The prior visit in June and the subpoena for camera footage suspiciously look like reconnaissance operations in preparation for a siege.

I think I recall Jan Halper Hayes saying that the people who are going to have the toughest emotional time once all the facts come out are the progressives. They are not only convinced they are right on every issue, but that they are virtuous, moral, and compassionate. But what is worse for them is that they have felt that they have the full weight of the government behind them and that they are invulnerable.

There’s not a doubt in my mind that the jury had judged him guilty before they ever sat down. The question is will Merchan actually sentence him to jail time? If he does, it’s an indication they’re confident in their ability to steal the White House again. The J6 patriots are still in prison for a reason: to set an example to anyone who dares to resist their tyranny.
The DA, the judge, and the NYC jury all know what their job assignment is — to deliver a verdict of guilty and to then put Donald Trump in jail; or possibly in house arrest if they can’t quite manage to put him in jail.

As for election fraud, I think the Democrats are quite confident they can steal the 2024 election. Moreover, they have good reason to be confident they can do it again.
The hard work needed to ensure the 2024 election isn’t going to be stolen is only now beginning to pick up steam. Whether or not this work will be finished by November 2024 is an open question at this point.

Two days ago, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, in a communication (shown below) to Ohio Democrat Party chair Liz Walters, warned that the Biden-Harris ticket is in dire jeopardy of not appearing on the November General Election ballot:

The most critical part of LaRose’s letter is this:
“…the Ohio Revised Code requires a political party selecting its presidential and vice presidential candidates by nominating convention to “certify the names of those candidates to the secretary of state on or before the ninetieth day before the day of the general election.”
Ohio’s deadline for ballot access is August 7. The Democrat National Convention doesn’t even happen until two weeks after that. Biden not only misses this deadline but misses it in grand fashion. Trump, on the other hand, will clear the deadline by almost three weeks. Remember, Ohio used to be a big deal on the electoral map, and thanks to its 17 electoral votes, is still significant, even if it’s no longer the bellwether it was from 1896 through 2016, when it went to every presidential winner but two (see 1944 and 1960). Democrats are also trying to defend Sherrod Brown’s vulnerable U.S. Senate seat in this increasingly reddening state with Trump on the ballot.
Sounds like not only a guarantee of 17 Trump electors, but with no Democrat on the presidential ticket, a major setback for Brown’s reelection. Why would anyone in Trump’s corner, after understanding that the Ohio legislature isn’t going to waive the ballot requirement and the Democrats are just about out of time to move their convention date to get Biden on the ticket in Ohio, hope instead that Biden would be spared this embarrassing outcome?
Here are three reasons why it is best for Trump if Biden is on the Ohio ballot:
I. Enjoyment
If Biden isn’t on the ballot, Trump will carry the state by an unfathomable margin, with north of 65% of the vote, assuming Democrats show up and vote third party. While that is funny, it would be explained away as a technicality, sort of like how it was always more embarrassing in school to complete a quiz or test and make a 36, rather than to be assigned a “zero” for a missed assignment. I believe Republican challenger Bernie Moreno would also oust Sherrod Brown from the U.S. Senate in this scenario with ease since an incalculable number of presidential-only voting Democrats would stay home, offering up what would likely amount to a mid-term level turnout in the best case, if only to try and get Brown back in there.
My friend and favorite historian Larry Schweikart may not agree, but I had Trump by 14.9% in a fair Ohio race in 2020’s quasi-election, which is still shy of Reagan’s 1984 margin. My current estimate is that Ohio will go to Trump by more than 10 points in the certified (with manipulation) results, and between 15-18% in authentic results not manipulated by mail-in balloting fraud. That would mean we are looking at Trump closing in on 60% of the vote in what was once viewed as the battleground of all battlegrounds, which would not only make it difficult for the Democrats to find enough ticket splitters to reelect Brown but would also show the electorate there would be a major rightward gravitational pull upon Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Removing Biden from the ticket removes the potential enjoyment of a runaway Trump train in Ohio, and perhaps most importantly, obscures true results to mask any potential fraudulent activities in Pennsylvania and Michigan, which are as certain as tomorrow’s sunrise. In this sense, it appears that not putting Biden on the ballot in Ohio can be viewed as a favor to his campaign. No one would buy Trump at 58-61% in Ohio, but not winning Michigan and Pennsylvania.
II. Precedent
This rule is cut and dry. Biden isn’t likely to meet the deadline to get on the ballot in Ohio, and the legislature isn’t going to save his ass. Absent one of the two remedies occurring, it will be Donald Trump and the also-ran presidential candidates and write-in options appearing in the top slot come the fall. The media will cry foul, Biden will claim victim status, and worse, blue states will use the ensuing resentment and moaning and groaning to apply unfair rationale for removing Republican candidates like Trump, even though their efforts so far have failed in the Supreme Court when attempting the insurrection route.
Remember, it doesn’t have to be fair or just. It just must be widely believed as valid. I still believe the rules are the rules, and the law is the law. If Biden doesn’t meet the qualifications, he shouldn’t be on the ballot. He is not owed a legislative favor. I simply believe this oversight is intentional and designed to not only obfuscate, as shown in the first point, but to…
III. Put Democrats to Work Elsewhere
Ohio is gone. It is not only going to Trump, but in decisive fashion, and probably by enough to knock off Sherrod Brown. Knowing the electoral votes are gone, with Brown very likely headed for the showers, the decision to punt the whole state would allow the Democrat party to mobilize its activists in the most Democrat-friendly parts of the state to travel a very short distance to double down on Pennsylvania and Michigan.
From Toledo, metro Detroit is within an hour. From Cleveland, it’s about three hours there, and an even shorter drive to Pittsburgh. Akron, Canton, and Youngstown could alone provide thousands of paid bridge trolls to assist in the mail-ballot game, which begins 50 days before Election Day in Pennsylvania, and severely blunt Trump margins in MAGA-land, while simultaneously blowing up Democrat margins in the heart of Pittsburgh. Detroit, which is losing voting power as its population tanks, needs all the help it can get from the outside to collect as many ballots from the projects as humanly possible with 3 million Trump votes on the horizon statewide.
Conclusion
Blame the Army for training me to think this way. A major party’s presidential nominee hasn’t been left off a ballot since Lyndon Johnson failed to make Alabama’s in 1964. There is no way that the Democrats, the party of trickery and sneak attacks, failed to account for landing on the seventh largest state’s ballot and pocketing at least 2.2 million popular votes for their coveted but he won the popular vote narrative, unless they were up to something more important – like depriving Trump of 34 electoral votes in Pennsylvania and Michigan while we are snickering about this perceived misfortune. Consider sacrificing Ohio like sacrificing your own bishop to take out your opponent’s queen on your next move.
Ohio was bungled deliberately.

While I agree that the authorization to serve a warrant (to “raid” Mar-Lago), over what’s best is a paper work dispute, is outrageous. However, once the warrant was signed off on the use-of-force authorzation is most definitely “standard operating procedure.” No law enforcement agency in their right mind would send their officers in to serve a warrant without any way to protect themselves if something goes wrong. What if, one of Trump’s Mar-Lago employees was mentally unstable and thouroughly pissed off about what’s been going on (justifiably), brought a gun to work that day, and then opened fire on the FBI agents. Are Bannon and Kelly arguing that the FBI should have been defenseless? That it would have been an abuse of power to return fire? Give me a break! They make it sound as if the FBI could simply decide to use deadly force willy-nilly, just becuase they wanted to. It doesn’t work that way folks. Deadly force is only authorized as the last step in the use-of-force heirarchy, and is only justified when someone’s life is in immediate danger or severe bodily harm. I don’t agree with anything they are doing to Trump, but officers must be able to protect themselves when they are carrying out their duty.
FBI agents are not allowed into a courthouse building much less a courtroom armed. They must lock up their weapons in a safe before entering. Same with the White House. Do you think FBI agents can wander around the Oval Office with their guns even on official business?
There was absolutely no indication that the FBI would be confronted with armed resistance especially since the Secret Service was already in control of the premises!
