The Daily Mail is reporting on a story where Arizona Republican Chairman Jeff DeWit is caught on tape offering a bribe to Kari Lake on behalf of “people back east.” {Direct Rumble Link}
The voices “back east” surrounding republican Senate races are not exactly a surprise. Yeah, it’s obviously Mitch McConnell and the multinational corporate benefactors from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce who fund the UniParty construct. Apparently, the conversation was Jeff DeWit, 51, chair of the Arizona Republican Party, asking Kari Lake, a close ally of Donald Trump, to name her price to stay out of politics for two years. Lake cut in: ‘I can be bought? That’s what it’s about.’
‘You can take a pause for a couple of years. You can go right back to what you’re doing.’
Lake repeatedly rebuffs him and says she wouldn’t do it for a billion dollars.

Most casual political observers have absolutely no idea how McConnell works. However, for over a decade CTH has been trying –mostly failing– to awaken the base of common sense voters. In 2010, 2011 and 2012 the #1 priority for McConnell was to destroy the threat represented by the Tea Party. In 2022 we were seeing an exact replay of the same McConnell intents and purposes, only this time the target was President Trump’s MAGA movement.

This is such a good point, dude. We know it; they know it; we know they know it; they know that we know it. I just hope that Trump has built an entire infrastructure of poll watchers and real lawyers to go to battle on this. The stakes are higher and that means the Dems will cheat more, and more brazenly.

A successful battle against 2024’s election cheating must be done with pre-emptive legal strikes against the fraudsters filed well before the November election just as soon as clear evidence of fraud activity is discovered. History has shown conclusively that post-election lawsuits will fail to deliver justice 99% of the time.
We need to go back to a Presidential inauguration in March or April, not January. That would cripple a lot of fraud schemes as there would be time to investigate them and establish the ability of a fraud scheme to direct election results. If a far smaller government had to have three or four months to transition, think of what space our present behemoth needs to make a turn. One of the main reasons for the extra time is the fact that the Electoral Count Act has mechanisms to ensure a desired outcome in the form of the “Certificate of Ascertainment” produced by the States’ governors.
The republicans cheat just as much. Wesley Morgan actually defeated dirty Mitch in his last primary. Mail in ballots all came in for dirty.Mitch. The vote totals were seen to flip on live television. Or more recently in Georgia. Supposedly 3.6 million Georgia voters voted straight republican ticket except for Herschel Walker. Now they didn’t cross over for some centrist Manchin type. No they voted straight republican ticket and Raphael Warnock, a leftists leftist. Sure they did. And of course Walker lost the runoff. Of course. You don’t have a democrat cheating problem, you have a uniparty cheating problem. Your whole government stole itself from you. They were all in on it. Dirty Al Franken had just been outsed, and his replacement by liberal leftist Governor Mark Dayton was Tina (I’ll kill any baby at any time) Smith. Because Tina had been appointed we needed to have an election to see if someone else might be
placed in power by the unipartyelected.Along comes state senator Karin Housley, hockey wife of Phil Housley, hockey player and coach, to run against Tina.
At the same time Amy KloBUTCHER’s senate seat is up for grabs, but no one in the MNGOP thinks she can or will ever be beaten, so they put all their eggs in Karin’s
hockey associationbasket.Along comes an ultra-MAGA candidate, Jim Newberger, to run against Amy.
Jim does a fabulous job, and the one time Amy will come out of her basement to debate Jim face to face Jim wins the debate by a landslide. Amy is ill prepared and can’t answer any tough questions, yet answer any questions with adult responses.
But the GOP wines and dines Karin, sends her to D.C. (out east) and gives her campaign lots of money.

Local news stations and news papers literally laughed at me when I told them Jim would be in Duluth to meet with citizens; they didn’t give Amy’s one opponent the time of day.
In the end almost every Republican in Minnesota lost that year, including Karin and Jim.
And although Jim lost to Amy, with no out east support, with no financial backing, and with no help given from MNGOP, Jim got just over 36% of the vote against the butcher.
And from start to finish, Jim had always endorsed and spoke very well of President Trump.
So if any of President Trump’s people read here, and you want a man who has character and a great mind, look up Jim Newberger, a non-RINO Republican.
These brave candidates deserve our support, because THEY CERTAINLY AREN’T GOING TO GET IT FROM THE RNC OR DONORS.

I remember being in the office of a campaign manager of one of the leading Minnesota candidates during the 2020 election. Will NEVER forget hearing this young woman tell me the man she was working for was never going to get elected, and he was very well known and very well liked.
She spoke of him, the man she was supposed to be working for and doing her best to get elected, as though he were dirty socks.
