As you guys know, my current focus is research of the James Clyburn network of precinct level ballot scanner operations. Previously we mapped the trip by Clyburn through Wisconsin (pre-Biden withdrawal). Next, we mapped the DNC/Clyburn travel through Michigan. Currently we are looking deeply into Pennsylvania.
From what I can ascertain, the two regions where the Clyburn ballot operations [harvesting/scanning]in Pennsylvania seem focused are: (1) Philadelphia County (Philadelphia city and metro area) and Allegheny County (Pittsburgh city and metro area). That’s it. Those two areas are where most of the high velocity Democrat operations seem to be focused on Pennsylvania, Philly and Pittsburgh.
That being said, our ballot tracking research has hit an unexpected issue. I am hearing reports on the ground about “regional” ballot printing operations where local (precinct level) mail-in ballots are being printed from software downloads. I need help confirming information.
Normally I would not reach out until I could confirm or validate the details of what I am told. However, on this issue I am against a timing deadline. The gist of what I am told, again – seeking to confirm this, is that a portion of potential mail-in-type ballots are not physically coming from the Secretary of States office, rather they are being printed locally.
If this is an accurate lead, localized printing may complicate the issue of address validation and challenges presented to local supervisors of elections as a result of fraudulent addresses (empty lots, Wal Marts, businesses, etc). If precincts can print ballots, which are then later scanned, this could potentially be a vector for fraud.
My question is whether anyone has heard of this issue before? ….and/or does anyone have information about allowed ballot printing in any state where the printing of ballots has become very localized. Who generates the voter registration rolls if absentee ballots are printed locally?
“I talked to two people today, Democrats who know the state very well. They both said that they thought Harris was not only behind in Pennsylvania, but they thought she was likely to lose the state.”

President Trump is holding a Townhall event in Pennsylvania today:
“Less than a week before Ms. Harris and Mr. Trump are set to meet on the debate stage, the race is shifting into high gear — with a particular focus on battleground states. Mr. Trump’s event in Pennsylvania, hosted by Sean Hannity, will air at 9 p.m. Eastern time on Fox News. Mr. Walz will spend a second day in Pennsylvania on Thursday, while Mr. Vance is set to continue campaigning in Arizona. Both states went to Mr. Trump in 2016, then to Joseph R. Biden Jr. in 2020.”

For the second Amendment
Zuckerber paid $600M for the 2020 steal. Criminals have to be paid. Clerks and other city and county officials have to be paid. Mayors and County execs and prosecutors and govs and SoS and AG’s have to get a taste. The cash is then spread around to the lower levels down to the precinct level. A cadre of criminals controls, with useful paid idiots who know nothing of the structure of the steal, only their task in it.
But Zuck says he’s not paying this time. Who is? Clyburn is just a bagman. Somebody has to fill his bags. Who? Can the bags be intercepted? The law and courts won’t do much about it, in those areas. They are bought too. But nice if it gets identified, even if prosecution is impossible.
Very good point. As always, follow the money.
Who’s paying? We are. Biden is doling out millions in “small business funds” in battleground states (mostly Dem). Additionally, Michigan has seen $10.8 billion for infrastructure and green energy projects, while North Carolina has received $9.8 billion and Georgia has so far taken home a massive $10.5 billion, according to White House data. The administration has given Pennsylvania a whopping $16.2 billion for such projects, $6.8 billion to Wisconsin, $3.7 billion to Nevada and $8.6 billion to Arizona. No accountability for spending. This is not a coincidence, and it is OUR tax $ giving the dems an edge in the election. Totally illegal.
Zealots don’t need paid. Zealots go head first
Please, would someone identify the people sitting at the table? We have the odious, Tawana Brawley liar Al Sharpton on the left next to Clyburn… I am wondering if across from them are Senators Chris Coons, Waronock, and Padilla.
Warnock is directly across the table from Clyburn.
That’s always been the problem with our side. Unlike the leftists who operate like a well oiled machine, the right is scattered in a million directions. True the Vote goes one way, Mike Lindell another, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer goes this way, Sundance that way, Omega over there, etc. And we wait until a week or two until election day and say what happened? That’s how we blew 2018, 2020 and 2022 and we are on the verge of doing it again in 2024.
All of the polls will have to maintain a certain level of closeness for Coupmala to be in the running. This will allow the CHEAT 2.O coup to be plausible come November 7th and she is named the winner. Sorta, kinda like when Joe woke up and found out that he had won.
Sundance, I don’t know if this will help or not. When I voted in DC on election day in 2020, for the first time I was able to vote at any polling place in the city because they could print a ballot right there. It had all of the races and candidates which I was allowed to vote for. If they can do that on election day, I assume that they can do it at any other time.
Prayers for Sundance & President Trump to be protected and 100,0000% VICTORIOUS!!!
I live in Milford, PA. I just called the coordinator for Pike County Elections.
She told me the county is having their ballots printed in Rochester, NY.
Another 18 wheeler of Dem ballots coming to a precinct near you in November.
Reporting back. From my city clerk in WI:
Ballots are printed at the county level. Proofs are sent to clerks of each municipality before actual printing, then distributed once approved.
Registration rolls are maintained in concert with the state. The state does 4-year reviews on the rolls checking for “movers list” and ineligible voters. Local city clerk does the regular maintenance on them including deaths, new registrations and ineligible voters. The information is maintained on a state program that only the trained clerks have the security key to.
SD, I a involved the GOP Committee and steeped in the corrupt practices in this state. However, while a request for AB or VBM is usually made to either the state SOS or the Local DOE. The actual practice for sending a ballot is that they all originate from the the county where the voter is registered. The SOS does not send out any ballots of any sort.

Commenters need to be more specific. I think it is typical for several processes to be used in a jurisdiction
Note that for federal elections, the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act of 1986, amended by the 2010 National Defense Authorization Act which included the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act takes priority over state law.
in Pennsylvania counties print ballots to reflect the different local candidates, voting precincts do not print ballots. So there is that level of decentralization.
