John Thune has announced the new Senate Republican Committee Chairs and Members. [WEBSITE]
Within the announcement, the Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence is Senator Tom Cotton. This puts Senator Cotton together with Democrat Vice-Chair Mark Warner. This appointment also puts Tom Cotton on the Intelligence Community “Gang of Eight.”
A position within the Gang of Eight comes as a result of holding one of the following eight positions: 1. The Speaker of the House, 2. The Minority Leader of the House, 3. the Majority Leader of the Senate, 4. the Minority Leader of the Senate, 5. the Chairperson of the House Permanent Committee on Intelligence, 6. the minority leader from the same committee; 7. The Chairperson of the Senate Intelligence Committee and 8. the minority leader of the same committee.
In March of 2016 an exclusive list of politicians, top tech executives, billionaires, donors and influence agents gathered at a secretive meeting with key leaders of the Washington DC UniParty. The meeting was to discuss their plans to destroy Donald Trump. The meeting took place at the exclusive enclave in Sea Island Georgia.
Over time, almost every single member of the Sea Island Group who attended that weekend meeting have detonated themselves in an effort to try and take down President Trump. Just as the axiom ‘never trust a never Trumper’ has been proven true repeatedly, so too is the sentiment ‘just wait, if they attended Sea Island, they will eventually expose their intent to destroy Trump.’ [READ HERE] Senator Tom Cotton was an attendee!
WASHINGTON — U.S. Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.) today announced the Senate Republican Conference committee assignments for the 119th Congress. The assignments have been ratified by the Senate Republican Conference and are expected to be ratified by the full Senate early next Congress.

Looking over those lists it boggles the mind the way they are just right in your face with many names that only serve to sabotage the MAGA/MAHA/DOGE agenda. The trigger names are all over the place.
There is a distinct pattern of the list. Ya just have to know one component to understand the big picture.
Well, he (Cotton) was useful before this appointment.
Remember that Tom Cotton is a young global leader of the World Economic Forum, just like Elise Stefanik.
Will Lara Trump automatically fill Marco Rubio’s seat on the Intelligence Committee, if she is chosen by Ron DeSantis as our Nation’s new Secretary of State’s replacement?
No, it doesn’t work like that.
He wouldn’t be there if he weren’t controllable…
Maybe he’s Trump’s mole?
Noticed that you listed 20 committees and the source (Thune’s Majority Leader Office listed 21 committees). And there are actually 25 Senate committees. Here’s the 1 committee you did not list that his office does–
Joint Economic Committee
Eric Schmitt, Missouri
Tom Cotton, Arkansas
Ted Budd, North Carolina
Dave McCormick, Pennsylvania
Marsha Blackburn, Tennessee
Jerry Moran, Kansas
And if you think that 25 Senate committees are a lot, don’t forget that there are 71 subcommittees within those 25 regular committees. Enough positions for lots of camera face time and lobbyist funding for all the Senators to enjoy!
Excellent reporting.
Actually it is listed, just not bolded and formatted like the rest. Look in Indian Affairs, about halfway down the list of names. The bottom half is actually the Joint Economic Committee.
There are only 100 Senators! And 25 Committees? What a waste of time and money.
On looking at the list with the admonishment to prepare for battle. I wondered about the actions us grunt soldiers might be able to do.
Info is a powerful weapon. Memes are ridicule bombs of destruction.
Those with the skills to make memes (not me) need the info to contrive the best memes.
Perhaps there can be a dedicated post somewhere like the ‘still hour’ where we can add the bullets of info on each person on this list with next election date. We can add the links and dates of the actions, votes, and just how each of them thwarts MAGA.
The ‘ammo post’ could be available for all of us soldiers to add our research to so the skilled meme bomb makers can get to work. A meme depot to use across media.
We can all do our bit for the battle. No more complaints about when somebody is going to DO SOMETHING. Sundance can’t be expected to expose these creatures alone to sunlight, we can add our bits of light.
The obstruction, backstabbing, and frankly treason will continue until Trump takes the bold move to prove that he means business and makes a few examples of the scum bags. How, you ask? By doing the research to indict, prosecute, and jail those in Congress that are guilty of criminal activity. Start with the easy, i.e., low-hanging fruit, such as Pelosi’s insider trading, hit them with indictments followed by all out prosecution and jail. Do this about 3X and then announce more is coming. The rats would abandon ship and if not the ship, they would decide it was time to walk the chalk line that Trump strikes.
Got my vote!
Sooooo…. it was a brilliant move to promote Rubio to SoS so we could get one of “ours” to Chair the SSCI. Now if we can only get a rino in Rubios Senate seat, or better yet a dyed in the wool Democrat. Yeah!!! That’ll show’em!!! Tell me about these so called winamins…
Once I thought Cotton & Blackburn were “OK”. It is actually a slap to the face to see what they have become. These people cannot deal with the guilt of their own conscience and therefore project their self loathing onto Trump.
Rather than hate them we should pray that Christ will open their hears to ear and their eyes to see the truth.
Either way May God have Mercy on their souls and ours.
Tom Cotton has been consistently pro Trump. We shouldn’t make any assumptions just because he attended a meeting in 2016. The Uniparty may have thought then that he was controllable but I suspect they were wrong .
Commiehater is absolutely right, the heads of these groups are for the most part MAGA/MAHA HATERS and they’ll do everything they can to foil Trump’s agenda. UTTERLY DISGUSTING!
If one were tasked with providing the definition of mediocre in the form of a list, it would look a lot like those assignments.
Budget — Graham. Power of the purse. This is going to be a problem. He’ll leverage $$ based on Tit For Tat Policy: War v NonWar line items.
“For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. By craving it, some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows.” Timothy 6:10
Money buys power. It has been that way since the beginning of recorded history, but in a nation purportedly ruled by We The People, the Sea Island gang and all the PPPP, (purchased politicians pretending to be patriots), have to pretend that their motives are more noble than that.
They aren’t, of course, every last one of them being NNNNN, (not now, nor never, noble), practitioners of the dark art of pretending to represent their constituents, all the while winking at their oligarch masters. And they are good at it, so they got away with the ruse for a very long time.
Until Trump came on the scene and down the elevator in 2015 and tricked them into exposing themselves!
Now we know who they really are and what really motivates them. They still DDD, (deny, deny, deny), of course, but they’ve been found out by a lot of voters who long ago forsook CNN and the Alphabet Networks in favor of Rogan, Tucker, Sundance and Bannon for their news.
And Trump will have four years to expose them even more…and, in the process, ruin the careers of all the finger-crossers-behind-their-backs pols more suited for selling used cars than continuing resolutions!
As I scrolled down the list, I kept saying to myself as I recognized different names… “Traitor, traitor, traitor… my gosh, does the list of traitors ever end?”
It was depressing until I remembered a verse from the Episcopal service tonight about God “scattering the rich from their seats with nothing.” (Paraphrased.) That is my prayer tonight, that God would honor His word when it comes to the Senate.
He’s sporting my shirt and tie combo from the late 90s. Blazer lapel cut too, if not the color. These are not endorsements and at the same time I have no reason to be anything but neutral. One thing though – his trachea looks seriously deviated to the right. I’m not saying that makes him right wing, but it is a fact. I hope it is a really old issue, otherwise it needs address.
