As you guys know, my current focus is research of the James Clyburn network of precinct level ballot scanner operations. Previously we mapped the trip by Clyburn through Wisconsin (pre-Biden withdrawal). Next, we mapped the DNC/Clyburn travel through Michigan. Currently we are looking deeply into Pennsylvania.
From what I can ascertain, the two regions where the Clyburn ballot operations [harvesting/scanning]in Pennsylvania seem focused are: (1) Philadelphia County (Philadelphia city and metro area) and Allegheny County (Pittsburgh city and metro area). That’s it. Those two areas are where most of the high velocity Democrat operations seem to be focused on Pennsylvania, Philly and Pittsburgh.
That being said, our ballot tracking research has hit an unexpected issue. I am hearing reports on the ground about “regional” ballot printing operations where local (precinct level) mail-in ballots are being printed from software downloads. I need help confirming information.
Normally I would not reach out until I could confirm or validate the details of what I am told. However, on this issue I am against a timing deadline. The gist of what I am told, again – seeking to confirm this, is that a portion of potential mail-in-type ballots are not physically coming from the Secretary of States office, rather they are being printed locally.
If this is an accurate lead, localized printing may complicate the issue of address validation and challenges presented to local supervisors of elections as a result of fraudulent addresses (empty lots, Wal Marts, businesses, etc). If precincts can print ballots, which are then later scanned, this could potentially be a vector for fraud.
My question is whether anyone has heard of this issue before? ….and/or does anyone have information about allowed ballot printing in any state where the printing of ballots has become very localized. Who generates the voter registration rolls if absentee ballots are printed locally?

Do you know if ballots can be printed at the precinct level?
That question requires also discovering if specially watermarked paper is required and if yes, the sources for that paper. Also if yes, the shipments of that paper from its source to the precinct printing operations location should be traceable, even if done by private citizens in POVs.

Do the math — Mr. Morgan was transporting at least one million mail-in ballots (already filled in with signatures on the envelopes). So, what you say? The mail-in ballots are First Class mail. Every piece of First Class mail is supposed to be imaged per USPS regulations. The facility where Morgan picked up the load of ballots is ONLY certified for handling packages and Express Mail. There is no legal justification to account for those ballots to have passed through that warehouse…

There was a report on Gateway Pundit or Breitbart that AG of Texas is going after couple of counties for plans to print their own ballots with a third party printer.
That report focused on voter registration forms not ballots.

Printing voter registration forms? Sounds a bit disorganized. In the deep, deep blue state I’m holed up in they’ve graduated from that antiquated paper registration method to making it an integral part of the driver’s license renewal process. It’s all done “on line” and there’s no way to complete the renewal without passing through the voter registration procedure. And yes, of course, this is a state that hands out driver’s licenses to known illegals with reckless abandon.

As a Central PA resident, it is a well-known fact that both Pittsburgh & Philadelphia are horribly corrupt. They are both essentially ‘island states’ within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Scranton also is beyond redemption.

But, I do have a serious question.
Many ‘talking head’ Republicans are urging EARLY voting — particularly in the swing states. PA is one of those.
What is the advantage/positive of early voting??? Basically, why do it?
Bongino expects cyber attacks to the networks running the machines. We’ve already seen that in AZ and some other states.
The idea is to get your vote logged before they throw the kitchen sink at the voters…which they will.
Also, early voting allows you to check whether or not your vote got in. If they tell you you already voted on game day you are essentially locked out of the game (read: screwed)

In NM, one can request a paper ballot and take it to an early voting location for drop off. It then heads to the warehouse for counting and safekeeping-it’s transported by one person in a car. We will vote early , in person and not trust an absentee ballot.

When I lived in PA, there was no early voting. You had to request an absentee ballot with a very good reason, otherwise you were out of luck. If you couldn’t get to the polling place on election day, you missed out. Thank you COVID./s I used to pick up all the elderly in my neighborhood and drive them to vote every election. I’m a resident of Washington State, so not the target of your question, as this will be different compared to PA, WI or MI. Maybe something I can share would help though
But here is what I see here:
1) ballots can be printed by anyone for any registered voter if you have their first and last name and birthdate
2) if this is done, it immediately invalidates any ballot that has been mailed out in the SoS database
3) when a ballot printed by a computer arrives in the vote tabulation center, it must be copied to a standard ballot as the vote tabulation machine cannot read it. I don’t know if they call this “adjudication”, but I watched them do it. They were very thorough in my center in the primary
4) If you get two people to sign their names as witnesses to you filling out the ballot, WA state law requires that the state accept your ballot regardless of whether your signature matches the government records
As mentioned, this is WA state, so not applicable, but it is possible they are using this as a model for other states, so something to watch out for. Not sure if any of these details are helpful

Also in SWPA, in the Monongahela valley here, we have illegals who are not allowed to purchase vehicles in PA so there is a place in Ohio called Trust Auto, who not only sells them reconstructed vehicles but also is a buy here pay here operation. Then the illegals bring the vehicles here to be titled in PA where they get a one year drivers license and of course you know we have the motor voter law here. By illegals, I mean Hatians. At least a 100 cars a week. Somebody is putting up a LOT of money for this operation. Would love to know who is behind it.

linderella, here in PA, Josh Shapiro is who let most of these people in when he was AG. Now he is the Gov. The local police have been investigating on some of this because some illegals are selling their cars once they get here. One guy sold over 30 vehicles but of course doesn’t have a dealers license. But, PA D.O.T. would not let the local police access their computer for his info. All of the illegals is about the election. Plus, they are protected here. Strange.

There are precincts in Philadelphia with 110% turnout. PA will not be easy.
In PA they monitored 5 drop boxes in the May 17th primary. They found 288 people dropped off more than one ballot, but they wore face masks and poor surveillance videos.

In 2020, they shipped thousands of preprinted ballots in a stolen 18 wheeler USPS truck from Bethpage, NY to PA. So why do they have to print ballots locally? They’ll just do it again! Barr never followed through on his investigation, so you think Garland will??
Checking in Lower Makefield, Bucks County right now. If I am unable to get a rapid response, I am attending a Republican meeting tomorrow night for this township and will pin an answer down then. I do know that the local party affiliates are pushing mail in voting because of expected voting day disruptions.
Most every print shop in PA and many states are union shops. They have what they call the union “bug” they’ll put on political printed materials. When D’s order a print they generally get the “bug” printed on materials, when R’s order a print from the same shop they don’t put the “bug” on.
The “bug” actually costs more to include on materials. It’s a shorthand symbol for hardcore D’s to know if the candidate is one of them. It’s particularly useful in local “nonpartisan” elections or districts where D’s don’t want to put they’re D’s on their materials (district leans R) but still want hardcore D’s to know they’re one of them.
Always look for the Union Bug when in doubt. Not that R/D makes a huge difference these days.

The big cheating in 2024 is going to be in the same places that it was in 2020: Madison, WI, Detroit, MI, Philly, PA (Pitt can’t get them over the top alone), Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV. These 6 are no brainers for the big cheat. Every other state is going red or blue, no questions asked. I know some say NH, VA and MN may be in play but IMHO, no chance to go red. As long as there is ballot harvesting, early voting and non-citizens voting, you will never have election integrity. I hate to sound negative, but the truth is the truth. Too many avenues for nefarious activity. Unfortunately, I hope I am wrong, but we would have to play their game better than they are. Does that make us any better?

Make a FOIA request to each county about ballot contracted services.
The FOIA’s seem to take an awfully long time to get “answered”.
I don’t know how they get on the inside but there needs to be undercover people who can track what they do. There must be locations where they fill out the ballots from lists of ‘registered’ voters.
Maybe post a reward for fraud information, large enough to get some people to turn.
IMO, it shouldn’t take “a reward” for people interested in keeping the Republic, to be a whistleblower. lol
In Pennsylvania, Delaware County, right outside Philadelphia, was the last county to report. They were one of the counties that the SOS changed to Central County Centers along with Philadelphia, Allegheny, Chester and Bucks County. Leah Hoopes and Greg Stenstrom were two poll workers who witnessed the swapping of thousands of mail in ballots on multiple floors of the county center. Their book, The parallel Election (www.parallelelection.com) gives great detail in how the ballot swapping was executed. They testified Nov 23, 2020 at Gettysburgh to the fraud they witnessed. They have been and are still in litigation in multiple lawsuits in PA. They are the only case who have been able to enter video evidence into the court records. They have been on Emerald Robinson broadcasts.

If this is true then the operation is primarily geared towards targeting congressional races for fraudulent wins. Weren’t a lot of the 2020 ballots missing down-ballot markings?

Yes. In 2020, there were many ballots that only showed a vote for POTUS (Bidumb) and no selections made down ballot. This is an “undervote”, which is valid.
I know a few months ago we were receiving almost daily requests to apply for absentee ballots. These requests appeared to come from Republican sources. When I read this post, I sent a text to my acquaintances in the PA GOP. Not sure if they have any info, but so far no response.
So what is being done about this cheating?
Is RNC doing anything?
Is America First (Steve Miller) doing anything?
