off the helicopter pad.
McCord is an interesting creature. She decries makeup on her eyes and face. No interest in beautifying herself. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with that. Its just interesting to me.
Meanwhile, instead of The Scarlet Letter A engraved on her forehead, as per the Nathaniel Hawthorne novel “The Scarlet Letter,” this woman just had the LETTER J emblazoned on her.
Being pardoned by Joe Biden (OR WHOVER WROTE THE PARDON’S ) IS NOT AN HONOR.
Human’s with evil and destructive intent are a strange breed. During the Trump years their seemingly need to destroy what goes against their “grain” has been galling.
Well, I don’t remember where I read it, but these people “won’t be able to walk down the street.” The Scarlet Letter J is upon them.
Thanks Joe or whoever you were. All of those “pardoned” are all now wrapped up in the underwear wondering how they are get out of this one. That is GOOD.
Led Zeppelin – Hangman
The letter “J”? I do not get the joke.
Start the investigation into the deep state’s law breaking and subpoena her ass. She either tells the damning truth, or she purjures and exposes herself legally. Same goes for all those other asses too. Get them all under oath.
Everyone connected to anything joebama needs a security clearance review.. Regardless of who they are or where they currently work.. Revoke their security clearances, tag them as domestic terrorist, add them to the no fly list and let’s see where they go
Does anyone know if the capitol police pardons include Michael Leroy Byrd and Lila Morris? I hope not. There is no statute of limitations for murder.
I don’t know about Morris, but I read today that Byrd was pardoned.
No! It only pardoned police related to testifying to the J6 Committee not for any other actions. I don’t believe that Michael Byrd even testified but in any event it doesn’t cover actions two years before.
Process is Punishment. Bring charges anyway! Lawyer up, traitor.
The good news is that ALL of these people can be subpoenaed to testify against whoever directed them to do what they’ve done. If they lie they can be criminally prosecuted for perjury. Best of all, they still have to pay for their own legal fees…
I recall that murder has no statue of limitations. Therefore Milley appears to be complicit with the murder of thousands, Fauci of millions and McCord might well be connected to the murder of the two women on January 6, 2021.
Let us pray that the criminals will meet righteous reckoning.

J Michael Waller says “People thought that McCord got a Biden pardon today when he pardoned the J6 Committee staff. But McCord was not officially on the staff, so she didn’t get a pardon.”
Could this be an oversight?
Considering how badly this letter was written, it seems there are so many open ends…if crimes were committed, they should be able to be found.
The Commander of our South Korean Forces just told President Trump, ” Welcome back, Mr. President.”
I don’t know why this isn’t mentioned more often regarding Biden telling us that his pardons are not to be view as admissions of guilt by those he pardoned, when the Supreme Court ruled that acceptance of a presidential pardon is exactly that! The SCOTUS ruling came on Jan 25 1915 in a case where George Burdick accepted a pardon from President Woodrow Wilson but claimed not to be guilty of the offense for which he was pardoned.
The SCOTUS ruling couldn’t have been clearer…issuing a pardon isn’t an admission of guilt but accepting that pardon is!
The one thing in common with all these scumbags who got pardons is that while they might now be immune to federal prosecution, I don’t believe they are immune from civil suits, being investigated, being questioned by congress, or the laws of physics.
It is also my understanding that they can no longer assert 5th amendment rights if questioned about the crimes they’ve been pardoned for since they can’t be prosecuted for those.
So: The process is the punishment? run ’em through the wringer with congressional testimony (requires an expensive lawyer) Investigate their actions (in the interest of transparency) try for a perjury trap or contempt to see if they screw up and do anything that can be charged as a crime. Impoverish them, try to force testimony that incriminates unpardoned co-conspirators, and if they aren’t broke and in jail once they’re no longer useful, it’s time for Newtonian physics lessons.
No. Besides being an oxymoron, “Preemptive pardon” is another way of saying “grant of immunity” in which the POTUS does not have the power to do.
These federal pardons don’t protect anyone from individual state charges!! They can be tried in State courts and that includes ole Hunter! Let’s get ready to Rumble and put ppl like the disgusting Mary McCord (Laura Ingraham’s bestie) and her horrendous husband and others need to be tried by the State Courts!! Hit them where they live!!💁🏻♀️
I doubt Biden can do any pardon as the man is brain dead from before he took office. I believe someone or other people in his staff did these and forged his name. I would like to have these all challenged in court for this fact.
McCord needs to be investigated till her actions are public knowledge to every American. I suggest Trump employ those Americans she persecuted to investigate her activities and have her charged. If she cannot be charged she can be questioned. Revealing the scale and scope of her illegal activities will destroy the reputations of the network of progressives for decades. Those without pardons will turn on her and those who have been protected. Her reputation must be destroyed along with her position and weath.
Mary McCord, who was just pardoned, husband also worked for Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts. hmmmmm. 🤷♂️
