Both Kelly and Dershowitz reported witnessing bizarre and unstable behavior from the left side of the Lawfare operation.
The modern political left is a cult. They have a definite derangement of the mind, and a hole -something missing- in their hearts. They envy the peace and joy they see in others. They are highly unsettled and unfulfilled. Many of them are manifestly evil. Leftists lack any sort of depth, meaning, courage and/or self-control. When challenged, they lose their shit when the weak nature of who they are is exposed.
Leftists are tribal because their weak psychology requires constant reaffirmation to exist in a world of logic, natural outcomes and non-pretending reality. Nature and the natural/spiritual world as exhibited does not align with their pretending and make believe. Just as the “rules of school” are artificial when compared to the “rules of the farm”, Lawfare is not in alignment with natural laws of right/wrong, good/bad, truth or lies.
At a certain point, the ideology of Lawfare -an emotional construct- has to engage and debate the world of commonsense, practical and logical thinking. Additionally, the chain of custody issues related to boxes of documents in Mar a Lago and the tainting of evidence will be a super fun topic to hear discussed in Judge Cannon’s presence.
Finally, it will be grand if The Court has issued a holding defining Immunity beyond Lawfare’s wildest nightmare, or remanding that matter back to the DC Circuit with specific definitional instructions.

The defense has already challenged Smith’s appointment as a special prosecutor because he was not confirmed by the Senate. Thus he has no standing to file criminal charges.

Great description of what inspires someone join the tribe of leftism. In a way, it is the same mindset that someone joins a gang.
They need a place to belong.
Not all leftists are evil, though it is a great place for the evil to go and demand (and receive) inclusion.
But most just got hurt or wounded early on and need a place to belong. If the overriding cultural influence was Christianity, many of these people would have become a part of a church and had that hole filled and their lives transformed. Sure, many would become annoying enforcers of the church rules, judging others and lacking grace, but at least they wouldn’t find their belonging in a tribe that is actively burning down all that is good in society.
We need to find a way to help these people see there is a better place they can go and belong. But sadly, TPTB has a global apparatus of influencers in every aspect of society to prevent them from seeing what is freely available and right in front of them.

They also believe others are incapable of existing “properly” without being told what to think and do. As a result, judges who are untethered to the law are subject to and themselves abuse the law for political ends. They see Trump and his supporters as a problem that must be solved by manipulating the law, not as individuals who have a God given right to due process and equal protection under the law, or a say in their own governance. Trump’s candidacies and presidency have revealed a terrible corruption that most of us had no idea existed. Pray that reform is possible, that we are not too late.
IMO, our judiciary is nearing MSM levels of fealty to our constitution.

In the final analysis the judiciary had the opportunity… and the DUTY…to adjudicate the clearly corrupt and fraudulent 2020 “election” (coup) which has brought our nation to the point of total collapse.

There is no doubt that this was an attempt to provoke a shootout at Mar-a-Lago and take Pres. Trump out. The FBI is the most dangerous and corrupt organization in the US without a doubt. Why did they go in deliberately not wearing clothing that identified them as LE? That is unheard of. There was nothing about this that was standard. It was a hit squad to murder Pres. Trump.

Truly amazing how unbelievably accurate, Sundance is in describing all leftists in general. Be they lawfare, politicians, antifa, blm or this entire administration. They are all identical. Petty, vindictive, childish, drama queens and accomplished liars.
I don’t underestimate the left. I don’t deal with them on a lawfare level, I associate with them via the outdoors. The left I know are social animals, they organize groups, outings, set up get-togethers, start up businesses, are active and daring.
I belong to an outdoors group that meets once a month out in nature somewhere and practices animal tracking. It was started by a leftist and most members are leftist. Volunteer trail maintenance groups that I work with are mostly leftist. REI, LLBean, Patagonia, Northface are all leftist outdoor gear companies. I use to do whitewater kayaking, same thing, mostly leftist. Rock climbing, mountain biking, snow boarding, you name the recreational outdoor activity and most of it is dominated by leftist, at least here in the Pacific Northwest.
Most of the outdoors education day seminars I’ve attended are put on by lefties, such as wild edible plants and mushroom mycology and the instructors are very knowledgeable and sharing.
I don’t under estimate the intelligence, athleticism or their organizational abilities.
When I’m with these groups I’m definitely the outsider and I keep my politics to myself and stick to the topic at hand. I ignore them when the subject of vaccine and pronouns come up.
When it comes to the outdoors, I have a lot in common with them but that’s about as far as it goes.

Bill I’m right there with you on the fishing and hunting. I took a few day off last week and went prawning near Port Angeles with a crew of like minded America First Conservatives. It was so relaxing and fun. This weekend I’m heading out to the woods to set up trail cams and to check up on a mule deer skull I hung in a tree near a yellow jacket nest, I’m hoping they stripped it down to bone and antler.

Her point about the people “on our side”, former federal whistleblowers, prosecutors, doing their best to make it sound like what Merrick Garland and FJB are doing is just ‘standard operating procedures’ should not be overlooked – those are the swamp planted voices purposely positioned to do their best to persuade those who have not yet seen the strings or are still in half-pretending/half-aware mode that really, there’s nothing to see here, move along.

If somehow Trump can overcome the fraud and cheating in November and gets into office, I hope that Judge Cannon is put to the top of the list for any Supreme Court vacancy.
The judge learned early on not to take any action that is appealable and takes the case out of her hands. Rather than throw it out for any of a hundred reasons as she could have (since the DOJ could have then just refiled) she lets the case progress and at every stage uses the process to effectively put the government and the DOJ on trial. That’s what is happening here and it’s incredible.
For instance, did you catch Julie Kelly mentioning that Cannon wants to know why the Grand Jury did everything in DC (rather than in Florida as per rules)? Rather than dismiss the case on that basis, she enables the evidence Hack Smith didn’t want us to see to become public.
She needs to see the grand jury proceedings first, and Smith has been refusing to transfer them to FL. If he doesn’t soon, that, along with other problems, such as Brady violations, broken chains of custody, etc., might be enough.
She’s a smart judge, and knows she needs a solid record to dismiss a criminal prosecution, as the dismissal can be appealed.
