None of those popular and influential allies on our side can ever answer the question about their silence. None of them can. Why?
The second aspect, “living your best life”, is a natural outcome of living the truth of the thing without apology.
Fearless adherence to the undeniable truth, and a ferocious rejection of the demanded obtuse labeling like, “disinformation, misinformation or malinformation.” Horsepucky on that nonsense, there’s true and not true; that’s it. Full effen’ stop.
Living your best life is living in the truest place physically, emotionally and spiritually. A faithful adherence to the purest truth, the gospel of faith. Fellowship strengthens this critical bonding and reminds us we are not alone.
No manipulative construct can stop you from living your best life; the choice is always yours even if it means you do not participate. Not pretending is an expression of strength; it is the one single action that everyone can participate in with individual purpose and intensity. We cannot pretend and simultaneously live our best life. We can only live our best life if we stop pretending.

Trust me when I say this discussion, while extremely important now, is going to become even more important in the next several months.
I am distinctly aware, perhaps uniquely aware of the information control actions that will take place in 2024.
They will be very intense and very targeted.
In 2020, they locked down voters to create the mechanism of control (ballots). In 2024, I can already see the control approach looming; they will lock down voices. Very specific voices.
If you are a regular reader of this site, you are generally a person who engages in intellectual discussion on daily events and more than likely a root cause thinker. Meaning, you are able to grasp events at their actual cause and not at their highly discussed outcome or consequence.
The challenge is getting those who understand the big picture dynamics to stop being comfortable and sticking their heads in the sand about “motive”. Most people are still clinging to beliefs around a principle of ‘rule of law’ that applies to national leadership writ large. We need to change that thinking quickly – or we will be left explaining ‘what happened’ far too late.
There is also a major issue with conservative “ushers” guiding the audience into a state of tactical numbness. A willful blindness within part of the American electorate, a chosen refusal to acknowledge the implications of the unAmerican and unconstititional actions we are seeing on a daily basis.
It can no longer be presumed to be a matter of, “I can’t see what’s happening”, because a whole lot of normal Americans really are clean and articulate. “I can’t see it”, just doesn’t cut it.
It’s more along the lines of, “I see what’s happening, but it’s scary and complicated and confusing, and if I admit that I see it, I will become responsible in a way that I am not if I keep pretending; I can’t see it or hear it, or maybe I don’t understand it.”
Why don’t we dare say what is so? Are we a bit afraid that if we give up the willful blindness we will perhaps start screaming and not be able to stop? Do we think we have so little courage? Do we really believe that we have no resources to bring to the battle – or nothing more to contribute to the turning of the battle?
There are patriots who some might say resemble one of those slightly mad orchestra conductors who keep yelling, “More trumpet! More TRUMPET!” Many of you are such slightly mad orchestra leaders. Do not be alarmed by some of the strange looks you are getting these days.

I wandered by here 8 hours ago and felt a need to comment on AI. I’ve been thinking about AI since my days of Heinlein, Asimov, Herbert and their peers. I think it’s because Trump, although familiar with elite-ish circles being a celebrity billionaire, is not someone they can trust to keep his mouth shut or always follow orders. If Flynn had stayed in the saddle longer he might have, for example, revealed no end of skullduggery, starting with how they were spying on the campaign to begin with, but far far more, going back decades. So they did everything they could – successfully – to keep him on the back foot. And right now he is currently in four or five lawsuits and if he gets through these there will be more and then there will be – if there have not already been – death threats to his children and grandchildren.
The problem with Trump is that he is using his connection with ordinary Americans as a shield to protect him from assassination and political defeat. High stakes game. I send out links to articles on this website to a group of friends. Most are like-minded, just not informed. They have friends and relatives that are either out of touch or on the other side (or both!!) I figure the more these friends know, the more it might leak out to others.
I have another group of friends (4 women and myself). One is relieved to talk to me because she is very well informed and has difficulty being around the other three which are equal parts, uninformed, brainwashed, and think we are the ones uninformed and brainwashed. I have for the longest time attempted to get them to check out just sites like realclearpolitics so they could at least get something else. No interest. It’s maddening, but they’ll figure it out one day — just praying that day happens before the worst.

Yes, “awakened” is the word. Some are still DeSantis, and I tell them who his backers are. They just can’t get totally to the truth. My husband is a crazed leftie who does not care about corruption as long as he thinks his team is winning. He pretends there is no corruption in our government, even though he knows there is. It just does not matter as long as it targets Republicans. He has admitted it to me in so many words.
He used to be opposed to war, but now he is okay with war as long as the Democrats head it up. This is very disturbing to me, as he has revealed himself to be something very different from who I thought I knew.

I get it, because I have already been trained up. I learned that God methodically strips away every distraction and every obstacle on our personal path to salvation. Anything and anyone you love more than Him is fair game.
I’ve lived it and lesson learned: There is Him and only Him. He comes before all others, including myself. HIS will be done.
It may take others a while to get there, but eventually they will know it’s true.

He graduated from the University of Michigan during the Nixon/Ford/Carter years and declared himself a proud Socialist (almost a given after being in the Peoples Republic of Ann Arbor for four years). In 1988 he called me and invited me to attend George H.W. Bush’s inauguration with him. I was stunned! I asked him what happened to him being a “card-carrying Socialist!” He said it was as he advanced in his career and started making serious money and also started paying attention to how much of HIS money he had to pay in taxes. Then he started paying attention to how that money was being spent by Congress. Then he started paying attention to Ronald Reagan and his conversion was complete. He is a huge Trump supporter now.

Sadly there ARE a lot of people like your husband. My husband used to be one of them before he died. Every day he read The New York Times, the Washington Post, the L.A. Times, Salon.com, Huffpo, etc., and considered himself to be extremely well informed. He considered those news sources as the Bible of what is real and true in America. He lived his life very conservatively, yet always voted for the leftie Democrats. He considered himself to be somewhat “elite” because he believed he was oh, so much better informed than the unwashed masses who voted for The Orange Man, me included. I could not discuss politics with him because he could not calmly lay out his reasoning on the issues. The name calling would begin immediately, then move to insulting me, my intelligence, my parents, my family, etc. It was truly nasty and brought out a side of him I really did not understand. We had to agree not to discuss politics or we could not stay married.
Since he passed and politics in America got uglier and uglier I have had longtime friends drop me because of politics, some family members won’t speak to me because of politics, neighbors won’t attend social gatherings because of politics – you get the idea. It isn’t that I am obsessed with politics – I don’t feel the need to discuss politics all the time. But the mere fact that I don’t agree with these people and they know it seems to be enough for them to banish me. Makes me wonder what they are all so afraid of…

My 22 year old grandson has inherited my conservative views and patriotism. I use him for my insight to the latest generation and I am frightened by what he reports back to me. Socialism has taken hold in this generation with a side of globalism like I can hardly believe.
I am not hopeful for our future. When the rest of us boomer die off, this country will morph very quickly into something that I doubt that I would want to be a part of anyway. Sorry to be so negative, but I have lost my optimism in the children that are coming next to run things.

Although I am “old” (a year younger than President Trump) and semi-retired, my skill set is in business process analysis and improvement. Not a lead person to be sure, but my background is in systems analysis and process improvement.
I am going to mark this conversation as urgent, think on it and come back to it. I need to diagram it out and examine the various facets of the points you have raised. We may want to “divide and conquer” in a collaborative way, and therefore we might want a separate, continuous thread for contributors to work on. I think it may take us a bit to suss this one out.

Thinking of questions to ask friends and relatives to get them thinking, I have had the most luck starting where they live- the TV and with everyday questions.
I ask why are all the couples and families portrayed in commercials and even Hallmark movies interracial? Why is there always a LGTBQ+ character? Is someone engineering this? Trying to change how we think? This does not look like America at all where Blacks seem to congregate with other Blacks, etc. And why are the actors now fat and homely?
And why is California going all electric vehicles by 2030 when the Bay Area has rolling blackouts now all summer long. How will they charge their vehicles?
Or why did people in Chicago buy EV when the batteries freeze and won’t take a charge when it gets to -10degrees?
Look around and question the things that are not obviously political.
I constantly complain to my wife of all of the things you’ve mentioned! Thankfully most ALL of our close family see this and we talk about it at family gatherings. I also noticed that in some commercials they have the one black man doing the grilling while the all white guests are enjoying themselves. Seem kind of a subliminal racism to me.

Like you said, no one is on board with their Build Back Better B.S. And they don’t live their words. Look at how they live. On bottled water, paid for by us. They could care less about their planet. It’s just all about raping you and yours of everything you have, because they can.
Bust the whole Myth about White Supremacists, blah, blah, blah: Puh-lease. The kids on their smart phones don’t know this, because the truth has been blocked, but this language has been going on from the left against the right since I was born, many, many decades ago. I envision maybe a Twilight Zone style adaption for this.

Where did it start? Build on that. Where did we get an illegal Fourth Branch of gubt and how does it operate? Who is pulling the strings?

My perception is people are waking up. I see this when talking to strangers, including those employed by government and law enforcement. But we have a long way to go. I have family that are part of The Lost 10% and they will never be swayed, and I stopped wasting my time trying.

There’s been some headway on the internet, but that can be cut off and manipulated by Big Tech, and some people just don’t use the web.
MAGA needs to create or purchase a national print paper like USA Today to publish the truth and control the narrative. Something that can’t be ignored. Every successful movement has had one. The Bolsheviks, Nazis, and Fascists, odious as there were/are, each had one to shape the narrative.
That takes money and talent. Surely it can be done with 100+ million MAGA supporter.
We do have a good national print paper. It’s called The Epoch Times. The print version is worth reading, even if the stories are a few days old, because the depth of reporting is much greater than you get scrolling past headlines on aggregating sites or others like The Gateway Pundit, The Federalist or Just The News. It’s also old-worldly satisfying to sit down on a Saturday morning with a cup of coffee and actually read a newspaper that you can hold, fold, and even smell.
I am a subscriber to The Epoch Times, but ask someone about it, and you get a blank stare.
We need an official, truthful party organ for the MAGA movement.
Two points.
First, since we already have a newspaper that is straightforward, trustworthy, nationally distributed, and in print, starting from scratch with another paper would take years and many $millions to develop. That is impractical, and certainly doesn’t help us now. I believe cantcforest has the correct idea of doing what we can to expand the readership of The Epoch Times.
Second, your statement “an official, truthful party organ” is an oxymoron. The reason The Epoch Times is straightforward and trustworthy is because its reporting is dedicated to the truth, not just party propaganda. The reason public trust in legacy media polls lower than even the Senate and House is because people know it to be party propaganda for the Dems. So you can have a truthful publication, or you can have a “party organ”, but the same rag can’t be both.
Better that we be committed to the truth ourselves and let the chips fall where they may, than succumb to the temptation of turning a solid news organization into a mouthpiece for whatever message we want to people to hear. A true news organization like The Epoch Times must be independent in order to be trusted.
I read it mostly online and my wife absorbs the print edition. The reporting is great.

When I ask him of his thoughts on information I glean from here I get a skeptical look and a reply of “where do you get this information?” He has no interest in the internet and does not have a smart phone. He could never except the idea that our own gov’t would be up to anything nefarious.

I was there once (young, dumb and blind), and/but among other things I was well-educated toward hating communism and its methods a little more than the actual people (yet still the people allow it, so they don’t get off scot-free). Yes, I have experienced this many times with older people who grew up after WWII and during the cold war. Nobody wants to admit the fell for a con.
As “older people who grew up after WWII”, I must stand up for us older boomers. Neither my husband nor I took any of the jabs.
We did not wear masks. I never wore a mask in the stores or anywhere (except for one trip to a surgicenter to pick up a relative.) We never social distanced. We had a party during 2020 and everyone came (I was surprised they came.)
We joined FLCCC Alliance.org very early and obtained their therapeutics. We did catch Covid in 2022 from a soldier back from Iraq. We immediately took Ivermectin which we had obtained through FLCCC physicians.
Despite being “severely elderly”, I had a sore throat and fever for one day and then took 1 Ivermectin. My fever broke 3 hours after taking the Ivermectin and I was fine thereafter. My husband and son were similarly briefly sick and then well. Ivermectin, Vitamin D and C, gargling with listerine and 1% iodine/povidine nasal wash.
Before FLCCC Alliance.org was formed, I got my information from Dr. Zelenko (now deceased) and Dr. Peter McCullough. I heard Zelenko on the radio and found Dr. McCullough on line from following some of the Frontline doctors in LA.
The information was out there is all you had to do was let it in.

Our border situation will become the eye opening event that will make people question do I believe what they are telling me, or my eyes have witnessed the truth? Our society has become complacent and lazy, people want things 10 minutes ago and do not want to be bothered, ie: the people stuck looking into their phones.
Unfortunately we are at the point of a massive assault within our country that will strike the most innocent of people (this will be good vs evil) and it will be horrific, but the sad part is it is by design. This is when people will ask “ How did this happen in our country”?
It will take an unthinkable act of horror for the complacent people to open their eyes, we know the truth, we have been trying to make right that is wrong, don’t stop it is worth it.

I have family members and friends who now avoid engaging me in political conversation. I think the reason is due to my approach. I don’t directly challenge their assertions or argue with them but I do ask questions which are uncomfortable. Questions that are intended to get them to confront their thinking and to understand they are bring manipulated by the media. Not sure much of anything gets through their thick skulls
In my experience awareness of the true status of things is a mixed bag. In my immediate family there is awareness, in the extended family and friends much less so. I have tried but usually not as successfully as I would like. I always suggest to people to read the work of Sundance. I am not sure much more in the way of communication will be effective in enlightening many of the yet to be enlightened. The country is very much polarized now. You either see the truth or you don’t. The ones who will not see are very difficult to reach.
Unfortunately the unenlightened include many Christian churches. Many I have contact with do not yet understand that we have been and continue to be invaded by a foreign army and one day that army will be used kinetically, and not just demographically and economically, against us. Not talking about the massive crime waves to come. The professional Republicans are in the process of a deal to allow the invasion to continue but just make the invaders legal at entry. This so they can say they did something and get their funds to Ukraine as they desire.
Some of us were awake long ago. More discernment? More personal experience with the evil in the world? The US is or was a comfortable place full of people seeking a comfortable existence. The rough ugly side of the reality of life doesn’t touch most people here. Give a person a week without food and water and idealism quickly fades and reliance on God makes the thinking much clearer.
I read a lot on TCTH and other sites comments like “everybody knows the ’20 election was stolen”. I WISH that was true! A lot of people STILL don’t know that and many will never believe it. Maybe I have more friends and family who belong to club Libtard than a lot of people here, but I even know some conservatives that question the election fraud, probably because they still get their information from Fox News.
My FIL, who was on the Trump train before I was, still watches Fox, as does both my neighbors. I’ve seen some conservatives who voted for Trump in ’16 and ’20 who are not nearly as supportive of him now and I’m sure it’s because of Fox. I’ve tried to get my FIL to see that Fox isn’t much better than CNN, but he doesn’t want to hear it.
I think these people will ultimately vote for Trump, but some of them would’ve voted for DeSantis in the primary if he had stayed.
I know plenty of libtards who still believe everything their favorite MSM propaganda source shovels them. Some who’ve lost loved ones and suffered their own health issues, refuse to even consider it could’ve possibly been due to the vax. If you mention election fraud they’ll say “there’s no proof”, “it’s been debunked” or “Trump lost every court case”. I can try to fight that with facts, but it’s a losing battle.

We need Rush Limbaugh. Conservative talk radio has totally dried up. It used to be in everyone’s ears and in their cars. It’s completely GONE now. There is not one audible voice, besides Tucker. There is just a few websites. (Including this one) That’s it. Rush was mainstream. He was an unapologetic truth teller and laughed in the face of the libs. Exactly what Sundance is always describing. I live in a small, conservative, TX town. Our conservative radio station no longer exists.!! It’s a paid programming station now. People need to HEAR the truth, not just read it. I don’t care about video. I want conservative talk radio back on the air. Rush used to play in every shop in this town. He cleaned house with me and went to work with my hubby. It united us. It drove headlines, even. Radio was our collective voice and we owned the genre. Why give that up? Make radio great again!

Every one of MY family and friends listened to Rush every single day. You want modern? Well this site crashes repeatedly, even with Brave browser. The government tracks your phone. Streaming TV costs MONEY and most older folks just watch MSM because it’s easy. You don’t get banned from radio (looking at you, Twi-X). There is no sign up. No subscription. No special tech needed. Even my dentist’s office has the radio on when i got a cleaning this week. Radio is free, easy, universally available, and we already used it for our collective conservative voice for over 30 yrs.
I agree with you. 12-3 hasn’t been the same. Rush didn’t say some things outwardly. You had to listen. The last year he got more outspoken. More truth. I love talk radio and I am not necessarily old (56). Everywhere I go to work, I like to listen to the radio. NO ONE has them anymore as stated above. I remember that as kids, we all got our own “stereo” at 14. What a great thing that was!
I have an old boom box that I keep in the trunk of the car that I can plug in at work. Bongino does good work since he left FOX. My 30 yr old kids tune in to him periodically. Rogan is their go to. I’m one of those rule-of-law clingers that thinks that efforts like O’Keefe’s are going to change hearts and minds. It’s a long process but it’s ultimately the only one we’ve got. Yes, we are fighting organized crime at an unprecedented level. I pray that there are those closer to the top of the food chain who can surgically remove the corruption without killing the host. And when President Trump gives up on restoring the nation, I will too.

I have siblings who are aware that something is wrong and very sinful with U.S. government. But they give me that look quite often when I try to talk about some of the deeper details. They watch/read Fox news, thinking it’s still a leading conservative news site. They didn’t know who george soros or vallerie jarrett are. Never heard of Cloward-Piven stratagy or alinski’s rules for radicals. They have been uninformed on a lot of the details about our corrupt government.
So they might be learning some things from me, at a baby step pace. Or perhaps they think I’m crazy, hard to tell.
I have one good friend who is right up to speed with all the corruption, we have good conversations about such. He is a Treehouse reader too. Most other friends & family speak about it at a much lower level of intel. But most would be willing to take action to improve the situation in some way or another if they only knew how, and if the risks were small (and there’s part of the problem, afraid of the risks involved).
As far as tools, a good, honest replacement for the compromised Fox news outfit that is not funded or owned by the Saudis, China, leftist billionaires, corrupt governments, or george soros offspring would be great.
