Representative Jamie Raskin’s (U-MD) son, Tommy Raskin killed himself right after the 2020 election at the age of 25. Congressman Raskin was diagnosed with cancer in 2022, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
Raskin is an angry bitter man of intemperate disposition, the archetype nihilist. As hate consumes him, his physical persona changes with the manifestation of evil enterprise. While his cancer is in reported remission, I would anticipate it to resurface in early 2025, after Baal has finished using him.
All of that said, Raskin is pledging to purposefully trigger a civil war within the United States if Donald Trump wins the 2024 presidential election. {Direct Rumble Link Here} Raskin is prepared to work with Democrats and block any certification of any vote that has President Trump declared the winner.
The basic auspices of this nonsensical 14th Amendment, Section 3, argument is that congress can block any person from office who was a federal officer and previously swore an oath to the constitution, then engaged in rebellion and insurrection. It’s the same lawfare argument used by Colorado, Maine and Illinois in an attempt to keep President Trump off the ballot.
The supreme court ruled that states cannot trigger Section 3 of the 14th Amendment:
“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. Raskin sat on the House Select Jan. 6 Committee, and also served as an impeachment manager during the second impeachment effort against President Trump over the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. “The House of Representatives already impeached Donald Trump for participating in insurrection by inciting it,” Raskin previously said.

The military is drawn from us, and is severely weakened, and doesn’t look like they could win a war against anyone, especially against their own families and friends.

The idea behind section three of the 14th Amendment is the false notion that someone who had taken an oath to defend the 1787 constitution broke that oath by fighting for the confederacy. Says who? The states joined the 1787 constitutional union by voting to do so, by voting to ratify that constitution and join that union. Who said that they couldn’t peacefully and lawfully leave that union in exactly that same way, by voting to secede? That was a very open legal question before the war between the states.
What settled that issue was a war, still by far the bloodiest war in American history, that the seceding states lost. Only at the end of that war was it established that states could not seceded. So how can it be said that someone who fought for the seceding states before the question of the constitutionality of secession was settled was in insurrection or rebellion against the constitution? The plain fact of the matter is that section 3 of the 14th Amendment (ratified in 1868) is an ex post facto disability, a disability imposed upon an office-seeker for having done something that was not adjudged or known to be unconstitutional when he did it. (The SCOTUS did not rule that secession was unconstitutional until 1869 in a case called Texas v. White.) Only a fanatic like Thaddeus Stevens would have imagined this to be acceptable to American notions of law and justice.
Section 3 was a bad idea, and Justice Salmon P. Chase pretty much read it out of existence in Griffin’s case. Read Justice Samour’s well-reasoned dissent from the Colorado Supreme Court decision.

The Supremes decision was not if President Trump committed insurrection, their decision only said that individual states cannot make that decision.
And section 3 of the 14th amendment does not give Congress the ability to kick anyone out of office, it only allows Congress to dismiss the “punishment” of kicking someone out of office — if they don’t believe the person actually committed insurrection.
