Trust me when I say this discussion, while extremely important now, is going to become even more important in the next several months.
I am distinctly aware, perhaps uniquely aware of the information control actions that will take place in 2024.
They will be very intense and very targeted.
In 2020, they locked down voters to create the mechanism of control (ballots). In 2024, I can already see the control approach looming; they will lock down voices. Very specific voices.
If you are a regular reader of this site, you are generally a person who engages in intellectual discussion on daily events and more than likely a root cause thinker. Meaning, you are able to grasp events at their actual cause and not at their highly discussed outcome or consequence.
The challenge is getting those who understand the big picture dynamics to stop being comfortable and sticking their heads in the sand about “motive”. Most people are still clinging to beliefs around a principle of ‘rule of law’ that applies to national leadership writ large. We need to change that thinking quickly – or we will be left explaining ‘what happened’ far too late.
There is also a major issue with conservative “ushers” guiding the audience into a state of tactical numbness. A willful blindness within part of the American electorate, a chosen refusal to acknowledge the implications of the unAmerican and unconstititional actions we are seeing on a daily basis.
It can no longer be presumed to be a matter of, “I can’t see what’s happening”, because a whole lot of normal Americans really are clean and articulate. “I can’t see it”, just doesn’t cut it.
It’s more along the lines of, “I see what’s happening, but it’s scary and complicated and confusing, and if I admit that I see it, I will become responsible in a way that I am not if I keep pretending; I can’t see it or hear it, or maybe I don’t understand it.”
Why don’t we dare say what is so? Are we a bit afraid that if we give up the willful blindness we will perhaps start screaming and not be able to stop? Do we think we have so little courage? Do we really believe that we have no resources to bring to the battle – or nothing more to contribute to the turning of the battle?

My extended family is made up of about 30 of the smartest people I actually know. As a matter of course, they reject anything that disrupts their own comfort levels. Most have long since decided that Government is corrupt but that you can ignore Government corruption, for the most part, and it will not affect you. I am not part of that crowd. I would say about 6 or 8 members of my family are aware of the level of damage already done because of the tendency to follow this head in the sand approach to keeping Government out of their lives.
I sense the others are becoming more restless because they have noticed that the Government is even ignoring the most basic of common sense facts that they know are a big part of their basic truths. They are shaken, but they are still hiding from the most uncomfortable truths. Several key members of the family are also making a nice living from working for Government contractors and have a vested financial interest in keeping their current jobs. This group has already been targeted and mostly subdued, but among them, I see more awareness than some of the rest of us will ever have.
I am known as a discomforting anomaly in our family because I never let people become comfortable when they are clearly hiding from the realities around them. When the stuff hits the fan and they realize they can no longer hide, they will first search for the truth and most of them will easily be able to find it. I hope this is the case with everyone’s families because, at that time, we will become a force the Government cannot contain.
I am frustrated for now, but I know where most of my family will stand once the truth confronts them. We have to start with our own families, and let it spread quickly from there.

When I first began talking to my mother about what she was seeing on Direct tv for news and how it was mostly lies, she looked at me aghast and exclaimed “they aren’t allowed to lie on the news”. I have recently retired and I have been blessed with the time to perform research. Research on Covid and the vaxx. On the UN. On politics. I received my degrees in my 30’s so I had worked blue collar jobs for decades before changing my career. After getting the education, I continued working for construction companies, in a new capacity. I soon learned how ignorant upper management usually is. I have spoken with friends I made over the years recently from the trades, electricians, ironworkers, carpenters, pipe fitters, plumbers, all the trades. I have also spoken with the professional side, managers, owners, etc. what I have found is, the tradesmen and the guys who work for a living have mostly followed up. They read the UN Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030. They read the research articles about the mRNA vaxx and Covid. They have high school diplomas and trade school, but are much more intelligent than their college educated peers. Almost every one of the educated professionals have told me that the information I sent them was technical and boring, thus dismissing it. The blue collar guys waded through the technical jargon, looked up the terms and language when needed. And now are healthy and informed. The guys who run things are still ignorant, vaxxed up and sick, and think they know it all. Just my observation and experience.

I have used these many time over the years with great success. I have changed the opinions of many people without losing friends or family in the process. You just have to wait for the right opening. By the grace of GOD:
1- The natural by default position of my network is the acceptance of the government complete corruption from top to bottom.
2- Their perception has become more clear. Instead of general statements about our betters they are very able to point facts out IN PRIVATE.
3- We need to get away from everything digital on our communications with others regarding our situation and what is to come.
I would also add that we need truthful sound bites to communicate to others. Linked assays and/or videos from X or Y person will not work. We are out of time for an educational campaign. We just need AWAKENING. That will do nicely when the time is right. And do pray, patriots!

We all can discuss just this one item in minute detail. But there are a hundred more such issues needed to know. It takes time, effort and energy. It has to be a life mission. Only a few percent are devoted to such a mission.

There is no substitute for hard work, learning and understanding. One has to read and study. The tools available are at one’s fingertips. The issue becomes priorities: leisure versus learning. I cannot make people care about the country – sadly.

It was from reading CTH and my normal Bible studies that brought me to conclude all government constructs are both necessary AND corrupted. I am from northeastern Pennsylvania. I grew up in a small town of people with much ignorance. For example: my parents and everyone in this town taught us than green peppers are mangoes. Most people are petrified to fly on a plane. They believe everything they hear on the 6:00 evening news. They don’t question anything. It wasn’t until I married and moved to Florida that my eyes were opened. Everyone in Florida is from somewhere else. So they tend to be a little more observant, not blindly trusting everyone. I pointed out to my family that I didn’t think John Fetterman was up to the task of being Senator since he could barely speak. My brother’s response to this: “Fetterman all the way!”
When I asked my sister what she thought of Fetterman, her answer was “ We vote blue up here!” That’s how corruption is bred. Ignorant people are easy to fool. I rest my case.

Family (They live back East, in the city)i: Many think they “hate Trump,” but if you ask what policy of his that hurt them, they can’t name one. They never bring it politics/corruption, but if you do, they’ll agree that “yes, gthings are bad,” but will add something like “but hasn’t it always been?” They see it as “business as usual” and have no idea how serious it is right now. Also, just like they watch the trendiest TV show or go to the trendiest movie, they try to have the “trendiest” political opinions, and in the case of politics, it’s whatever they see on their idiot boxes. They are ultimately uninformed and don’t know it.
As far as the community goes, this is rural Heartland and solidly MAGA, but people fail to see how important it has become now and don’t talk politics much, but just go on with their lives, as usual–

Friends and family all believe there is corruption in the government. My parents actually believed that Johnson and CIA killed Kennedy…wore our Kennedy button with the black ribbon, but still voted democrat!!!! I’m sorry, but I have given up on the “political solution” to the wholesale, lawless corruption of our government (state, local, and certainly, Federal). Unelected and quasi-elected (a.k.a. “selected”), corrupt, lawless people run all branches of the government. The few scattered, honest, perhaps honorable exceptions to this for the most part, are culled into acquiesance. For example, if I were to run for Congress, via a House seat in my state of Idaho, I’d be only one of 435 (535 counting the Senate) voices in the US Congress. I’d be set upon by poltical forces in my corrupt GOP-run state of Idaho, as well as those power brokers in D.C., as well as certain “influential supporters”, to play the game by DC’s rules. I’d either become corrupt the minute I swore my oath of office, or I’d be ostracized in Congress, with no allies, no committee assignments, no voice by the single vote I hold. Because of my ineffectiveness in office, I’d be out within two years. I’ve played in those GOP waters before, held an elected party office (central committee), and for the two years I held that office, there were non-stop efforts by the GOP establishment to push me out of it.
Again, I’m sorry, but “living my best life” means not playing in those waters, i.e. the political process. I am a voiceless, disenfranchised citizen. For the life of me, I cannot see how the next election can change corrupt results of previous elections, when those counting the votes, are unchanged. When those CONTROLLING the next election, gained their office and legal and political power, through fraud.
Elections don’t guarantee the integrity of future elections. Only armed force does that, and the other side, i.e. both Dems and GOP-e, control law enforcement. I don’t have a badge. I grew up, not raised (quite another discussion), hating more than anything else, a lie. It boils my blood. If you’re pretending anything, you are not really living!
Being so passionate has been the key in my case. The small business I work for used to be populated with pretenders. Pretending the TV for instance was giving them information. I would rail at it, I mean let it rip! At first I could empty the lunchroom. I’d start yelling and everyone would pick up their lunches and leave the room. Didn’t matter. The boss’s daughter wanted me fired. Didn’t matter.
Then people with smiles on their faces would ask me a question knowing I’d go off. It was a fun game to them, for awhile. But, it gave me an opening to further open their eyes. I shocked a lot of them. I could go on…
Now when anything happens, serious faces come up to me and ask me what I think about this or that. Some of them are even more vocal than I am at this point! In short, they are awake. Worried and awake. Can you say tinderbox?
It’s not just here at work, but neighbors, people at the stores, people know. All we have to do is be passionate and speak the truth! It will give them the strength to stand up… with you! I’m not the most eloquent guy around, but I believe in my heart that truth is the only way.

We were watching TV, and Sanjay Gupta, MD, was chastising a woman who was reticent about the COVID mRNA vaccine; he lyingly said “it is safe.” Another guy in the neighborhood, a retired Marine Major, when I started to give info about a subject, shut me off (he was in my home) saying “I am not interested in that….”
Answer to first question: People in my network know of some instances of corruption, but they aren’t connecting the dots and they really don’t see the big picture.
Second: There is some awakening here, but it is a small minority.

Knowledge of scale of corruption – Only one of my children is very pro-Trump and she has seen the corruption from the start. I’m not sure she sees that it is both sides and widespread. She is the only one besides me that knows the 2020 election was stolen. I do think my other children are waking up somewhat, but I wish we had more opportunity to talk. They are all so busy with work and family things. That’s why I choose my topics carefully and find something I have a firm grasp on so I can get my point across clearly. I think the information regitiger posted really got their attention. January 6 was something they all saw on tv news, but regitiger’s post took them “backstage” to see what really happened.
My perception has changed over the last few years because I read here. Covid opened some eyes, especially when their child had to wear a mask to school, even on the playground, while stadiums were filled with maskless adults watching football games. They still seem to support the vaccines, although one did decline to vax her younger child.
As for communication tools, I say every tool in the toolbox, from old-school flyers to community meetings to billboards, t-shirts and to technology-based platforms like this site, even though there will be lots of censorship. We need to flood the zone and let them play whack-a-mole.
There are too many stupid people in this country who squander their time on things that keep them ignorant. For example: women spending hours and a lot of $$$$ having crap glued to their fingernails. Or guys spending hours and a lot of $$$$ adding yet another pair of sneakers to their gym shoe collection. The internet makes a huge amount of information available and they do not take advantage of it. And unfortunately all of the things that are really important right now cannot be boiled down to a little 2 panel cartoon which is about all these people can handle. These are the people who are most susceptible to propaganda.
And then there are the people who are deliberately lying for whatever reason. The corrupt media is possibly the worst, most but not all are members of the Democrat propaganda machine. And then there are the corrupt politicians like Schumer and Pelosi and Romney. And then there are the corrupt jackboots and spyboyz like Peter Strzok and Stefan Halper and James Clapper and Merrick Garland. All of these people are sociopaths.
We will be in an endless battle, folks. And we’re never going to win, it’s going to be more like keeping a roach infestation at a controlled level. Vigilence. And we have to keep fighting otherwise things are going to get a heck of a lot worse.
Also note Carlson’s weak support of Trump and even though in general he was paying Trump a compliment, likening what Trump wants to a return to the 1980’s is a major insult. Why people suggest he be the VP is beyond me. If I could control things he’d be right where he is and not having anything at all to do with the Trump administration.
This is not a good use of your precious time, ladies.

Sundance, I spent some time yesterday and this morning regarding your questions above. The average knowledge of corruption is very low as Americans want to believe their government would not do that. Well, their eyes are opening now that the state of our union is not good. My wife and I have been telling family members, friends, acquaintances, and social media contacts about the corruption within our governments for quite some time. I/we do believe that these people are indeed waking up and coming to grips with the notion that our nation is no longer what we boomers thought it was. Many are dismayed and cannot see that anything will come of my wife’s and my own efforts to effect change locally in our in state political activities in AZ. However, many more have come around and have changed their party affiliation from democrat to republican here in AZ and in our birth state of PA. Many have begun to do their own investigations and knowledge gatherings to see and read it first hand. We direct all of them to The Treehouse to read the “Truth” and not fabrications. My wife directs people to other trusted sites that she reads on social media that I do not as I am a knuckle dragging anti-social media IT guy. To finish up, we need to continue to speak the truth in our circle of influence and use social-media that does not filter content that someone deems to be subversive.
Two essential points missing in this discussion of our modern world:

and how this can be changed.
When Paul wrote his letter to the Philippian believers he reminded them that they were living “in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation.” (2:15)
However this is true of every generation and every congregation of Christians. That is also why Paul wrote to those in Rome who had become followers of Jesus Christ, both Jew and Greek (i.e. non Jews):
“None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God.
All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good, not even one.” (3:10-12).
Only God reveals our true nature and why.
Only God reveals what he has done through Jesus Christ to remedy this problem.
All attempts by people to define the problem and resolve it without God have totally failed.
