They don’t say it the same way as me, because they are far more articulate and eloquent, but boy howdy have Carlson and Peterson come to the same conclusion.
Four years ago, you heard me say it loud, “Stop Pretending and Live Your Best Life.” The first time I realized this was the best and truest hope for our restoration was after holding years of empirical, undeniable research in my hands and finding nothing but willfully blind, isolated and siloed deaf ears in DC. What Tucker Carlson describes below is the disconnect between the people and those who hold power.
In this joint discussion about the future and possibility within this year 2024, both Jordan Peterson and Tucker Carlson take the first part of that framework, “stop pretending”, and turn the phrase into “speak truth.” Yes, yes, yes, THIS. When I have been asked for the past several years about what needs to be done, what can we do, my answer to every voice, influential and comfortably invisible alike, has been ‘STOP PRETENDING’ – just stop pretending. WATCH:
Stop pretending the gaslighting narrative is real. Just stop pretending. Stop ignoring the lies, and start confronting the liars directly. Look at the other voice, regardless of who they are, stare boldly directly into their eyes and speak the truth of the thing. Just stop pretending. If we all stop pretending, the narrative engineers will find no one to purchase their bulls**t anymore. At the same time, speak the truest thing as loudly as you can to confront those who use pretense as a shield to retain comfort and influence.
EXAMPLE: Mary McCord sits at the epicenter of every single Lawfare machination deployed against President Trump. This is a demonstrably true and factual reality. Yet, how many allied voices do we see publicly making her known and as a consequence uncomfortable? No one. Why? Why isn’t every person of influence talking about the true thing? Why hide behind “they” and “them” or some bland, undefined, esoteric blame-casting toward an irrelevant institution. We may not know the name of every person, but we know the name of the one single thread that unites all of the effort, Mary McCord. Why is it so hard for allies to factually identify her and the corrupt behavior she is engaged in?
I no longer stare at the absence with a side eye of suspicion, I now glare knowingly and angrily at the face behind the willful omission. “You know, and I know you know,” is what that stare represents. None of those popular and influential allies on our side can ever answer the question about their silence. None of them can. Why?
The second aspect, “living your best life”, is a natural outcome of living the truth of the thing without apology.
Fearless adherence to the undeniable truth, and a ferocious rejection of the demanded obtuse labeling like, “disinformation, misinformation or malinformation.” Horsepucky on that nonsense, there’s true and not true; that’s it. Full effen’ stop.
Living your best life is living in the truest place physically, emotionally and spiritually. A faithful adherence to the purest truth, the gospel of faith. Fellowship strengthens this critical bonding and reminds us we are not alone.
No manipulative construct can stop you from living your best life; the choice is always yours even if it means you do not participate. Not pretending is an expression of strength; it is the one single action that everyone can participate in with individual purpose and intensity. We cannot pretend and simultaneously live our best life. We can only live our best life if we stop pretending.
We are not fleas looking into a furnace. We are an assembly of unique and strong individuals with the ability to choose, act, express freewill – and/or ultimately, we can choose to be acted upon. There are more of us than them!
There are many conservative ushers, many paid for their job in the business theater of politics who would prefer we do not question our seating assignment – let alone challenge the scripted performance we are told to watch on the stage. Understanding this facet is going to become increasingly important, as the specific people who control the mechanisms of power become ever more exposed.
A comment by Gemstone aligns with a current communication question I am seeking to solve. I also remind myself that when I find difficulty in solution, you guys – the smartest and most aware group of our nation – always have exceptional insight that can help me. Here’s the comment:
…”Sundance, When I attempt to inform the not so informed around me with the information that I read every morning on your pages I receive looks of “no way”, “seriously”, and “why is this the first time that I am hearing about this corruption”. I don’t know how people can be so ill informed. Well, we know as it is easier for Americans to keep this corruption at arm’s length until if finally slaps them upside the head.”… [link]
My questions:
♦ What is the average knowledge of the scale of government corruption within your network (family, friends, community)?
♦ Has their perception, perhaps as well as your own, become more awakened in the past few years? Why?
♦ What communication tools do you think are needed, or would be of value, in order for more people to understand what you are aware of?
Trust me when I say this discussion, while extremely important now, is going to become even more important in the next several months.
I am distinctly aware, perhaps uniquely aware of the information control actions that will take place in 2024.
They will be very intense and very targeted.
In 2020, they locked down voters to create the mechanism of control (ballots). In 2024, I can already see the control approach looming; they will lock down voices. Very specific voices.
If you are a regular reader of this site, you are generally a person who engages in intellectual discussion on daily events and more than likely a root cause thinker. Meaning, you are able to grasp events at their actual cause and not at their highly discussed outcome or consequence.
The challenge is getting those who understand the big picture dynamics to stop being comfortable and sticking their heads in the sand about “motive”. Most people are still clinging to beliefs around a principle of ‘rule of law’ that applies to national leadership writ large. We need to change that thinking quickly – or we will be left explaining ‘what happened’ far too late.
There is also a major issue with conservative “ushers” guiding the audience into a state of tactical numbness. A willful blindness within part of the American electorate, a chosen refusal to acknowledge the implications of the unAmerican and unconstititional actions we are seeing on a daily basis.
It can no longer be presumed to be a matter of, “I can’t see what’s happening”, because a whole lot of normal Americans really are clean and articulate. “I can’t see it”, just doesn’t cut it.
It’s more along the lines of, “I see what’s happening, but it’s scary and complicated and confusing, and if I admit that I see it, I will become responsible in a way that I am not if I keep pretending; I can’t see it or hear it, or maybe I don’t understand it.”
Why don’t we dare say what is so? Are we a bit afraid that if we give up the willful blindness we will perhaps start screaming and not be able to stop? Do we think we have so little courage? Do we really believe that we have no resources to bring to the battle – or nothing more to contribute to the turning of the battle?
There are patriots who some might say resemble one of those slightly mad orchestra conductors who keep yelling, “More trumpet! More TRUMPET!” Many of you are such slightly mad orchestra leaders. Do not be alarmed by some of the strange looks you are getting these days.
My questions:
♦ What is the average knowledge of government corruption within your network (family, friends, community)?
♦ Has their perception, perhaps as well as your own, become more awakened in the past several years?
♦ What communication tools do you think are needed, or would be of value, in order for more people to understand what you are aware of?

At Christmas, one of the grandkids brought up Taylor Swift.I said,Oh I can’t stand her, ugh,,so they wanted to know why,It was Christmas and I didn’t want to :start:so I just said why should people listen to her about anything, her personnel life is a mess.I had just seen the fake video of her telling her dad,she had to do something about the upcoming presidential election,,,
Fake meaning it was rehearsed..so now I know really what that was all about.
But the way I combat the lies,is I keep bopping them on the head with the truth, and when they keep seeing over time that it was the truth, eventually they get it.
I don’t care if they like what I say,I don’t care if they think I am crazy, cause I am crazy right, hahaha,,and really the people around me know it.
Taylor Swift is like the harlots at the temples of the false gods, standing outside enticing people in,,,that is exactly what she is,and they, like as through time, they fall for it.
“Taylor Swift is like the harlots at the temples of the false gods, standing outside enticing people in”
I agree. A false idol in the bread and circus tour.
Another delila that will do you in if you enter her temple.😳
The entire Swift/Kelce/NFL is nothing but marketing 101. What a fake romance. It just reeks of as old Rushbo would say, “plastic banana.”
I don’t get her appeal. She is heavily muffled with all sorts of musical overlays. You never hear her actually sing anything, just lots of visuals and high tech effects.
“I don’t get her appeal.”
SEX.
This isn’t complicated. It’s as old as the human story. That’s why she writhes around the stage while her voice is heavily supplemented with instruments and electronic music. That’s why she isn’t 30 lbs heavier.
Ethel Merman was a far better vocalist. Magnitudes better. But the false corporate gods couldn’t get a message to the young brainwashed skulls full of mush in today’s America through Ethel. They’d ignore her.
She is not sexy – her audience is girls and moms.
According to data, her audiences about evenly split men and women, 48%, men, 52% women that’s pretty even over a large fanbase that she has. also, her audiences about 45% millennials. So it’s a young audience, and Young usually equals naïve and attracted to celebrity
In today’s world girls and moms are as attracted to “sexy” as boys and men. Look at the behavior of young girls in videos.
She is an ideal (idol) sex image to them.
And the false corporate gods are part of the problem we face.
Well, I am sure she has piles of dirt in her ‘squeaky clean’/sarc persona…
Same. She had hope in Country. I think Vince, Allison and Co. did their level best to reel her back over here…
She had left the plantation…
Seek out the pop version of this song. Can’t
Do it.
This is really the ONLY TSwift I can even grasp at.
And anyone who’s musically inclined can hear that she can’t hold pitch through a melody. She’s inaccurate in her intervals. Actually sounds pretty weak in this performance.
My guess is her voice is being processed through an auto tuner. It adjusts pitch to always be dead on regardless of where she’s actually singing. Unless she trained and improved her ears between that video and today. But if she’s still singing through an auto tuner, that’s the definition of Fake.
Her appeal is she is very pretty, dances around in a sequined one peice bathing suit whole loud music destroys your hearing. Not really my thing.
Like a meatball…she has been crafted and formed…into a false image. She has a great marketing team.
Business is in business to make money. But this one, with the recent hints at satanism in her show, we needs to keep an eye on her.
Compare Taylor to the young Lucy Thomas. A young supremely talented English girl of 19. Swift is a painted fake who has hoodwinked the whole younger generation strutting half naked to loud music meant to cover up her lack of singing talent. Try Lucy, you’ll lover her, guaranteed!
OMG!!! Fantastic! Lucy Thomas appears to be the real deal! WOW!
Thank you!
Trailer Swift
Perfect analogy for Taylor Swift.
Let me offer a counterpoint. I remember 10 years on, on dreaded reddit, a conversation about how terrible Guy Fieri of Food Network fame is. Man the opinions were heated, and it consumed the conversation. Until one person asked “What has Guy ever done that elicits this level of vitriol?” Some attempted to come up with something, but none could really. Eventually a decision was made, in that saner time 10 years ago when saner minds roamed in saner times, that maybe this whole idea of Guy Fieri being terrible is just something I’m not going to automatically buy into. And with Taylor Swift, I was tempted to get on her hater-train when she started showing up like a planned event on NFL games, games I don’t even watch but somehow I’d see that part of the game like voodoo. And yeah, she’s a giant Biden voting idiot. But why do you hate her? Really?
I read an article about 6 weeks ago where it was mentioned she could influence the election…with her 8 million sycophants, ignorant and uneducated, who understand nothing about politics. And might insert herself to blowing her dog whistle.
Good is bad and bad is good, darkness for light…
Maybe she is a good person, I never met her and don’t plan to…but I have seen enough so I will get back on that train. And pray for her.
I said I can’t stand her,not hate.
But,,,she is part of the whole machine that attacks anything wholesome, sweet, innocent.I can’t stand any of that.
If it is not of God,then it isn’t. I hate what they do,not them.I get angry when all I see are young women, thinking everything in life has to be sexualized.
Now it is being used to actually decide the fate of this country. So yeah,I can’t stand any of it.
I also makes me very sad.I remember my sweet ,very little granddaughters singing along with, why you gotta be so mean…yeah why???
I just had a splodeyhead moment with the only person I know. I yelled.
There was an argumentative moment until I said my father died due to the shot.
Then…silence.
HE took the shot and is worried. So am I.
I cannot tell you how angry I am.
I am so very sorry, for the pain you are feeling. It is harder,I think, when it is something they did,and was not something that just happened.
I have two people, that I love dearly that took one shot.I had begged everyone I knew, not to get it.I pleaded, begged, every time I saw them.
Now I pray, that they will be protected from the evil, that it won’t hurt them.
I also pray, that I won’t be eaten up with anger at this ,that I can give it to God.
But, but, but…she was so new and refreshing when she first came on the scene as a young female entertainer. I agree with you, Mom…
She is pretty but I was looking at a recent close up photo of her…like all of us…she is losing her looks…subtle in skin texture enhanced with all the makeup making her look older…her days are numbered amongst the teeny boppers…but I digress…she had, what Ii perceived to be a ‘harsh’ expression on her face hidden by a fake smile…my impression…Too many of these hollyweird types think and believe their own arrogant importance…but I found that smile to be plastic and insincere and very ‘harsh’. She is in her 30’s…she knows right from wrong but that does not make her money.
Sundance, bless you!
Some of the most prescient, concise and CRITICAL advice and information for the entire populace!
STOP PRETENDING!
SPEAK THE TRUTH!
I can tell you that I was so lucky to have two top virologist/immunologist friends tell me on March 16, 2020, the truth.
I never knew what they even did for a living until that day! NY shut down, and they both knew the truth about Fauci, that no wet virus could have a vaccine, and this entire farce was just that.
They stated the entire scam. May God bless them for telling me the truth.
Gosh, maybe that’s what the stickers on the gas pumps should say! Or on the Billboards — then a link to theconservativetreehouse.com!!
There is a cavernous difference between a constitutional conservationist and a provincial. The latter is a species of parlor monkey doing the biddings of its organ grinder.
Except inside the Beltway the peanuts they feed on to often include nuggets of someone else’s gold.
♦ What is the average knowledge of government corruption within your network (family, friends, community)?
Family knowledge is far above average. Many friends are catching up, but not where our family is. (I’m the only family Treeper, but some siblings and in-laws are reading here now). Community is catching on. I’d assess the larger community is in various stages of awakening, its deep sleep is over. A few are still in denial or shock, including one who is a candidate for the House of Representatives.
♦ Has their perception, perhaps as well as your own, become more awakened in the past several years?
Family was always first in perceptions and independent thought. We often challenged each other, and it was rough at times making sense of events. I include myself here. Friends, including those who bought into the Covid bullshit, were a mixed bag. Denial and a sense of supreme (not superior) knowledge held some back from awakening. It was tough for them to admit being duped. Their lives were more miserable than those starting to see the light. Their misery was not getting the level of company it once did. The larger community were very much like our friends. Misery looking for company and affirmation. Holding on to old paradigms. Being influenced by propaganda and unable or unwilling to see things are they were/are.
♦ What communication tools do you think are needed, or would be of value, in order for more people to understand what you are aware of?
Here are a few ideas:
Face-to-face communications work very well, especially in small groups. I’ve had some recent successes in getting group members to spread the word to their networks. Then, we hit another topic. For instance, we’ve talked about the Uniparty and the illusion of choice. People are understanding that there is no substantive difference between establishment dems and RINOs.
Visual aids: Simple timelines and charts also work well in defining root causes of issues like inflation, crimes against property and persons and for the more advanced people, excess deaths of people 18 -45 years of age. Also, that ‘there are more of us than them’.
Catchy, short phrases such as: “Speedy trials are the rights of defendants, not prosecutors.” “Frauds works both ways – either too good to be true or too bad to be true”. “There are only two genders. All others are imaginary (or fake).” “No college loan forgiveness without mandatory service in the armed forces.”
Always let people know they’re welcome to our happy existence, even if they show up late.
Sundance, I agree with you. There are people who are awake and do their research such as the Treepers, others are starting to come out of their slumber, and those who are oblivious to what is going on. They are more concerned about the Super Bowl and Taylor Swift, what’s on Netflix, posting on Facebook and Instagram, and keeping up with the Joneses. I still see people walking around in masks. The DS is afraid of We The People doing the research and educating ourselves. We need a Great Awakening AND a Spiritual Revival.
They are afraid because the Age of Information quickly morphed into the Age of Disinformation . Unsettling times lead to easy hysteria and wish for totem deliverance.
Wearing a mask is their way of saying, I want to feel safe again. It is a symbol for their fears. Ripe to be harvested by fear-mongering Democrats.
I think the Ken Paxton class action lawsuit against Pfizer is going to wake up a lot of folks—whether they are open or not.
Oh my.
The problem I see is that people don’t know what truth is. They think “my truth” is the truth.
So, how do you know what is true? I simply investigate the information. It’s either true or false or some combination of both.
For instance, the first lie I heard about President Trump was after he declared his candidacy in 2015. CNN and the rest said he was, “anti-immigration and is a racist.” But, I heard him say he was anti-ILLEGAL immigration and he was fine about immigration as long as it was lawful. That doesn’t sound racist.
So, I looked up his speech to cross and compare. I was right and CNN was lying.
Mal, Dis, Mis does not alter the truth. In fact, usually those words are used to deceive people from knowing the truth. Those buzz words are expressions of disagreement about any given information, but that same information could very well be true.
Lifted up egos, pride, haughtiness, stiffneckedness and the fear of being wrong is the problem I see. They just don’t know what truth is and don’t care about knowing it.
Additionally, people around me are very comfortable with good jobs and money. So, it hasn’t affected their lives enough to motivate them to look deeper. But, I do have a couple of good friends who mostly get it. And why?
Because they care about the truth.
The reason people don’t understand the world they live in is due to two things: age and time. Older people (35+) generally have settled down and may choose to be inquisitive of the world around them. People who have LOTS of time aren’t just inquisitive, they’re fully engaged and have integrated their worldview into their identity’s. They have time to dig thru the rabbit hole – most younger people don’t have that time – not even close. And some people never have a middle age enlightenment, they simply don’t care.
Idk what the percentages are, but it’s safe to say that we are the minority. These machinations working against us are predicated on the fact that the overwhelming majority can be manipulated bc they don’t care. And that overwhelming majority is influential – it dictates what we can and can’t say in public. I myself have noted several times I bit my tongue and held back my true feelings, my true position.
Petersen was astonishingly inspirational and actually outshined tuckers very decent speech. Petersen was right, the power we have lost can be reclaimed if we simply speak the truth and say what we mean. We aren’t in high school – we shouldn’t care if our truth makes us unpopular or offends someone.
It’s ok to have a different view and frankly the view many of us share is like Tucker said: normal. We aren’t the extremists, so quit acting like we are and be proud of our views.
Peterson is a charlatan and a coward.
“I mean, look, obviously many of those people convicted were doing what they believed in their heart of hearts to be right, and maybe there is some truth to their quams about the Democratic process. But here’s something to consider, if you’re serious about unifying the country, don’t do the one thing that would piss your opponent off to the point where they felt they had nothing to lose. I mean, look, the left really believes these are ‘far-right insurrectionist Nazi terrorists’, whether that’s true or not is irrelevant. Pardoning them will only engender the undirected rage of paranoid Radical Leftists in such a way that compromise becomes impossible. If you thought the summer of 2020 was bad, you ain’t seen nothing yet. For peace, I mean, I think they have to be a sacrifice. If the January 6 prisoners knew that they had to remain in prison for the sake of comforting the other half the country, and finding commonality, I think they, well I hope… would be ok with that”
So basically that @#_& meth head believes that Patriots should sacrifice the rest of their lives not to upset the blue haired hippies
Its more basic than that;
that @#_& meth head (Petersen) believes that compromise and negotiation are possible, and therefore that pardoning the J6ers would “piss off” the leftists to the point of torpeedoing such a compromise.
He of coarse is incorrect, there is NO possibility of compromise or negotiation, hence nothing lost by pardoning J6ers, and his arguement for not, demonstrates just what an overeducated idiot is.
Many of my communications with those around me has included reminding them that we the people have the power but we are not recognizing it. We are being bullied and are taking it without pushing back. It’s been my go to talk when I know other topics will be rebuffed. It makes them think about where they can make a difference along with all of us who already believe that.

knowledge of government corruption goes way back in my family. at the local level we knew and my grandparents knew how certain men got their jobs on the county road crew. FDR and his ugly wife were known to us as communists. First thing we knew about JFK was the stolen election, his dad was crooked and the government had him killed. no question about those things. just general knowing. my family never bothered to vote and Grandad would quote Mark Twain (I think) “If voting made any difference we wouldn’t be allowed to vote.” but back then government did not have such an impact on every day life. it was just a joke.
My family refuses to acknowledge that there is any corruption in the government. To them, Biden is a nice man, a gentle soul with a speech impediment. There is a little inflation, but they aren’t really affected by it because they just buy what they want when they want it and don’t really care if it costs a little more. They aren’t worried about immigration because they think the US is quite capable of offering unlimited help to “those in need from other lands”. They are quite isolated in their enclaves. Wars – oh well – we’ve always had wars going on, but we’ll get an AR-15 in case the Russians invade the US. They only watch MSNBC news and have gotten every Covid booster, children and adults, and take pride in how protected they are.
Politics to them is a waste of time because their minds are made up and they don’t want to discuss anything about it. They work long days and relax last thing at night with a Roku movie from Amazon. They raise a lot of their own food because it is more healthy. Most of them are vegetarian, low carb, low fat, mostly no sugar diets, eat disgusting weird food because it is supposedly better for you to eat spinach-carrot-strawberry smoothies, kale salad, squash soup, and gluten-free garlic bread than to eat roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans seasoned with ham, cornbread with butter and a slice of lemon pound cake.
Their mail is full of Democrat scare literature because they occasionally donate. They make sly (subtle as a tank) digs at President Trump whom they consider a scary clown figure.
I know of no way to wake them up. I have tried and get ridiculed and lectured for the little bit of trying that I have done.
There are the same kinds of people in my world. They still refuse to think anything is really wrong because of just what you describe. I pray they wake up soon. I doubt they will but there are also many who have and are looking for answers. Mixed bag of where people sit in the group closest to me.
I’ve not only given up trying, I do my best to change the subject if a conversation borders on the political. Why? Because my family members are the insufferable do-gooders who would report me in a heartbeat for wrong-think. The same mentality of committing a family member to an asylum a hundred or more years ago…
… and then taking over the committed one’s home and personal possessions.
If anyone has family members like this, and they have a key to your house for emergencies, change the locks.
Completely in the same boat as you. I am the family pariah because I am MAGA. I call them in their crap and they cave but never change.
funny. not funny.
No questions for them?
You just described my family too. I still interject the truth in our conversations but they pretend they don’t hear it. Lester Holt and USA Today told them what they needed to know
I think all our troubles boil down to one word: fear. I advise others not to be fearful. I point them instead towards God, who *always* has our six.
Evil thrives on our fears and exploits them to lead us away from God. Fearful people can’t act. They can’t think. They freeze like deer in the headlights. And that’s why they succumb so quickly to those with evil intent. We simply cannot live our best lives in fear.
Something in me always skips past the fear part and goes straight to righteous anger. I’ve always been guided by spirit. Even as a child, fear had no place in me.
The only thing that concerns me is accomplishing what I was born to do. I don’t want to let myself and God down.
I am guided to places like this Treehouse. There are like minds here. We guard the perimeter and defend the weak. The world needs more of us now.
To answer Sundance’s questions: My family, friends and community notice something is amiss. But being firmly ensconced within the matrix, they don’t know exactly what, nor do they really understand the stakes.
They rely on fake news. They watch football games. They talk about Harry and Meghan. What else is there to say.. matrix matrix matrix!
Yes, I believe our perceptions are more awakened of late. I’m not sure why that is, but it may be a world consciousness shift. Something akin to a spiritual awakening is taking place in our time.
My main ‘communication tool’ is prayer. Sometimes I even wake up praying. I get a lot of assistance from the spiritual world. This has been a true blessing, a calling, in fact.
Those who rely strictly on outside media sources, whatever they happen to be, are invariably led astray. This is because the news we receive from outside is at best subjective and thus a distortion of truth. At worst, it is propaganda and deception.
People need to plug in to the *source* of all knowledge, what I call the information superhighway.
The only roadmap I know of is faith.
Judith, your narrative is beautiful and inspiring, and if you could be cloned, this would be a much better world.
Absolutely agree 100%. The only thing I would add is the deadly sin of pride. The libs I know are very fragile. They cannot handle being challenged. They refuse to engage because they are certain they are the smartest and most compassionate person on the face of the earth
Yes, the ‘superiority complex’ is part of the deceit. People who are conned and scammed often have fragile egos and weak personalities that are susceptible to false flattery and praise.
We live in a country where millions could care less. Additional millions vote Democrat because someone told them if they did they would be considered a “good person”. You can’t fix stupid. Saved for last are the millions who believe the story book tale that we are a nation of laws. We have been going into the third world nation status for many many decades. Just the last thirty years where we are still under eight years of Clinton judges, eight years of the Bushie/Cheney cartel, eight years of the “transforming America clown, and now O’Biden. If, you wanted to see a disgraceful destruction of our Judiciary just watch Little Dickey Durbin and his gang of fellow America haters as they place judges into the Federal Judiciary. Some have no clue that there is a Constitution.
Two of my neighbors have gotten disability approval in the last year. One is an alcoholic who is tremendously overweight which is the source of her “disability”. The other is also overweight which doesn’t help her bad knees, but within a month of getting “my disability” she bought a Lincoln Continental and spent New Year’s at a resort with friends and family of which two others are on disability.
They are strong Democrats because Biden gave them “their disability”.
I doubt either one is about to “wake up”.
Yep.
SPIT!
Government employee unions allowed after 1962, created this buffer between the people and their government.
Unionized government workers took control of all government services and caused the death of community volunteerism.
Try to do something in your community, and you are immediately stopped because even if you want to pull weeds in your public part you are told NO!, YOU ARE TAKING AWAY A UNION JOB!!
That is how you destroy the heart, blood and soul of a community – put a layer of government employee unions with vested interests in only their candidates winning elections, all elections. This has reduced community ownership by the people, whose only role now is to keep these 22 million government employees today flush with cash.
.
I always find great fellowship in impromptu volunteer ‘work’ — maybe that is why it is discouraged . . .
The more I talk to people the more concerned I get because it seems virtually no one has a clue what is happening. I tell my family and they say yea I know but in reality when pressed they really don’t. Folks I meet that are worried don’t know why they are worried they just feel SOMETHING isn’t right. I try and ask probing questions to see what they know and basically get vague answers. They don’t know where to turn for accurate information, don’t know who to trust or where to turn. There really are a LOT of lost sheep out there that will be like lambs to the slaughter when the SHTF. I spread the word about Treehouse and tell them to read it every day. Many now do and have thanked me. I have been “prepping” since Obamas first term and see where it is headed, and I am convinced it will have to get a lot worse before people wake up.
Tough questions SD.
People who have the knowledge want and except it ,not many know or follow as much as we do .
Others may know somethings wrong ,but listen to the news , and they follow the propaganda box narrative.
Others just don’t care ,they’ll never care till it’s way too late .
Tools ,I am lost here .
People generally aren’t interested in politics.
I’ve helped a few people with COVID shots (ways to opt out), and got people to never take them again . totally turned maybe one person completely around ,to make them like us .
It’s a rough world out there . most people aware are generally engaged ,but maybe not on our level.
It’s kinda exhausting to keep up ,ya know 🤔
I have a cousin who is a lawyer now in FL…comes from a long standing, NY family, union, democrat family of way back…everyone on her side of the family skipped the ‘Rona shot..and they are flaming liberals….so my question is –Why?
Some still have a portion of a brain and can still use it?

a. family … An older relative seems to be coming around, and didn’t even fight back today when I told her that based on something she said, she agreed with President Trump. As for my siblings, one yelled, screamed, and hung up the phone on me when I cheerfully shared that I had attended a Trump rally … this was months ago now, we haven’t discussed politics since, and frankly, not much else either. Another sibling favored Vivek, that’s about all I know, might vote for Trump since Vivek is out. And another sibling? Who knows … doesn’t say a word about politics, seems to just wear an intentionally blank look when the topic comes up at a family gathering.
b. friends … After Covid, friends are hard to come by. Currently, I have people who seem to like me for being an artist or who like me for keeping culture alive by dancing in the pow wow or who will chat amiably enough at a gathering focused on shared interests, or pretend friends from church groups, but just plain friends … maybe someday, unless I really just am the solitary artist type.
c. community … While I live in a blue county, many in Northeast Ohio are Trump supporters who listen to Oliver Anthony on the radio or smile at you in agreement if you’re brave enough to actually say “Trump 2024” in public.
2) As for heightened perception, I personally was pretty much raised a Conservative from birth. If people are becoming more awakened, they seem pretty quiet about it.
3) What communication tools would help? Seems to me, the tools that people are trying their best to censor. And yes, even the communication tool of us living our best lives. There is a certain person at work who tends to be very negative and who sometimes comments on my seeing the good in life … Now if only this person would try seeing the good in life instead of apparently being jealous and continuing on the gloomy/doomy path of least resistance. When you get down to it, this is a spiritual battle.
I have a lot of friends and family who are otherwise intelligent and well educated (engineers and scientists), yet they’re brainwashed libs. I believe the one common denominator among these educated dem voters, is that they’re either atheist, agnostic or spiritually apathetic. They vote dem because they associate the GOP with judgmental Christians, who are easy to judge negatively and despise in their minds.
I believe it really is a spiritual battle and that things might get much worse before they get better.
Politics follows culture. It is our job to change the culture, by speaking up and pushing back. It is not Trump’s job. He is just there to pick up were we the people leave off.
Jaye, I appreciate your comments, I find them always enlightening. But I think the idea that politics follows culture used to be true, but is no longer. In fact, it used to be that changing politics was basically impossible without first changing the culture. These days, however, politics follows money and the perpetuation of power, depending on what wing of the Uniparty we are talking about.
TPTB no longer care about culture, the plight or the will of the American people, the Constitution, the vital interests of America, or anything they were elected to care about. They don’t serve us and have no intention of ever serving us, no matter the state of the union or the culture. They serve the cause of one-world global government, the major source of their funding and where they believe they can continue in their positions of power. And where they believe they can continue to reap the rewards of the corrupt money that flows to them, from either Wall Street, or the WEF, or their other associated communist collaborators. They all – R’s and D’s – love George Soros and Bill Gates.
What they want is total control over the global population. The most glaring current example is the Ukraine war – Putin is the one really powerful man left on the planet (aside from Trump) that they do not control. The Ukraine war has nothing to do with Ukraine, and everything to do with eliminating Putin.
I agree that speaking Truth openly, defiantly and even aggressively is mandatory for everyone, and is absolutely necessary in the fight against these people. But to defeat these people, our actions are going to have to be much, much more energetic than that.
R, you triggered a few deep thoughts on ‘culture’ and “TPTB”. There are companies that are not woke…for example…don’t buy Coke or Pepsi…try RC (last I read they were not ‘woke’). Replace other wokey products with less woke stuff. Or make your own as able…. As best as one can…avoid any big box type store…anyway…
Culture….there is a lot of research that goes into the defining of “Baby Boomers”, “Millennials”, Gen X, Gen Y ad infinitum, that relates to their upbringing and how/why they behave the ways they do…a psychology study of generations.
…corporatists use that info to sell their products. Crafting advertising towards the marketable characteristics etc of these groups.
Politicians use the data/info/characteristics to craft their directed or target “message”….like “Hope and Change” or”Transforming America”…and even “MAGA”. The first two I mention were to mislead Americans, the third is to save America.
With heavy but true sarcasm…its called, in business, finding your target audience and what is important to them. And capitalizing on it while avoiding the ‘disruptive competitors’.
Tools to counter the adversary are important…but understanding the adversary and their strategic tactics, is very important, too…Understanding how they get a subtle foothold.
I respectfully disagree. Politics does follow culture.
Why do you think culture has been changed deliberately, especially so much lately? Why are they PUSHING the trans lie?
They know they are ultimately on the loosing side. The young people are RAVENOUS for Truth, for something worth living or dying for.
Make Families Great Again!
Make America Godly Again!
BINGO!
I remain unsure of what communication tools are needed. We have so much available, we need to be sure the most important messages do not get lost … and also….
Twitter /X is becoming less and less accessible to those of us who have been suspended or do not have accounts. In years past, I could access, search, read and copy the link to any post.
My second account was suspended in 2023. Since that time, I first could access from any devise and any browser. Then, I could access ONLY from the browser where I was ‘signed in’ (auto sign in from when account was active). Then I could only access during certain times of the day (which were not consistent). Yesterday, I could not access at all. Today, I could access for about 1 hour and one account (Last Refuge) before being blacked out again. I just tried, this moment, and I can access again, for now. So go figure.
Twitter / X does allow us to read posts with direct links that have been shared in an articles, blog post (like here) and Truth or other social media.
The average knowledge of government corruption, within my circle of family and friends, continues to increase, but, in some areas there is still much scary room for improvement.
Regarding level of awareness: The closer to urban areas or people of influence, the more willingly blind they are. For some, it means accepting that those they’ve known and trusted for decades do not have our country’s best interest in mind. For another, it is ‘playing nice’ and not wanting to possibly disagree with their liberal, woke neighbors. I’m not sure WHAT it will take. Ignorance is bliss. I see this mostly in GA and worst in the Atlanta suburbs.
“The closer you get to the laundromat”, as Sundance puts it, the more skeptical and, IMO, the more aware people are. All pretenses are removed. The outcomes of the corruption are felt daily.. in wallets and in the number of people addicted and dying from drug overdose or suicide.
Outside of those directly involved in local politics who are all over it, my circle of friends in FL is more aware, but I fear too many are tuning it out because they are sick of it all. Some were all in for Desantis for President and have been forced to accept he is not the person we once thought. This has only added to their frustration so they choose to ignore it all. Seeing Jacksonville ‘turn blue’ didn’t help – BUT too few people got involved during the primary and now they wonder how it happened.
I’m one who still has hope for change at the grass-roots level … BUT, too few ‘conservatives’ bother to pay attention who is running in their primaries – the very election where we have the chance to replace those in office who are not listening to us. Even county commissioners are being funded by PAC money and passing laws to benefit their donors and not their constituents. We must have local action to increase education and awareness and fight back against ‘the candidate with the most money’
“It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done.”
To your questions Sundance:
♦ What is the average knowledge of the scale of government corruption within your network (family, friends, community)?
Family? In-laws are very conservative Trump supporters from the time he came down the escalator, and are incredibly tuned into what is happening to him. Yes, they see the corruption, but are not aware of the details of who the players are. Covid very much opened their eyes. Very anti-vax, anti-mandate of any kind. In fact, my FiL had the police called on him by a fast food chain because he refused to wear a mask. After he got his order, he went outside and sat down on the curb to eat, and they called the cops anyway. No arrest.
Wife/son: Both DeSantis supporters initially. My wife supported him because of my son. Both are somewhat caught up in the media lies about how anything Trump does is bad. My son does not like his tariffs regardless of what facts are provided. I blame a certain online influencer who claims to be conservative and has a certain following among young people. As far as I am concerned, the online influencer has not made much of an impact anywhere other than speaking engagements or other activities that only contribute to his ongoing existence.
Both wife/son will vote for Trump. The only impact I had on either was in describing some of the Lawfare targeting of Trump, how that could happen to anyone, and how no other candidate is saying anything at all against that corruption.
Daughter? Quite indifferent to politics in general until I explained why her paycheck was so little, and where the taxes are going. She is very conservative, but just not into politics much at all.
Community? Many can see the unjust targeting of Trump. You can tell some are aware of more details than others.
♦ Has their perception, perhaps as well as your own, become more awakened in the past few years? Why?
For all mentioned above, I think they are as aware of conservatives/Republicans being targeted by the left as they ever were. Also for all, Covid and targeting of kids in schools very much opened their eyes, along with very spirited conversations with the in-laws. Concessions are never easily made.
♦ What communication tools do you think are needed, or would be of value, in order for more people to understand what you are aware of?
Short write-ups of the key players such as Mary McCord like the one you provided recently explaining in detail every little corrupt act she has been involved in, but shorter still.
EXAMPLE: Mary McCord, went to White House with Yates specifically to take out Flynn. More detail here.
Mary McCord appointed amicus curae to the FISA court during X, more detail here.
Mary McCord in the background on Kavanaugh, more detail here.
REPEAT THESE POSTINGS!!!!!
I tried searching recently for what McCord had been involved in just to clarify what I remembered, and it took some searching before finding the right article.
Same with Pompeo, Esper and Milley and what they did in Syria. Again, it took some searching to find the right article. Short facts of what they were involved in enough to interest the reader, and a link to more details in a longer article if the reader is interested.
I think part of the problem with many unconverted people are short attention spans. Unless they get interested in something very early, they glaze over and skip reading articles, particularly if they are long.
Put the bottom line facts at the top, with details in the article below to back up the facts. This might make it easier sharing these with others such as on social media.
Get their attention with short facts, and they will follow the links to more details.
Rumble videos with slideshows of these facts with video snippets cut in.
Example: McCord again. Slideshow of facts of what she has been involved in, with video snippets of her in the news spewing her narrative.
Same with any other topic. Short facts in a slideshow followed up with video and audio.
Podcasting is popular. Do a podcast with the same topics as your articles. Make it a video podcast to show the same slideshows and video as mentioned above. Podcasts can get noticed quickly by others who can help spread the message.
The mask thing is coming back. I had the misfortune of accompanying my mother to the ER last week. Almost everyone in there was masked up. A few staff challenged me to wear one, but I saw others going about their business without masks, and I knew it was voluntary. I politely declined.
As I traveled into other areas of the hospital I saw that no one had masks on in the lobby areas or in the cafeteria. It was only happening inside the ER. The ER staff also came around twice to urge us to take a Covid swab test.
Slowly at first, then all at once.
So this week I had my own doctor appointment. I noticed all the masks in the lobby, but I didn’t get one. In the mammogram room I was told by the technician, a young Swifty looking gal, that I couldn’t get tested without my mask on.
Here we go again.
I’m a systems/process auditor & analyst.
I find it incredibly effective to ask “why” until the person I’m talking to arrives at an answer. “5 Why’s ” sometimes takes “10 or more why’s”
Patience is key here.
Communicating/messaging? I stole this from Bongino… “sound bites & snapshots.” That’s what generates interest/curiosity & draws people in to hear/learn more.
I’ve never been much for pretense & pretending but I have moderated my speech in the workplace. That’s how I settled on asking why as many times as it takes.
Thank you Sundance.
2024 is really for all the marbles. its time to fight or flight .
If you get your information from MSNBC, CBS, ABC.. and you accept what they are telling you as gospel then you would think a Treeper is a lunatic
We are a very large country.
Riots in Minnesota, New York, DC or Philadelphia don’t affect me in Florida. Border crossings are not apparent here. We still have pride in our country and community. The blue states will not turn around until that sense of pride is restored. This will need to be from the top down by unselfish gov leaders to enforce present laws. I don’t see where this needed change will come from. The more squalor the more gov money gets sent so selfish politicians can waste and pocket.
In listening to family and neighbors it seems they are becoming more aware that something is very wrong.
They notice the symptoms but are trusting
“the experts” taking another booster!
Some are blaming big business and the rich while defending the leaders of their party. Always learning but never coming to the knowledge of the truth!
Why are we different? Did we become conservative? Or did we only have that word attached to what we always were? And we have found others who “get”us.

Keep adding…
The picture is clear. The enemy is defined. The mission is in front of us. My family and friends are a mixed bag still of those who are awakening and those who still refuse to look and believe the truth. There are some who have been onto the truth since Obama and see it even more clearly now. Communication is desperately needed and a media company who delivers the truth with clout would be ideal. Keep fighting. We see, we know, we act.
Thanks SD for a great analysis as usual.
Badlandsmedia?
If the MSM had shown any of what was happening on the border for the last twenty years people would have objected, but it has been studiously hidden. Now there are stations which are starting to let it be seen.
If the American people are not wised up by the images of the world’s hordes streaming across our borders then there is no hope for them.
For many the pretending isn’t just about things being scary, it’s about denying their complicity in what’s gone before. There are millions of quislings who gleefully joined in the efforts to make us disappear. The “good Americans” are still there and they know what they did. It isn’t just the jabs or the lockdowns or the election steal. Far more, it’s their willingness to join the mob, to pile on against anyone who defied the approved narrative on any issue.
Censorship, shouting down our voices, denying our right to an opinion didn’t happen overnight and the ones who joined that effort have not atoned in any way. The pretending starts and ends with them atoning for what they’ve done. Not for what they “believed”, but for what they did. NOBODY honestly believed that doing evil results in good. Nobody believed that censorship leads to free speech. Nobody believed that racism in hiring, admissions or any other endeavor leads to less racial tension. Nobody believed that burning cities is peaceful protest. Nobody believed that stalking soccer moms for having the audacity to speak out against pedophiles in the schools is just or decent.
Until millions of good Americans openly acknowledge that they participated in horrific behavior, until they accept their errors and make effort to atone, nothing will change.
So how do we reach them? I haven’t got a clue. Most seem willing to dig their delusional world deeper rather than admit what they’ve done. The pretending is their solution to never admit the evil of their behavior. Facing that is their real fear.
Forty or even maybe 50 years ago…there were psychology expieriments on college campuses….where the student administered electric shocks that were painful to their classmates…if I recall…a lot of those giving the shocks had a hard time to stop inflicting pain.
Stanford prison experiment…no the shock one was the milgram experiment I think. Both had similar results.
Satan is a communist.
I feel the weight of corruption to be crushing. I experience it daily. In local propositions to build a 160 million dollar hospital to be floated by those of us paying property taxes. In doctors trying to sell me, my mother, my friends on chemotherapy drugs that are killing. I see it in a Congress that just now pretends it’s going to impeach Mayorkas. I grew up in the 1970s, and even though I was a kid, I felt the toll of Vietnam (uncles who served) and I felt the corruption of Watergate (though I see that differently now) . It’s almost as if I can only talk to people who understand the same. Either that or everyone I know, knows. Democrats are another matter, of course. Some of the conservatives have bought into the pretending con and some are frozen into inaction. I urge everyone to act. I try to present actions to take. I myself take action. It is sort of like bringing your gun to the gunfight. You don’t want to play dead and hope they don’t shoot you–or if that is what you want to pretend that’s both cowardly and stupid.
Most of the people around me do not even know what Nikki Haley’s real name is.
When I explain that her name is Nimrata Nikki Randhawa Haley, was born on January 20, 1972, in Bamberg, South Carolina, to Sikh immigrants from Punjab, India, who were not U.S. citizens at that time, they are shocked. They don’t even know what “Sikh” means.
I believe it is unacceptable to consider voting for a candidate for president of the United States with no more information than most people know about her.
The only information you get from researching her is 4 pages of President Trump making fun of her name but not saying it correctly so those I speak with still do not know.
I think she’s another “zero”.
As far as my family is concerned, we can’t discuss politics. They are all dumba$$es.
We all just need to keep calling it out. God will use one or many of us for that pivotal moment. But we can’t wait for others. It’s like when we refused to wear masks. Let’s refuse to let them wear their figurative masks and lies. Pull them off.
It happened to me the other day at work. Co-worker says to me, ‘look, president’s don’t have any control over, do not control the gas prices…’ That was my ‘in’ and I responded in a manner consistent with facts and examples of the levels they can manipulate…Everyone reading this knows what followed in my answer and replies. I saw her dim liberal light begin to glow.
What is the average knowledge of the scale of government corruption within your network (family, friends, community)?
Most of the people I know are aware of major problems, but they are totally taken in by some media source somewhere and are convinced the problem is ‘them’ — and are content in a way to rail against ‘them’ without actually doing any specific work. On the other hand, I have gotten to know a number of whistleblowers through my work as an attorney. It’s absolutely amazing — there are some really sharp, astute powerful thinkers out there. What scares me is that most of them are playing defense — they are doing a great job of gathering information, sharing it, helping other people, building networks and leveraging resources — but that all came after they were targeted. Someone, somewhere, in management knew exactly whom to target and take out — and the competent, serious, capable and independent thinkers were all identified and targeted and chased out of the big institutions where they started when that was where the brightest folks went. For every 1 sharp guy building a self-reliant new world there are probably 10 sharp guys who never knew what hit them or why they were taken out — who blame themselves or cannot handle the wife’s anger at decline in living standards.
♦ Has their perception, perhaps as well as your own, become more awakened in the past few years? Why?
It’s easy to ignore stuff when you are comfortable. When it bites you personally, you start paying attention. Usually there is something fundamental, like basic honesty or safety regulations which get blatantly violated – and someone feels shaken, outraged — hey, you can’t mess with/lie about that — which wakes someone up.
♦ What communication tools do you think are needed, or would be of value, in order for more people to understand what you are aware of?
Specific details. Every time I give details, people’s eyes glaze over and they say “well I haven’t read about any airplane accidents lately, so it must be okay …” Really ? So I tell them about the close calls and the proven maintenance fraud and the details of the one major carrier who had 4 hull losses (totally wrecked beyond repair) in 1 year ! A first for aviation. Because no one died the NTSB does not characterize it as an accident.
Note: They will not agree with you. They will never admit you are right, because then you might suggest they take action. Inertia rules. But they will think about it.
My family knows what’s going on because of both my brother-in-law and me.
But all of our “educated” friends, including doctors, computer scientists, physicists, mathematicians, accountants, and chemical engineers . . . are either Never Trumpers or Biden supporters. And none have stopped taking the injections. My best friend is on injection five.
I give my friends credit for never objecting to my never wearing a mask, nor have they ever excluded me for being “unvaccinated.” So . . . they aren’t ideologues, or maybe they have learned over the years to tolerate me.
I talk to them about what’s really happening, but they trust the television far more than me, though they admit “something or other in the wild things you say might be right, I just don’t know.”
All support war against Russia, all believe that we are helping the Ukrainian people. They were enthusiastic adopters of the vaccine passport. They make as many purchases as they can with their cellphones. They believe that illegal immigration “will change the country, but is needed because of our low birthrates.” They think that Biden is doing a “pretty good job” with the economy because there are many job openings, which they believe indicates a healthy economy for workers. The higher prices at the grocery store don’t concern them. They are relatively wealthy, and the stock market has been doing okay. They think the government did the best job that it could during covid.
I am honestly a little afraid of my friends at this point. I had no idea until the last few years that their minds were so influenced by “mainstream” news sources. I’m the only person telling them anything different. I’m the only “educated” person in their circle with these perspectives; so, I make no headway.
As for my community, there are “trans children rights” and “climate change action now” and “black lives matter” and “we see and accept you rainbow signs” throughout this high income area.
I feel isolated here in western Pennsylvania, and will be moving within the year to a new state.
You must have great people skills to maintain your friendships. A lot of serious vaccine takers did not want non-vaxxed in their circle.
And t he other side of it is hearing about the people coming down with the turbo cancers and watching lives you know torn apart. Nothing to do at that point except to be a kind and good friend and never mention the vaccine.
Wasn’t there some Fawlty Towers skit years ago where someone ran around saying “Don’t mention the War” in front of the visiting German or something ? I feel like a total idiot when I quickly tell an unvaxxed friend – ‘don’t mention the shot in front of x’ — knowing that x’s wife is dying of a horrible sudden cancer.
Soon after taking the experimental injection, one friend (age 58) got prostate cancer; another (age 57) got heart arrhythmia, another (age 57) got shingles, another (age 55) went suddenly and completely gray; another (age 56) developed blood clots in the leg that won’t dissolve after numerous different medications; another (age 58) was limited to his bed for four months, unable to move without severe pain, doctors baffled by his condition.
All continue to take their experimental injections on schedule.
I have gently mentioned that “there could be unknown long term effects of taking any medication, especially new ones.”
But they respond with the same slogan: “Correlation doesn’t imply causation”; or “studies have shown it is safe and effective.”
When there is causation, there is correlation or association; correlation should tell us to look for possible causation, and to be cautious because causation could be present.
But when I say this, they look at me blankly.
They have “vaccinated” their entire families. They cannot believe that they have injured them or have brought any risk of danger to those they love.
And to prove that they were right, they continue with their injections. To stop now, would be to admit that they put their children in danger. This they will not do.
Great Idea Sundance!!! In my circle of friends, and family at least 90% didn
t buy into covid, clot shots, no fraud, or corruption. Through my media sources I knew on day 1, EVERYTHING covid, and shots were lies. I spread it links, and opinions relentlessly. In 2020 I was lucky if anybody defended me. Today its the vast majority!!!People are doing the same as I did. I
m a New Yorker, besides going on local politicians Facebook pages, I go on people like Georgias Kemp, and Illinois governor Pritzkers asking why they were at the World Economic Forum meeting in Switzerland. Tons of people are! Ill be on Lindsays again, and Haley calling them warmongers! Its making a huge difference, check it out people!IL politicians have been very quiet…Duckworth and Durbin…
Pritzker wants an address change to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. If they can’t push Michele? Pritzker will be a disgusting option.
Wow. It could be awesome for us if they run him.
Ppl should be questioning Gov. Abbott directly asking why he was in India when his State is being invaded?! Send emails, letters, phone his office. See what answers he gives.
I ask my other half this question for years. The reply is always 1. You try to convince me when you really need to influence me. Shoving these facts and data points down my throat will never make me swallow it no matter how true they are. 2. Many people are into self development so you have to reach them that way through influencing. Think Tony Robbins kind of influence peddling. Incorporate things like NLP to assist. 3. They can only digest in small chunks. I tend to overwhelm them with knowledge and details. It is too much for most people and they shut down when confronted with it. 4. Trump is loved or hated. For those willing to be on the fence about him he is too brash for them because MSM reports him that way. They think he is too harsh because MSM paints him like that. He doesn’t connect enough to his non base through middle points like say religious groups, unions, etc. he need better marketing in that area to appeal to people. 5. Many people have never experienced something like this before. People who lived through communism understand somewhat but we are so far past last world war that people are asleep and in disbelief. As history is erased so we are doomed to repeat.
the thruth? the bad guys arent going to tuck their tail beteen their legs, roll over and die even if we manage to get Trump elected in 2024. they dont want peace with us there is no way to live peacefully with them……unless we all just keep pretending. we’ve seen the evidence. there’s mountains of it. you need no more to reach conclusions. they are cruel and hateful and ruthless and want you and I gone. if they could kill us all with no consequence, there would be no hesitation. thats the truth. what is taking our people so long (decades)to realize this and when will we ever do anything real about it?
Average knowledge of government corruption: I am shocked by how cynical people around me are yet they don’t think there is anything to be done about it. C. S. Lewis said something very similar about fellow soldiers who didn’t believe anything their superiors in rank were saying about why they were doing what they were doing. Lewis did believe the superiors; if he hadn’t, he considered himself morally obligated to protest. Lewis’ reaction was that, if his fellow soldiers didn’t believe they were being sent into battle for a good reason, they were, as far as they knew, allowing an incredible level of evil to happen. On the other hand, these same soldiers did their duty admirably anyway, willingly risking their lives. So, Lewis said, this combination of actively doing good while not pushing back against perceived evil was why England would never be either very good or very bad.
The perception of those around me has changed greatly, let’s say it’s 5 times what it used to be. For me, though, it is 50 times what it used to be. And I would say the difference is that I believe a difference in understanding requires a difference in action. So for me one discovery has led to another as I have heard more people tie more things together that always bothered me a bit. But for those around me, they are trying to go on living life normally, and you can’t get too close to the realization that we are in a more morally polarized time than WWII, if you want to live life normally.
Communication tools: of course what we need is a megaphone like the mainstream media is, or at least was. But in my area I am trying to resurrect the idea of a phone tree, except by email. As in, I am sending out email to a bunch of people about things I am aware of that more people need to be aware of. And I’m writing it in such a way as to make it very copy-and-sendable. And I’m keeping my name out of it. So people can pass on what I send them to another level, but I don’t have to have contact with those people. And part of the information I’m putting out there is where they can find for themselves the kind of information I’m finding for them. So if “they” get to me, the people further down the chain can re-create what I’m doing with or without me and keep passing it on.
One liners, be a walking meme. Use them everywhere. Expand the conversation at every opportunity.
Here’s a start…
Haley’s mega donor was a frequent visitor on Epstein’s island.
Ukraine govenment officials are spending taxpayers money on luxury homes.
Anchor Baby Haley.
Do not lead with Trump always something about Globalists.
I notice a lot of people have become aware of the WEF the WHO, Davos and Schmidt’s plan to make us eat the bugs and also We will have nothing and be happy.
My suggestion is to talk about the Globalists as most people hate them. Then you can say ” you know the Globalists hate Trump because he is upsetting their plans.
Advertise. Trump gave us some tools….hats and T shirts with messages. Design your own. I see people who talk about their guns who are too afraid to wear a Trump cap.
Letters. Imagine 1000 letters arriving at your representatives office. Every one has to physically be opened. Start writing letters. They can ignore emails.
Second to letters are phone calls.

Do you remember Bubba Wallace? He is a race car driver who claimed there was a noose in the racetrack garage he was assigned. Like Jussie Smollet he does not like white people.
Guess who believed there was a noose in the Garage? Why that would be Nikki Haley. She lectured us about racism.
Question 1 Family 85% Friends 65% community 50%
Question 2 Yes – Because everything that is happening does not pass the common sense test
question 3 for you YES YOU Sundance to have a bigger wider broader more expansive voice in this BATTLE because it is your research i am using to change hearts and minds of those around me on a daily basis. I think maybe i should stop right there because you also have to live your best life. Sundance i truly hope you know and can feel how many treepers my self included keep you in our prayers on a daily basis . Be well my friend stay strong
much love and respect RED DOG
This is a challenge as there are at least three major forms of resistance. The first is a general resistance to change. People naturally want things to be “normal,” information to be trustworthy, prior norms to be in existence which few of those are in existence today. In the business world, change management is one of the most difficult to successfully implement.
Second, everyone possesses cognitive bias to some degree. There were many well-meaning doctors who encouraged the vaccine because they had faith in the integrity of the medical profession which was totally destroyed by Dr. Fauci et al. Likewise, many scientists trust fellow scientists even though science went woke decades ago even before the climate change nonsense. Devoted loyalty to political party falls into a similar category as willful blindness.
Finally, most people are conflict-avoiders. The path of least resistance is to go along with the crowd even if it appears to be going over a cliff. Refer to the Abilene Paradox.
Additionally, you include the proactive misinformation which, with the power of technology, is running rampant. We are now in the Disinformation Age or Age of Deception. There are powerful agencies that promote an agenda and care not whether it aligns with the truth. This is not surprising; it was predicted 2000 years ago.
This awareness entropy has eroded over time to where there’s now a huge gulf between reality and the perception of the populace. It’s going to take a paradigm shift in perspective for most people to see what is going on and few will have that immediate “aha” moment. I think Covey’s 5th Habit “Seek first to understand, then to be understood” is a worthwhile approach. Some are more clueless than others so one must first determine where the other person is in their thoughts, then try to guide them in the right direction. The current (p)resident in the White House is so bad, it’s not hard to start a discussion of a need for change–over 70% agree the country is going in the wrong direction. This helps open the door to explain why.
Jordan Peterson makes a good point. To accept the elites have complete control and there is nothing we peasants can do about it is a bald-faced lie and a cop out.
The moment you believe you CAN make a difference is the moment you are called to STEP UP – YOU MUST MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
This is the concept of CITIZENSHIP that many people have forgotten or want to forget in their COWARDICE and LAZINESS.
Of course the elites want us to believe THEY are in charge. They want us to believe we are powerless.
The United States of America, a republic founded by great minds, demands ACTIVE citizenship. We are NOT to be BYSTANDERS in our governance.
Too many posting on CTH has surrendered all hope and say we are doomed so WHY BOTHER?
Stop posting your hopeless cynicism. Keep your white flag folded under your jacket. We don’t want you in our foxhole as we battle.
Saying we are powerless is a cowardly conclusion without historic evidence.
The American presidential election of 2016 PROVED the peasants can change the world. The actual results infuriated the elites but we should never forget WE DID CHANGE THINGS when Trump was elected! The world’s elites’ anger towards Donald Trump is proof of a world-shaking event we the people accomplished.
Why accept it can never happen again?
The elites know our call to citizenship triggers an uprising against their tyranny to throw off our chains and escape the plantation of these slave masters.
I love your post. One change I would make.
They are not elites, as they fancy themselves.
They are PARASITES, bloodsuckers!
In January 2017, I was hanging on the rail of a dive boat in the Andaman Sea. I’d just finished three days of 3 and 4 dives a day, and I had just enough energy left to behold the tropical sun splashing off the late morning waves. After a while, my divemaster guide, an Aussie, sidled up and we began some small talk.
He explained what life was like for a farang (the Thai term for westerner) in Thailand. He mentioned, among other tales of petty corruption, how the ruthlessly competitive dive companies in Phuket agreed to come together to approach Thai immigration authorities to agree on a price to keep them from harassing the numerous farangs employed in the dive business.
We ended the conversation with his acknowledgment, “I guess there’s corruption in the West, but we don’t see it.”
I numbly agreed, and was off thinking of remote examples almost as an abstract exercise.
It wasn’t until months later, I realized that I had somehow siloed away in my head things from my own life. My father had two particular stories he was fond of telling about corruption in our native Buffalo, NY. One was about the full-sized replica of Michelangelo’s David rendered in bronze and planted firmly on a marble plinth in Delaware Park. According to the story, it was once insured by the City for fire and theft, two of the most improbable perils possible.
His other favorite tale was about a mayor who was so stupid he took his graft in checks.
Once I realized how I’d siloed these stories and was unable to recall them when confronted with that “evil third world corruption” we all know so well, I began to marvel at the process that went on inside my own head that led me to see America and her foibles as something apart from the rest of the world.
I suppose there’s a fair amount of good old Yankee arrogance that keeps us from seeing things as they truly are. “We have met the enemy, and he is us”?
One final irony about the conversation with the Aussie, it took place about 11 PM EST January 20, 2017, Trump’s inauguration day. When I think of all I’ve learned of corruption in America from that day until this, I shudder!
>>> What communication tools do you think are needed, or would be of value, in order for more people to understand what you are aware of?
The Media Matrix MUST somehow be neutralized.
My wife and I recently had lunch with a dear old friend of ours. He is a Christian, he’s a Republican, he’s staunchly conservative, and just an excellent human being.
But.
When our after-lunch discussion turned to politics (we have always enjoyed talking politics with him), we discovered just how badly he’s been brainwashed by the Matrix.
When I mentioned, very matter of factly, that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from President Trump, he blanched.
We – he, my wife and I – didn’t argue. We each presented our views on this matter with respect and friendship.
But no amount of evidence of the theft could crack his belief that BIDEN won.
Why does he believe this so firmly? Because the Matrix has told him so, repeatedly, for years. The Matrix has also convinced him that Trump, well, sucks.
He mentioned Russia and Putin during our friendly debate. I voiced my opinion that the Matrix is, and has been, lying about both.
His reply? “Putin is the devil!” This is a direct quote.
Our debate concluded with hugs, and an agreement that we could all agree to disagree.
My point: The Media Matrix, in all it’s many forms, from large to small to obvious to subliminal, is all-powerful.
Guerilla news, such as the Treehouse, is a wonderful thing, and has likely opened millions of eyes (including mine) over the years.
But it’s not enough, in my opinion, considering the late hour.
I, like you, believe 2024 is for all the marbles.
I don’t know how, but IF the Matrix actually began telling the TRUTH, the message would immediately reach the people we desperately need to “convert.” We need critical mass, and we need it NOW.
An example: what if the Matrix actually began telling the TRUTH about the crimes against humanity (especially children) that are being committed every day, year after year, by some (many? most?) people in power?
Such crimes are shocking, and indefensible. The TRUTH of such atrocities, detailed on the nightly news while the Smiths and the Jones are having their supper with their kids, would instantly awaken them.
And then they would begin to question everything else they’ve been told for so many years.
Yes, We The People need THE TRUTH.
And we need it right NOW.
And it needs to hurt.
Again: I don’t know how to compel the Media Matrix to stop lying. I truly wish I did.
But it’s getting late, and I don’t know of another way for the massive “Aha!” that our country so desperately needs to happen in time.
Thanks for letting us Treepers weigh in.

If your friend is Christian, approach him from scripture.
Satan deceives the nations,
Eve was deceived by the serpent.
Satan is the god of this world.
be not conformed to this world.
if you love the world, the love of the father is not in you
etc…
Well constructed question and compelling argument on how quickly opinions would turn. These are the types of comments that draw me to the treehouse. Good job EM.
I have been following the crystallization process of both Tucker and Peterson for some time, most especially Peterson because of his ongoing search for meaning regarding the concepts of the “Logos.” Language and speech is in essence the focus and concentration of power, especially when it is pure “truth”. In Genesis 1, when God is described as being in the process of creating, creative power is always emphasized by the description, “and GOD said….” That is Logos at work. This is the “Word” at work, and His almighty power and will is the power of His Word. In the New Testament, John 1:1, “Logos” or the “Word” is the resounding truth of all truth that “In the beginning was the WORD (that creative intent and power of God in creating our reality, not a pretense or unreality), and the WORD was with GOD (because only the truth of reality and power and power and come from GOD), and the WORD was GOD (because GOD is TRUTH, not a pretense, not pretending to be reality, but the real truth of our reality as it exists)….” This is the real power of TRUTH when it is wielded with non-pretending reality, with an end goal of what is good, and precious, as seen through the eyes of GOD. It only follows, then, that if we are to be the image of GOD, we must, there is no other alternative, but to speak (LOGOS) to the TRUTH that is without pretending, without an intent to deceive or redirect its power.
Both Tucker and Peterson realize that this is the reality that the elite and powerful fear in Trump. He will reveal the lies, the deception, the abuses of power because he believes in the simple principles of speaking the truth, and letting it do its work for the betterment of all. People are empowered by it, and strengthened by it, and restored by it, and can defeat the lies of “pretending” that is being spewed through the media and cultural thought shapers behind the curtains of fraud and pretending so that their show goes on as they wish it to. That is Trump’s real strength, which is revealed in the historic parallel when the religious leaders and their adherents (pretenders) chose Barabbas over Jesus. (Please do not think I am making Trump a “Jesus” figure, but I am rather drawing upon what was at work in the choice made by the people, chief priest and the elders, who lied and pretended that Jesus was some kind of threat to them). They chose Barabbas because he was not a threat to their desired outcome. For them, it was better to let Jesus be crucified and end His LOGOS, or the power of His speaking the truth, when applied against their evil works and deeds in their pretenses of being righteous. They used the lawfare of the day to bury the truth on that day.
Interestingly, even Pilates wife saw what was happening here and which was closing in on her husband when she sent “word” (LOGOS) to him saying “Have nothing to do with that just man (Jesus), for I have suffered many things today in a dream because of him.” She recognized immediately the threat of so-called “cancel culture” and the power of the fabricated rumor mill that could bring her and her husband great damage. So she encouraged Pilate to “pretend” and go along with the demands of the crowd.
Both Tucker and Peterson have seen this, and Peterson is fighting it on a daily basis in his conflict with the Canadian government and all their sycophants.
These are challenging and fascinating times, which is going to test all of us as to where we stand with God, and the power of His Word, or Logos. To have real power, our speech, our Logos, must be in the image of Him who created all things that are real today with it’s power and purity.
We can no longer pretend that lies are acceptable. We must speak the truth as it is revealed to us all if we are to survive these trying times.
God bless all who speak the truth and stand for what is righteous, real and wholesome for all!
I have left out the scripture locations, but you can read it all in Matthew 27:15-25. Very powerful description of the events as they played out.
It is we, ordinary men walking in the street, as we, ordinary Christians immersed in the blood‑stream of society whom Our Lord wants to be saints and apostles; in the very midst of our work – professional or otherwise; sanctifying our job in life, sanctifying ourselves in it and, through it; helping others to sanctify themselves as well.
Be convinced that it is there that God awaits us, with all the love of a Father and Friend.
Consider too that, by doing our daily work well and responsibly, not only will we be supporting ourselves financially we will also be contributing in a very direct way to the development of society. We will be relieving the burdens of others and maintaining countless welfare projects, both local and international, on behalf of less privileged individuals and countries. There is no law against that, nor room for BS in that.
“Do not fix your heart on anything that passes away”
We move best through life as just one more, among men.
